Trace the stoma size on the centre of the white release paper on the reverse of the baseplate, then cut 1/8” (3mm) larger than your tracing. Peel off release liner and centre the opening over the stoma. Apply to clean dry skin. Remove white release paper and press against the skin. Smooth the tape collar and hold the baseplate in place for 30 seconds. NATURA Cut-To-Fit Accordion Baseplate TM Closing a drainable pouch Roll the end up towards the pouch until the interlocking closures line up. Press and pinch around the closure to secure. Turn the Lock-it-PocketTM inside-out to tuck tail inside. 2 TIP If using a drainable pouch over a closed pouch, we recommend you close the tail closure before applying your pouch to the baseplate.

Natura™ Accordion Flange with ConvaTec Moldable Technology™ Accordion Flange application 1 Applying pouch 2 Separate the sides of the pouch to allow some air to enter the pouch. PULL UP accordion flange and hold it with thumbs on top and fingers underneath. Line up flanges of pouch and skin barrier. Start at bottom and apply pressure completely around the flanges until the pouch and flange are snapped completely together. Refer to package insert for complete instructions. There is a clear release liner on back of skin barrier: DO NOT REMOVE YET. Roll and mold the moldable adhesive to the size of the stoma. Do not stretch, pull or cut. Pinch into place once desired size is reached. Remove release liner and center the opening over the stoma and apply to clean, dry skin. Place accordion flange on body. Push the rolled adhesive toward to stoma to ensure a close fit. Remove the white release paper from the tape collar and press against the skin. Smooth tape collar and hold skin barrier in place for about 30 seconds.

Trace the stoma stize on the center of the white release paper on the reverse of the skin barrier, then cut an opening about 1/8” (3mm) larger than your tracing. 3. Peel off clear release liner from the back side of the wafer and position the circular opening over your stoma. Skin should be clean and dry. 4. Remove white release paper and press against the skin. Smooth the tape collar and hold the barrier in place for 30 seconds. NATURA Cut-To-Fit Accordion Flange TM APPLYING AND WEARING THE POUCH 1. Separate the sides of the pouch to allow some air to enter. 2. PULL UP accordion flange and hold with thumbs on top and fingers underneath. Align flanges of pouch and skin barrier. 3. Start at the bottom and apply pressure around the flanges of the pouch and barrier, until they are COMPLETELY snapped together all the way around. Then place the accordion flange in the DOWN position for a flat profile. CLOSING THE POUCH 1. Fold the end up towards you until the interlocking closures line up. Press and pinch firmly across the entire length of the closure to secure. 2. Turn the Lock-it-PocketTM inside-out to tuck tail inside.
