How to fi x throttle wire/stop cord
如何安裝油門線／停止線

Throttle wire/stop cord
Remove air cleaner cover. (Fig. 4)
Loosen and remove the screw from the throttle wire holder. (Fig. 6)
Connect the terminals of the stop cords coming out from the engine and shaft. (Fig. 5)
Hook the throttle wire end on the throttle of the carburetor.
Make sure that the throttle lever shown in the Fig.15 is set at the “idle” position.
Put the throttle outer end into the groove, and then cover it with the throttle wire holder and fi x the holder with the screw.

Then, install the cleaner cover.
Fix the protection tube which the stop cords and throttle wire are passing through, on the pipe with the hip pad. Then, as
shown in the fi gure, fi x the protection tube on the pipe and handle with the bands in the bag.
After fi xing, cut off the extra part of the band not to obstruct the operation. (Fig. 3)
NOTE
○ If the protection tube is set apart from the handle or pipe, it will be caught by something during operation and it may
cause serious injury.
Do not set the protection tube apart from the handle or pipe.
○ After assembling the throttle wire, if the wire length does not permit accurate return to the idle position, loosen the
screw in the throttle wire holder and readjust the position of the throttle wire whose outer end is fi xed in the groove.
Tighten the screw in the throttle wire holder to fi x the throttle wire at the position at which idling is enabled.
節流閥電線與停止線
移除空氣清淨器外殼（圖4）。
請鬆開並卸下節流閥電線支架。（圖6）
請連接自引擎與驅動軸的停止線末端。（圖5）
請鉤住化油器的節流閥電線端。
請確定節流閥操作桿如圖15所示，位於「待機」位置。
將節流閥的外端側放入槽溝內，然後以節流閥電線支架蓋住，再以螺絲固定。（圖7）
然後裝上清潔器蓋。
以後墊 (Hip Pad) 將穿過停止線與節流閥電線的保護管，安裝於管線上。然後如圖所示，以袋中的細繩將保
護管固定於管線與把手上。
固定後，請切斷細繩額外的部分，以免阻礙操作。（圖3）
註
○ 若保護管與把手或管線分離，則保護管可能會在操作時由某些物品絆住，因此可能導致人員嚴重受傷。請
勿使保護管與把手或管線分離。
○ 組裝油門線之後，如果線的長度無法使油門回到空轉位置，請將油門線固定座的螺絲鬆開，並重新調整油
門線的位置，使向外的一端固定於溝槽中。鎖緊油門線固定座的螺絲，以便將油門線固定在能讓油門空轉
的位置。

โปรดแนใจวาคันเรงที่แสดงในรูปที่ 15 อยูในตำแหนง “วาง”
ใสปลายดานนอกของวาลวน้ำมันลงในชอง จากนั้นก็ครอบดวยแหวน รัดสายน้ำมัน แลวขันสกรูกลับใหแนน (รูปที่ 7)
จากนั้นใหติดตั้งครอบกรองอากาศ
ยึดหลอดปองกันที่ครอบสายสต็อปและสายน้ำมันบนตัวทอเขากับเบาะ รองสะโพก จากนั้นใหยึดหลอดปองกันบนตัวทอ
และยกดวยสายโยงในกระเปาตามที่แสดงในรูป หลังจากทำการยึดเกี่ยวแลว ใหตัดสวนเกินของสายโยงออกเพื่อไมให
เปนอุปสรรคในการทำงาน (รูปที่ 3)
หมายเหตุ
○ ถาหลอดปองกันแยกตัวออกจากมือจับหรือทอ มันอาจเกี่ยวเขากับวัตถุอื่นๆ และอาจกอใหเกิดการบาดเจ็บอยางรุนแรงได
อยาแยกหลอดปองกันออกจากมือจับหรือทอ
○ หลังจากประกอบสายคันเรง หากความยาวของสายไฟทำใหเครื่องไมสามารถเปลี่ยนกลับเปนตำแหนงเดินเบาไดอยางเที่ยงตรง
ใหคลายสกรูที่ตัวยึดสายคันเรง แลวปรับตำแหนงสายคันเรงที่ปลายดานนอกยึดไวในรองใหม ขันสกรูที่ตัวยึดสายคันเรงเพื่อล็อกสายคันเรงไวใน
ตำแหนงที่ทำใหเครื่องเดินเบาได
