LED STATUS QUICK INSTALLATION GUIDE DWR-910 LTE DONGLE ROUTER ENGLISH A GLANCE AT DWR-910 LTE DONGLE ROUTER INSERT SIM AND MICRO SD CARDS CONNECT THE USB Push the SIM/Micro SD card into the card slots with the gold contact points facing upwards. NOTE! Please insert the SIM/Micro SD card according to the orientation of the SIM/Micro SD card icon on the device. The USB on the dongle can be rotated 90° or 180° according to your needs. 1. Rotate the USB to the desired angle. 2. Connect the USB plug on the dongle to the USB input port on your computer. Ensure the plug is connected firmly. NOTE! Rotate the antennas 90° for best signal reception. WEB UI ACCESS APN SETTINGS The Web UI allows you to configure advanced settings. To access the Web UI: 1. Connect the DWR-910 LTE Dongle Router to your computer. 2. Enter “192.168.0.1” or “http://dlink.DWR-910” as the URL in your Web browser to access the Web UI; the Web UI login screen will then appear. ESTABLISH A NETWORK CONNECTION The device supports USB Connection and Wi-Fi Connection methods to access the Internet. Modem Mode (USB Connection) Plugging the dongle into your computer’s USB port will allow you to access the Internet or the Web UI. The device will automatically install driver on first time usage. 1. Log in to Web UI. 2. Click the Setup Wizard icon on the main page of the Web UI. The default APN Profile setting for DWR-910 is set to Auto. The device will match the APN Profile with your SIM card automatically. However, if APN Profile cannot be matched, you can enter the related information manually. For detailed information please refer to your service provider. Search for the Wi-Fi signal broadcast by the device on other client devices such as a computer, mobile phone, tablet PC, or game console. 2. Establish a connection by selecting the device’s network name (SSID) and password. The default SSIDs are: SSID1: dlink_DWR-910_xxxx (Password: 10 digits), user can find the default SSID and Wi-Fi key on the label of this device. SSID2: dlink_DWR-910.1 (This is a hidden SSID. Security method: WPA2; password: 1234567890). 3. The default settings will allow the device to automatically connect to the Internet. Note! If you encounter a WAN connection failure, please login to the Web UI and configure the APN manually.

The web UI allows you to configure the DWR-910’s advanced settings. To access the web UI: 1. Connect the DWR-910 4G LTE USB Router to your computer. 2. Enter 192.168.0.1 into your web browser to access the web UI. The web UI login screen will then appear. 3. Enter admin as the account name and leave the password area blank. Then press Login to access and configure the DWR-910’s settings. Push and slide off the rear cover of the DWR-910 to access the SIM and mi- croSD card slots. 2. Insert the SIM and microSD card into their respective card slots according to the orientation of the icon on the device. Ensure that the gold contacts on the SIM and microSD card are facing downward. 1. Remove the storage cap and connect the dongle’s USB plug to a USB port on your computer. Ensure the plug is firmly connected. WEB UI ACCESS SETUP WIZARD TECHNICAL SUPPORT ESTABLISH A NETWORK CONNECTION You can plug the DWR-910 directly into your computer’s USB port, or connect a wireless device to it via Wi-Fi, to access the Internet. Search for the Wi-Fi signal broadcast by the DWR-910 using another client device such as a computer, mobile phone, tablet PC, or game console. The device’s network name (SSID) is dlink_DWR-910_xxxx where xxxx is the last four digits of the DWR-910’s MAC address. You can find the default SSID and Wi-Fi password on the label of the DWR-910. 3. The default settings will allow the device to automatically connect to the Internet. Storage Cap 4G LED Wi-Fi LED USB Plug TROUBLESHOOTING Why am I unable to connect to my mobile Internet service? Check to make sure the SIM card is installed properly, and that your SIM card has 4G data service. Also, make sure that antivirus software is not blocking your connection. I'm having trouble using the DWR-910 on my Apple computer. Due to how OSX handles USB ports, if you connect the DWR-910 to a different USB port than you originally used, you will need to reinstall the drivers.

Note: By default, the network name(SSID) of the DWR-910 will be in the format dlink_DWR_910_xxxx where “xxxx” represents the last 4 characters of the DWR-910’s MAC Address. Please find the default SSID and password on the product label pasted on the device. Step 1 Ensure that the device is turned on and the desired SSID is found in the list of Wireless Networks on your Wireless Computer. Step 2 Select the DWR-910’s Wireless Network Name. Click on Connect as shown. Step 3 Please key in the corresponding WiFi Key as found on the label. Click OK to proceed.
