Einstellen der Hiback Position Der Hiback ist natürlich schon vormontiert auf Deiner Bindung. Aber Du mußt möglicherweise die Position verändern, um Deinen Fuß in der Mitte der Bindung zu zentrieren. Vergiß nicht, die hinteren Ratschenbänder zu montieren bevor Du den Hiback wieder am Chassis fixierst. 1.1 um die Hibackposition zu verändern, muss zunächst die seitliche Verkleidung abgenommen werden. Dazu muss die versenkte Kreuzschlitzschraube geöffnet werden. ( A ) 1.2 Dann muss der Sprengring abgenommen werden in dem man z.B. einen breiten Schraubenzieher an die offenen Enden des Ringes anlegt, und diesen aus der Nut schiebt. ( B ) !!! Den Ring unbedingt festhalten, da dieser unter Spannung steht. 1.3 Dann kann der Hiback in der gewünschten Position verschraubt werden, und der Sprengring nach Schließen der Mutter wieder umgekehrt in die Nut geschoben werden. Dabei ist zu beachten, dass der Ring unbedingt in die Nut unter der Schraubenkuppe rutschen muss. ( C ) 1.4 Seitliche Verkleidung erst wieder anbringen, wenn die im nächsten Punkt beschriebene Vorlageneinstellung abge schlossen ist. 1. Adjusting of the highback position The highback is pre-installed on your binding but you may need to change the position to center your foot in the middle of the binding. Do not forget to attach the rear ratchet straps before you attach the highback again on the chassis. 1.1 To change the highback position the lateral covers have to be removed. To do this, the counter sunk Phillips screw has to be opened. (A) 1.2 Then the snap ring has to be removed, for example by using a wide screwdriver on the open end of the ring and pushing it off the nut. (B) !!!Be sure to hold on to the snap ring when removing so it doesn’t fly away. 1.3 Then the highback can be attached in the desired position and after the nut has been screwed back on, the snap ring can be replaced on the bolt, reversed. In doing so you have to make sure that the ring slides on to the bolt under the round end. Einstellung des Vorlagewinkels 2.1 Zunächst muss die Feineinstellung im SnapLock in die unterste Position gedreht werden. In Richtung des Symbols - bis zum Anschlag. ( D ) 2.2 Die Länge des Kabels ist ausschlaggebend für die Größe des Vorlagewinkels. Diese wird verändert, indem das Kabel in den der Hibackposition entsprechenden Kanal an der Unterseite des Chassis eingelegt wird. Der Kanal der zur Fersenseite der Bindung hin angelegt ist, entspricht dem Montageloch das zur Zehenseite hin angelegt ist und umgekehrt. Ist der Hiback diagonal (rotiert) montiert, sollte der mittlere Kanal gewählt werden. ( E ) ( F ) 2. Adjusting of the forward lean angle 2.1 First the fine adjustment in the snap lock has to be turned to the lowest position. In the direction of the appropriate symbol (–) all the way to the stop point. (D) 2.2 The length of the cable is the determining factor for the amount of forward lean angle. This is changed by placing the cable in the channel appropriate to its highback position on the bottom of the chassis. The channel on the far side of the binding corresponds with the mounting hole that is applied towards the toe side and vice versa.
