WARNING: AVOID SERIOUS INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE. Do not attempt to extend the Cable beyond the Cable
Max Limit. Failure to follow this warning will cause the Cable to hit a hard stop, creating a sudden dynamic load that may
result in serious injury or equipment and property damage.

With the pre-assembled Triple Trainer
or Floor Mount Plate at the desired
area, locate the three, non-threaded
holes of the Floor Mount Plate. These
holes will serve as the drill guide.
•
Use a Hammer Drill with 3/8 inch
diameter Masonry Bit, drill 4 1/4 inch
(108 mm) deep into the concrete.
•
NOTE: Drill depth will be 1/2 inch
(13 mm) deeper than the anchor to
ensure proper depth.
Prepare drill holes for adhesive:
•
Clean drill holes with a Wire Tube
Brush.
•
Vacuum remaining dust/debris.
It is recommended that hole alignment be
tested to prevent costly rework. Ensure
that all three Floor Mount Plate holes
align with the drill holes; Wedge Anchors
should be able to sit vertical within the
drill holes.
Acrylic adhesive application:
IMPORTANT: Step 4 must be performed
immediately after the Adhesive is applied.
The Acrylic Adhesive is high-strength and
fast-curing with very short working time.
Carefully read and follow the manufacturer’s
instructions before application.
•
Insert the Nozzle to the bottom of
the hole and fill to 1/2 the depth of
the hole.

AIR SYSTEM SETUP & FINAL INSTALLATION
Compressor
Refer to the diagram above for air system setup and follow the instructions below:
1.
Apply Loctite® 242 to the threads of the Plug and the Connector (Connector options: 3/8Cx1/4M or 3/8Cx1/8M) before
installing into the Air Manifold. Tool required: Adjustable Wrench, 3/16 in. (5 mm) Allen Wrench. NOTE: The Plug and
Connector/Tube Insert may be reversed in position for air supply that is routed from the floor.
WARNING: Never connect Keiser pneumatic equipment to an air source that is capable of exceeding 120 psi / 8.27 bar.
Over pressurizing Keiser pneumatic equipment may cause tubing to burst, breakage of equipment, abnormal operation, or
serious injury. Use only clean, dry, regulated compressed air at the rated pressure range of 100–120 psi / 6.89–8.27 bar.
2. Connect the Quick Disconnect from the Air Manifold outlet into the Compressor (Compressor not included, sold separately).
Ensure that the Quick Disconnect clicks into position.
3. Plug the Compressor into a power source to power the Compressor ON. Allow the Compressor to build up to a minimum
of 100 psi / 6.89 bar.
Press the “+” and then the “-” Thumb Buttons a few times on each Functional Trainer to ensure air cycles through and
that the Power Display powers ON.
Keiser Air Compressor manuals are available for viewing and download at http://manuals.keiser.com under the “Compressor/
