(Type H05VV-F should be used in Europe). • In U.K, use a BS-approved power cord with molded plug having a black (5A) fuse installed for use with this monitor. • Do not place any objects onto the monitor and do not use the monitor outdoors. • Do not bend, crimp or otherwise damage the power cord. • Do not use monitor in high temperature, humid, dusty, or oily areas. • Do not cover vent on monitor. • Do not touch LCD panel surface while transporting, mounting and setting. Applying pressure on the LCD panel can cause serious damage. • To prevent damage to the LCD monitor caused by tipping over due to earthquakes or other shocks, make sure to install the monitor in a stable location and take measures to prevent falling. Immediately unplug your monitor from the wall outlet and refer servicing to qualifi ed service personnel under the following conditions: • When the power supply cord or plug is damaged. • If liquid has been spilled, or objects have fallen into the monitor. • If the monitor has been exposed to rain or water. • If the monitor has been dropped or the cabinet damaged. • If the monitor does not operate normally by following operating instructions. • If you notice any structural damage such as cracks or unnatural wobbling. • If monitor is broken, do not come in contact with the liquid crystal and handle with care. • Allow adequate ventilation around the monitor so that heat can properly dissipate. Do not block ventilated openings or place the monitor near a radiator or other heat sources. Do not put anything on top of monitor. • The power cable connector is the primary means of detaching the system from the power supply. The monitor should be installed close to a power outlet, which is easily accessible. • Handle with care when transporting. Save packaging for transporting. (Please consult display card or system manual to change graphics mode.) • Check the monitor and your display card with respect to compatibility and recommended settings. • Check the signal cable connector for bent or pushed-in pins. • Check the signal input, “DVI-D”, “DisplayPort”, “HDMI” or “D-Sub”. • If the front LED is dark blue, check the status of the OFF MODE SETTING mode or Human sensor. • When using an HDMI input, please change “OVER SCAN”. VORSICHT Fehlerbehebung Kein Bild • Das Signalkabel muss richtig mit Grafi kkarte/Computer verbunden sein. • Die Grafi kkarte muss richtig in den Steckplatz eingesetzt sein. • Der Monitor unterstützt das DisplayPort-Konvertierungssignal nicht. • Die Netzschalter an der Vorderseite des Monitors und am Computer müssen sich in der Position EIN befi nden. • Überprüfen Sie, ob ein von der verwendeten Grafi kkarte unterstützter Modus ausgewählt wurde. (Informationen zum Ändern des Grafi kmodus fi nden Sie im Handbuch zur Grafi kkarte bzw. zum System.) • Überprüfen Sie, ob für Monitor und Grafi kkarte die empfohlenen Einstellungen vorgenommen wurden. • Prüfen Sie, ob der Stecker des Signalkabels verbogen wurde oder ob Stifte im Stecker fehlen. • Prüfen Sie die Signaleingänge, DVI-D, DisplayPort, HDMI oder D-Sub. • Wenn die LED an der Vorderseite dunkelblau leuchtet, überprüfen Sie den Status der Option EINSTELLUNG AUS MODUS oder ANWESENHEITSSENSOR. • Bei der Verwendung eines HDMI-Eingangs ändern Sie bitte die Einstellung OVER-SCAN. Confi ez toutes les interventions de dépannage à un personnel technique qualifi é. • Ne renversez pas de liquides dans le moniteur et ne l’utilisez pas près d’une source d’eau. • N’introduisez pas d’objets de quelque nature que ce soit dans les fentes du boîtier car ces objets pourraient toucher des endroits sous tension dangereuse, ce qui peut provoquer des blessures, voire être fatal, ou peut occasionner une décharge électrique, un incendie ou une panne de l’appareil. • Ne placez pas d’objets lourds sur le cordon d’alimentation. Un cordon endommagé peut occasionner une décharge électrique ou un incendie. • Ne placez pas cet appareil sur un chariot, un support ou une table inclinés ou instables, car en cas de chute, le moniteur peut être sérieusement endommagé. • Le cordon d’alimentation utilisé doit être agréé et en conformité avec les normes de sécurité de votre pays. (Le type HO5VV-F doit être utilisé en Europe). • Au Royaume-Uni, utilisez avec ce moniteur un cordon d’alimentation approuvé BS avec une prise moulée équipée d’un fusible noir (5A). • Ne placez aucun objet sur le moniteur et ne l’utilisez pas en extérieur. • Ne pliez pas, ne pincez pas et n’endommagez pas le cordon d’alimentation. • N’utilisez pas votre moniteur dans des endroits à hautes températures, humides, poussiéreux ou huileux. • N’obstruez pas les aérations du moniteur. • Ne touchez pas la surface de l’écran LCD lorsque vous transportez, montez ou paramétrez le moniteur. En exerçant une pression sur l’écran LCD, vous pouvez l’endommager sérieusement. • Pour éviter que le moniteur LCD ne tombe suite à un séisme ou à un autre choc et ne soit endommagé, assurez-vous que vous l’installez à un emplacement stable et que vous avez pris les mesures nécessaires pour éviter sa chute. Débranchez immédiatement le moniteur de la prise murale et confi ez la réparation à du personnel qualifi é dans les cas suivants : • Si le cordon d’alimentation ou la prise sont endommagés. • Si du liquide a été renversé ou si des objets sont tombés à l’intérieur du moniteur. • Si le moniteur a été exposé à la pluie ou à de l’eau. • Si le moniteur est tombé ou si le boîtier est endommagé. • Si le moniteur ne fonctionne pas normalement tout en étant utilisé conformément aux directives d’utilisation. • Si vous constatez des défauts structurels tels que des fi ssures ou des vibrations anormales. • Si le moniteur est cassé, ne touchez pas le cristal liquide, et manipulez le moniteur avec précaution. • Prévoyez une aération suffi sante autour du moniteur pour que la chaleur puisse se dissiper correctement. N’obstruez pas les ouvertures de ventilation et ne placez pas le moniteur près d’un radiateur ou d’une autre source de chaleur. Ne posez rien sur le moniteur. • La prise du cordon d’alimentation est le moyen principal par lequel on doit débrancher le système de l’alimentation électrique. ATTENTION Résolution des problèmes Pas d’image • Le câble vidéo doit être connecté complètement à la carte graphique et à l’ordinateur. • La carte graphique doit être entièrement insérée dans son logement. • Le moniteur ne prend pas en charge le signal de conversion DisplayPort. • Les interrupteurs d’alimentation situés à l’avant du moniteur et sur l’ordinateur doivent être en position MARCHE. • Vérifi ez qu’un mode d’affi chage autorisé a bien été sélectionné pour la carte graphique ou le système utilisé (veuillez consulter le manuel de votre carte graphique ou de votre système pour modifi er le mode graphique). • Vérifi ez la compatibilité et les paramètres recommandés de votre moniteur et de votre carte graphique. • Vérifi ez que le connecteur du câble de signal vidéo ne comporte aucune broche tordue ou enfoncée. • Vérifi ez l’entrée du signal, « DVI-D », « DisplayPort », « HDMI » ou « D-Sub ». • Si le voyant à l’avant est bleu, vérifi ez l’état du mode RÉGLAGE MODE EXTINCTION ou du détecteur de présence. • Si vous utilisez une entrée HDMI, modifi ez le « SUR-BALAYAGE ».
