Please read the following operation information to ensure the proper function of your new scale. How to weigh: 1) Press the “Power/Tare” key. 2) Zero will appear on display. 3) Place item gently on the scale. How to measure liquids: Your scale allows you to weigh liquid ingredients. Press the "UNIT" button to select fluid ounces "fl. oz." or milliliters "ml" How to use the “Tare” feature: This feature allows the display to be reset to zero after you weigh an item in a container or bowl. It shows the weight of additional items as if you were to weigh them separately. 1) Turn the scale on. 2) Place the container, without the item, gently on the platform. 3) Press the “Tare” key, and the weight of the container will be removed. The display value will reset to zero. 4) Gently add the item to the container. The display will show the weight of the item only. 5) Repeat step 3 and 4 when adding more items to the container. How to clear the “Tare” feature: 1) Remove all items from the platform. 2) Press the “Power/Tare” key and the display value will reset to zero. 3) The scale is reset. You can continue with normal operating. Changing the Weighing Mode: 1) Turn the scale on. 2) Press the "UNIT" key to change to Ounces, Pounds/Ounces, Fluid Ounces, Grams or Milliliters. 3) Your scale will keep the last used weighing mode in memory and will return automatically to this mode when you turn the scale on. Do not place overweight items on the scale Weighing items over the maximum weight capacity will cause an “EEEE” to display. Verwijder het apparaat dat dit probleem veroorzaakt, en zet de weegschaal opnieuw aan. Vervanging van de batterijen Vervang de batterijen indien er een lege batterij symbol op het display verschijnt. Wij adviseren u deze gebruiksaanwijzing zorgvuldig te lezen alvorens tot gebruik over te gaan. Wegen: 1) Druk op de “On” toets. 2) “0g/0oz” verschijnt op de display. 3) Plaats uw weegobject langzaam op het weegplateau. Wegen van vloeistoffen: De weegschaal kan het volume wegen van vloeibare ingrediënten. Druk op de UNIT toets om over te schakelen naar Mililiters of Fluid Ounces Hoe de “Tare” funktie te gebruiken: Met deze funktie kunt u de inhoud van een kom wegen door het gewicht van de kom te verminderen. 1) Druk op de “On/Tare” toets. 2) Plaats uw kom, zonder inhoud, langzaam op het weegplateau. 3) Druk op de “On/Tare” toets. Het gewicht van de kom wordt in mindering gebracht, en de weegschaal wordt op nul gesteld. 4) Voeg langzaam het te wegen artikel toe. Op het display zal het gewicht van het te wegen artikel verschijnen. 5) Herhaal stap 3 en 4 als u meerdere artikelen wilt wegen. Hoe de “Tare” funktie uit te schakelen: 1) Verwijder alle weegobjecten van het weegplateau. 2) Druk op de “On/Tare” toets en “nul” verschijnt op het display. 3) De weegschaal is opnieuw ingesteld, en klaar voor gebruik. Hoe de weegeenheid te veranderen: 1) Druk op de “On/Tare” toets. 2) Druk op de Kg/Lb toets om de weegeenheid te veranderen in 3) De laatst ingegeven weegeenheid wordt in het geheugen van de weegschaal opgeslagen en automatisch weergeven als de weegschaal weer wordt aangezet. Het wegen van artikelen die de maximale capaciteit van de weegschaal overschrijden wordt ten sterkste afgeraden. De display geeft “EEEE” aan als dit het geval is. Verwijder onmiddellijk het artikel om schade aan uw weegschaal te voorkomen. -9- How to use the “Timer” feature 1) Press the "Power/Tare" key to turn the scale on. 2) Press and hold the "UNIT key. 3) "00:00 timer" will appear on the display and the first digit of the minutes will flash. 4) Press the "Power/Tare" key to change. 5) Press the “Timer” key again to move to the next digit and repeat step 4 6) When all digits are changed the count down cycle will automatically start. 7) When the timer gets to zero, you will hear an alarm beep. 8) Press the “Timer” key again to turn the alarm off. The display will change to the temperature reading. To erase the timer setting during count down, press and hold the “Timer” key and repeat the above steps. How to change the thermometer. Additional Information 1) Make sure your scale is at room temperature and on a stable horizontal surface free of vibration. 2) This scale is not waterproof. Do not expose to moisture. 3) As this scale is a precision instrument, it must be handled with extreme care. Avoid rough treatment, shaking or vibration. 4) Do not disassemble this scale or the warranty will be void. The display value may be affected by electromagnetic disturbances such as operating near a radio. If this occurs, move the device that is causing the disturbance and turn the scale off and restart. Comment peser 1) Appuyez sur le bouton On/Tare. 2) 0g/0oz apparaîtra sur l’affichage. 3) Placez l’article doucement sur la balance. Comment peser des liquides Votre balance vous permet de peser les ingrédients liquides. Appuyez sur le bouton UNIT pour la mesure des liquides . Comment utiliser la fonction tare Cette fonction permet à l’affichage d’être réglé à zéro après avoir pesé un article dans un contenant ou un bol. Il montre le poids des articles supplémentaires comme si vous les pesiez séparément. 1) Mettez la balance en marche 2) Placez le contenant, sans l’article à peser, doucement sur la plateforme 3) Appuyez sur le bouton d’opération et le poids du contenant sera enlevé. La valeur d’affichage sera réglée à 0g/0oz. 4) Ajouter l’article au contenant. L’affichage ne montrera que le poids de l’article. 5) Répétez les étapes 3 et 4 lorsque vous ajoutez plusieurs articles au contenant. Comment effacer la fonction tare 1) Enlevez tous les articles de la plateforme 2) Appuyez sur le bouton « On/Tare » et la valeur d’affichage sera réglé à 0g/0oz. La balance est réglée. Vous pouvez continuer avec l’opération normale. Changer la mode de pesage 1) Mettez la balance en marche 2) Appuyez sur l’interrupteur Kg/Lb pour changer entre Livres/Once ou Grammes. 3) Votre balance gardera le mode de pesage dernièrement utilisé en mémoire et retournera automatiquement à ce mode lorsque vous mettez la balance en marche. Ne placez pas d’articles trop lourds sur la balance Le pesage des articles au-dessus du poids maximum s’affiche comme un « EEEE » sur l’affichage. Enlevez tout de suite les articles trop lourds pour éviter d’endommager votre balance. -3- Stellen Sie keine Gegenstände auf die Waage die das maximal zulässige Gewicht überschreiten. Wie benütze ich den Timer Funktion 1) Drücken Sie die Taste On/Tare. 2) Drücken und halten Sie die Taste UNIT. 3) Die Minuten leuchten auf. 4) Drücken Sie die On/Tare Taste um die Minuten zu ändern. 5) Drücken Sie die UNIT Taste erneut um weiter zu gehen. 6) When alle s eingestellt ist lauft die Timer automatisch 7) Wenn die Zeit abgelaufen ist, ertönt ein Piepston. 8) Drücken Sie die UNIT Taste erneut um den Alarm abzuschalten. Um den Timer zu ändern, drücken Sie die Timer Taste und wiederholen Sie den oben beschriebenen Vorgang. Oz Zusätzliche Informationen 1) Platzieren Sie das Gerät immer auf einer ebenen und stabilen Unterlage. Benützen Sie das Gerät nicht bei extrem hohen und niedrigen Temperaturen, dadurch könnte eine ungenaue Gewichtsanzeige entstehen. 2) Dieses Gerät ist nicht wasserdicht. 3) Dies ist ein Präzisionsinstrument, behandeln Sie es mit Vorsicht und setzen Sie es keinen Schlägen oder Stössen aus. 4) Versuchen Sie nicht das Gerät zu öffnen, durch unsachgemässes behandeln erlischt der Garantieanspruch. 5) Die Anzeigeleistung des Displays kann durch elektromagnetische Strahlungen gestört werden. z.B. wenn Sie in der Nähe eines Radios arbeiten. Sollte dies passieren schalten Sie die Waage ab und entfernen Sie das Gerät das die elektromagnetischen Strahlungen verursacht. 6) Wenn Sie die Waage länger als 4 Minuten nicht benützen schaltet diese automatisch ab. Ersetzen der Batterien Die Waage verfügt über eine „leere Batterie“ Anzeige. Wenn diese im Display erscheint, ersetzen Sie bitte die Batterie.
