This compact and precise design is the ideal choice to meet applications like: light for student to carry, high performance, space saving and makes learning fun. 2 UNPACKING The microscope is packed in a clean plastic cover, sitting in a white foamed plastic box. The transportation packing material is card board. Dieses handliche und präzise Mikroskop ist eine ideale Wahl, wenn die Anforderungen wie hohe Leistung bei kleinem Platzbedarf, geringem Gewicht und Spaß beim Ler- nen gefordert sind. 2 AUSPACKEN Das Mikroskop ist in einer Plastikhülle und in einem Styropor- karton verpackt. Die Außenverpackung ist aus Pappkarton. Das Mikroskop wird in zwei Ausführungen geliefert: • Monokular + elektrische Beleuchtung • Binokular + elektrische Beleuchtung 2/7 Gebrauchsanweisung/Instruction manual 667 140 The main components are: • Main Stand • Monocular Head or Binocular Head • Eyepiece(s) • Objectives NOTE For assembly please keep clean and do not touch the lenses. Make sure that the power supply matches the instrument before using. 3 PREPARATION FOR USE 3.1 Objectives The standard objectives are available in 4 achromatic objecti- ves with black sleeves. Before fixing the objectives onto the no- sepiece, lake off the black sleeves, screw the objectives and put on the sleeves again. 3.2 Viewing body (binocular) There are monocular or binocular available. • Binocular Head: Locate the knurled screw on the top right of the microscope stand and loosen it. Rotate the viewing body to the desired posi- tion. Tighten the knurled screw firmlv but without overtigh- tening. The viewing body is now precisely located in the optical axis regardless of the selected orientation. • Monocular Head: Operate according to the above description. 3.3 Eyepiece The eyepiece is secured on the eyepiece tube by inserting it into the monocular viewing tube or binocular viewing tubes. 3.4 Condenser For the Leybold Biolux Microscope we have one type of con- denser available: • 0.85 N.A. (fixed) Abbe Condenser on a spiral mount. The condenser is adjustable up to 3mm by turning. Hauptbestandteile dieses Mikroskops sind: • Stativ • Mono- oder Binotubus • Okular(e) • Objektiv(e) ANMERKUNG: Achten Sie bei der Montage der Objektive und Okulare darauf, dass Sie die Linsen nicht berühren. Stellen Sie sicher, dass die bei Ihnen verfügbare Stromstärke der Anwendung dieses Gerätes entspricht. 3 AUFBAU 3.1 Objektive Der Standardsatz besteht aus 4 achromatischen Objektiven mit schwarzen Kunststoffhülsen. Zum Montieren der Objektive ent- fernen Sie die Kunststoffhülsen von den Objektiven. Hierzu drücken Sie mit einer Kugelschreibermine den Arretierzapfen am oberen Rand des Objektives, um die Hülse vom Objektiv zu lösen. Nach dem Sie die Objektive in die Gewindebohrungen des Revolvers eingeschraubt haben, schieben Sie die Hülsen wieder über die Objektive. Achten Sie darauf, dass die Arretier- zapfen richtig einrasten. 3.2 Tubus Es gibt Geräte mit Mono- und Binotubus. • Binotubus: Lösen Sie die Tubusbefestigungsschraube am Stativ. Nach- dem Sie den Tubus vorsichtig eingesetzt haben drehen Sie die- sen in die gewünschte Position und ziehen Sie die Tubusbefe- stigungsschraube mit der Hand wieder an. • Monotubus: Das Einsetzen des Monotubus erfolgt in gleicher Weise wie für den Binotubus beschrieben. 3.3 Okular Die Okulare werden in die Okularstutzen des Tubus einge- steckt. 3.4 Kondensor Das Leybold Biolux Mikroskop wird mit folgendem Kondensor geliefert • 0,85 N.A.
