Q: Can the monitor show 3D content? A: The monitor is not a 3D display, when it receives a 3D signal you will get a blue screen and no signal message. Q: Can the AT-DIS7-PROHD emulate another display? A: The AT-DIS7-PROHD has the ability to copy the EDID of any display. Press the up and down arrows simultaneously to start copying. “Check DDC...” will appear on the display screen while in process. Once done you will see either a red (indicates the copy failed) or green (indicates the copy was successful) message. If the AT-DIS7-PROHD losses power, the unit will revert back to the factory EDID. Q: How do I test my HDMI cable with my AT-HD800? 1. insert your HDMI cable into the HDMI in and HDMI out port of the device 2. power on the device 3. push and hold the timing select button for 3 seconds 4. if the HDMI cable passes the test all three lights should blink briefly and then be solid 5. if the lights go solid then resume blinking the HDMI cable does not pass the test While doing this process ensure that you do not have the unit in 3D mode Q: I have the low power light ON; I have changed batteries and even tried the power supply, what’s going on with my AT-HD800? A: BATT. LOW LED will light up when the power is on. The LED will start flashing fast when the batteries get to 10% or below or slow when it is put in standby mode.
