become blocked. This would require repeated cleaning of the sieve
.
■Wash or peel the fruits/vegetables that you wish to process.
■Large seeds or stones should always be removed before filling the appliance.
■Cored fruit (such as apples, pears) can be processed along with the skin
and core. Remove all other stones (peaches, plums etc.), all large seeds
(melons etc.) and stalks to avoid possible damage to the appliance.
■Fruit and vegetables with peels (e.g. citrus fruits, melons, kiwis, root vegetables)
must always be peeled first.
■Remove the stalks from grapes.
■Cut the fruit or vegetables into pieces that are small enough to fit into the
feed tube
(max. 3 x 3 cm).
■Cut fibrous ingredients (e.g. celery) into pieces around 3–5 cm long and
1.5–2 cm wide.
■Dried foods, such as beans or rice, need to be soaked or pre-boiled before-
hand.
■To make a sorbet, you need to freeze the ingredients. To do this, spread
them out on a suitable surface. Make sure that the individual pieces do not
stick to each other.
ATTENTION! PROPERTY DAMAGE!
►Do not use ice cubes or deep-frozen foods. Thaw frozen ingredients before
use until you can insert the prongs of a fork into the middle.

passen (max. 3 x 3 cm).
■Schneiden Sie faserige Zutaten (z.
