Battery Installation，twist the end cap off, slide the 18650 battery positive end upward into the flashlight and twist on the end cap to secure the battery. 2. Gently push the back switch to change between high, low and strobe functionality on the flashlight. 3. Press the back switch in all the way to power the flashlights on & off. Charging: 1. Rotate the grab handle counter-clockwise until the circular plug is fully accessible. 2. Plug in the flashlight charger to the flashlight and the light on the wall or car charger plug will activate showing the charger is in effect. 3.
