Tighten until parts are secure and screw head is flat against plastic - any further tightening will not hold parts together appropriately. Make sure that all gaps between parts are less than 3/16” (4.76mm) to eliminate safety concerns. INSPECT THIS PRODUCT BEFORE EACH USE. REPLACE DAMAGED OR WORN COMPONENTS.
