| Page 1 Slide the rubber sealing (1) (RT*FC-B-W only) and the boot (2) onto the cable. Insert wires into the terminals and solder them. Apply the groundring to the cable and position it on the insert. Grounding Option: Ground with housing, solder #1 to the solder lug of the groundring. Put chuck onto the cable. Black chuck: O.D. 2.0 - 3.5 mm Blue chuck: O.D. 3.0 - 4.5 mm Slide insert and chuck together into the housing. Screw the bushing onto the connector. The RT*FC-B type is ready. Rubber sealing assembly on page 2. Prepare cable as shown. Attention: Pay attention to the key. Attention: Pay attention to the guiding key. Push the rubber sealing onto the assembly aid. Hold the cable and pull the assembly tool jerkily off the connector (the sealing jacket is pulled in position). Finish Attention: Pay attention to the position of the latch (see the picture). SINGLE BAG PACKAGING: The rubber sealing can be easily applied by hand.
