Test duration for each product/media type is based on the suggested machine monthly copy/print volume. Test machines are maintained within specifications defined by user documentation. * Testing Environment temperature range of 60-75 deg. F, Relative Humidity range 20-40%. In the enclosed Recommended Materials List, green shaded areas marked with an "x" indicate approved product/media type configurations. Although these configurations are recommended, reliabilty is based on your operating environment and application mix. Machine reliability specifications may be affected by increased usage of Heavy Weight Paper mode and other special paper modes. In addition, variances in machine reliability may occur due to extended use of some media types. Your Xerox Sales or Service representative can advise you on using Heavy Weight Paper and other special paper modes or special application media types for long duration copy/print runs. March 1997 Launch Version Page: 1 INPUT INPUT - Document Glass Mode - up to 11x17”/A3 - Automatic Document Feeder (ADF) is an option - 30 sheet maximum - 16 (60 gsm) - 32# (120 gsm) paper weight - 7x10” to 11x17” originals - Mixed size originals are not an option - The machine is capable of receiving electronic originals via a color server. These color servers are available through Xerox partners and third party providers. Refer to the specifications of your color server for more details. OUTPUT OUTPUT - Output tray will handle up to 250 sheets of non Heavy weight papers, up to 28# (105 gsm) in sizes up to 12 x 18”. Capacity of tray for handling heavy weight papers will be reduced. - Sorter option - 10 bins holding 30 sheets of sorted sets of 7x10” to 11x17” paper of 16 (60 gsm) to 28# (105 gsm) weight paper. - Heavy weight papers can not be sorted. - Sorter top tray will handle up to 100 sheets of 16 (60 gsm) to 28# (105 gsm) weight paper for sizes up to 12 x 18”. Capacity of top tray for handling heavyweight papers will be reduced. Expectations Setting: Xerox DocuColor 5750 Digital Color Printer / Copier COPY VOLUME RANGE COPY VOLUME RANGE - This product was designed to provide “benchmark” image quality for its product class. To maximize Customer Satisfaction this product should be operated 3,000 - 7,000 prints/ copies per month 70 - 80% of which are color copies. Usage above this range may result in a higher service frequency (see chart below). PERFORMANCE AT MATURITY PERFORMANCE AT MATURITY - The number of copies between service calls on a digital color copier is dependent on customer expectations of quality, and the use of applications and thruput materials.
