Operation:
Place the black banana plug of the
Clamp adapter into the “COM” socket
of the multimeter and the red into the
“V” socket. Switch the multimeter to
the smallest AC mV meter position.
Turn on the padlock adapter by
moving the power switch to the ON
position.
Roll the flexible measuring spindle
locking nut to UNLOCK and unplug
it from the socket. Place it around the
measuring wire and put it back into
the socket and lock it in the LOCK
direction. Set the conversion rate
on the adapter: 1mV/A, 10mv/A,
100mV/A. Change the readable mV
value of the instrument based on
the already set measurement limit.
The measurement can be measured
on a conductor that runs current, at
a time even more than one can be
measured, in which case the total value
of the conductors is displayed on the
instrument, but it is recommended to
measure them one by one for exact
measurement. The measure will be
ineffective if, for example. a phase and
a zero (AC) conductor are placed side
by side within the flexible stem. The
measurement is the most accurate in
the middle of the shape of the flexible
stem.
Warning:
• Before starting the measurement,
handle the wires under voltage
with
great
caution,
avoiding
electrical shocks
• Do
not
use
in
wet,
humid
environments
• Do not expose the radiant heat
to
the
instrument
(sunlight,
radiators, etc.)
• Do not use the instrument if it or
the cables are damaged
• Do not use the instrument if the
voltage of the circuit under test
exceeds the CAT rating (CAT III
-1000V, CAT IV - 600V)
Battery replacement:
Open the battery case screw and
remove it with the batteries. Insert the
new batteries correctly into the battery
compartment. Replace the holder and
secure with the screw.
Safety instructions:
The device complies with CAT III
-1000V and CAT IV - 600V classification
categories, as well as EN 61010-1, EN
61010-2-032 and standards. The level
of pollution is the same as the indoor
use IEC 664. If the device is not used as
intended, it may be damaged.
