2 Antenne 3 Kabelbaum 4 Sicherungshalter 5 Flachsicherung 3A 6 Befestigungsschrauben 7 Anschlußkabel WiPro III/"all in one" Lesen Sie die folgenden Anweisungen bitte aufmerksam, um Fehlbedienungen zu vermeiden. 1.1 Lieferumfang 1.2 Montageort wählen Wählen Sie einen Montageort, der ausreichend gegen unbefugten Zugriff gesichert ist und dennoch für eventuelle Servicearbeiten wie z.B. Kartentausch zugänglich ist. Der Montageort muß sich im Fahrzeuginneren befi nden. Keinesfalls darf das Gerät im Motorraum montiert werden. Da Pro-fi nder über einen integrierten GPS-Empfänger verfügt, muß die Geräteoberseite nach oben zeigen und es muss „freie Sicht“ zum Satelliten gewährleistet sein. Kunststoff e, Glas und Holz werden vom GPS-Signal durchdrungen und beeinträchtigen die „freie Sicht“ zum Satelitten nicht. Soll eine externe GPS-Antenne angeschlossen werden, weil der Monrageort des Gerätes keinen GPS-Empfang ermöglicht, bedenken Sie, das die Kabellänge zwischen GSM-Modul und GPS-Antenne 2m beträgt und auch die externe GPS-Antenne möglichst „freie Sicht“ zu den Satelliten benötigt. Die GPS-Antenne kann jedoch unter Kunststoff verkleidungen des Armaturenbrettes (z.B. Abdeckung des Kombiinstrumentes) montiert werden. Handbuch Pro-fi nder Seite 1  1 3 4 5 2 6

Durch Einstellen des Betriebsartenschalters (siehe 1.3) können folgende Funktionen aktiviert werden: Anruf löst Statusbericht aus: Wenn Sie die Rufnummer der in Pro-fi nder eingelegten SIM-Karte wählen, beendet Pro-fi nder den Anruf automatisch und sendet an den Anrufer (nur berechtigte Nummern) einen Statusbericht (siehe 2.1). Automatische Statusberichte: Pro-fi nder sendet in den unten aufgeführten Intervallen Statusberichte an die gespeicherten Zielrufnummern. Statusbericht enthält U1, U2, U3, U4, U5: Der Statusbericht beinhaltet zusätzlich Angaben über die Betriebsspannung (U1) und die Spannungen an den Messeingängen U2-U5. Je nach Schalterstellung werden verschiedene Spannungen angezeigt. Geofencing über Pin 3 schaltbar: Liegen die in der Tabelle aufgeführten Spannungen an Pin 3 an, kann das Geofencing ereignisgesteuert ein und ausgeschaltet werden. Z.B. durch Einschalten der Zündung oder Aktivieren des Innenlichtes, etc … Handbuch Pro-fi nder Seite 2

Anruf aktiviert/deaktiviert WiPro und löst Statusbericht aus: Wenn Sie die Rufnummer der in Pro-finder eingelegten SIM-Karte wählen, beendet Pro-finder den Anruf automatisch, aktiviert bzw. deaktiviert WiPro und verschickt nach erfolgreichem Schaltvorgang einen Statusbericht an den Anrufer (nur berechtigte Nummern). WiPro wird von unscharf nach scharf, bzw. von scharf nach unscharf geschaltet. Hilfe SMS bei Spannung an Pin 3: Liegt an Pin 3 eine beliebige Spannung an, wird eine Hilfe SMS versendet. Dies kann z.B. über einen Taster geschehen. Information: Die Betriebsarten 7 bis D sind zur Nutzung ohne WiPro vorgesehen. Eine Verbindung mit WiPro ist bei diesen nicht möglich. Ab Pro-finder SN 0686-010 kann auch bei diesen Betriebsarten eine WiPro angeschlossen werden. Schließen Sie Pin 1 (schwarz) und Pin 8 (rot) polungsrichtig (siehe 1.3) an eine geeignete Spannungsversorgung (12VDC) an. Sichern Sie die Plusleitung mit der beiliegenden Sicherung ab. Die Pins 2-5 sind Messeingänge, mit denen Spannungen (0-30V)kontrolliert werden können. Über Pin 3 ist je nach Betriebsart auch Geofencing aktivierbar. Verbinden Sie ggf. WiPro III bzw. WiPro „all in one“ und Pro-fi nder mit dem beiliegenden Verbindungskabel. !!! WiPro „all in one“ und Pro-fi nder müssen an die gleiche Batterie angeschlossen sein !!! Pin 6 und Pin 7 sind Transistorausgänge, die 12V liefern und mit 500mA belastet werden können. Sollen Verbraucher geschaltet werden, die mehr als 500mA benötigen, muß ein Relais verwendet werden. Verwenden Sie hochwertige KFZ-Relais mit Freilaufdiode. Bei Überlastung erlischt die Garantie. Die Ausgänge können wie folgt gesteuert werden: -Ausgang eingeschaltet, bis der Befehl aufgehoben wird -Ausgang Impuls (für 1 Sekunde eingeschaltet) -Ausgang für frei wählbare Zeit eingeschaltet Wie die Ausgänge per SMS gesteuert werden, erfahren Sie im Kapitel 2.7 1.6 Montage der GPS Antenne (Option) Die optionale GPS Antenne wird mit dem bereits angebrachten Klebepad an einer sabotagegeschützten Stelle im Fahrzeug- innenraum montiert. Die Seite, auf der sich das Klebepad befi ndet muß nach oben zeigen (Empfangsseite). Die Montagestelle muß trocken, sauber und fettfrei sein. Bei Temperaturen unter 15°C sollte die Klebefl äche erwärmt werden. Die Empfangsseite muß möglichst waagerecht ausgerichtet sein. 1.7 Anschluß der GPS Antenne Zum Anschliessen der optionalen GPS-Antenne muß Pro-fi nder spannungsfrei sein. Ziehen Sie hierzu den Hauptkabelbaum ab und stecken dann den GPS-Stecker in den 4 poligen Anschluß für die GPS-Antenne. Jetzt kann auch der Hauptkabelbaum wieder eingesteckt werden. Um der GPS Antenne zu ermöglichen die aktuellen Satellitendaten zu empfangen und zu speichern, muß die Betriebsspannung nach der Installation mindestens 5 Minuten über 13,5V betragen. Starten Sie hierzu das Fahrzeug. Erfolgt die beschriebene Speicherung nicht, ist eine genaue Positionsbestimmung nicht sichergestellt. GPS Empfang muß sichergestellt sein (Hallen und Überdachungen verlassen). Um zu prüfen, ob GPS-Daten empfangen werden, schalten Sie den Betriebsartenschalter in Stellung F (GPS Diagnose). Die Status LED zeigt nun den Betriebszustand des GPS an. LED leuchtet rot: GPS nicht angeschlossen Wiederholen Sie den Anschlußvorgang bei getrennter Spannungsversorgung. Führt dies nicht zum Erfolg, liegt evtl. ein Defekt der GPS-Antenne vor. LED blinkt gelb: GPS Daten werden Empfangen, jedoch ohne gültige Position. Blinkt die Status LED auch nach 5 Minuten noch, ist die Antenne an einer Stelle montiert, die den GPS Empfang unmöglich macht, oder das Fahrzeug steht z.B. unter einem Dach. LED leuchtet grün: GPS Position okay. Schalten Sie den Betriebsartenschalter zurück in die Ausgangsposition. Wenn die LED nun rot leuchtet, ist noch keine SIM-Karte eingesetzt. Weitere Zustände der LED werden im Kapitel 1.10 erklärt. In Hallen bzw. Gebäuden und unter Überdachungen kann es zu Reflektionen des GPS-Signals kommen. Dadurch kann die Genauigkeit der Positionsbestimmung stark beeinträchtigt werden und es können Diebstahlmeldungen ausgelöst werden, obwohl das Fahrzeug nicht bewegt wurde. Um solche Meldungen zu vermeiden, empfehlen wir die Geofence Funktion zu deaktivieren, wenn das Fahrzeug in einem Gebäude bzw. unter einem Dach abgestellt wird. Senden Sie hierzu eine SMS mit dem Inhalt „fence aus“ an die Nummer des GSM Moduls.    

Seite 6 1.8 Programmieren der Zielrufnummern Bevor mit der Programmierung begonnen werden kann, muß eine freigeschaltete SIM-Karte (Micro -SIM Format) eines Mobilfunkanbieters in das Modul eingesetzt werden Der PIN der verwendeten Karte muß vor dem Einsetzen auf 0000 geändert werden. Die Pinabfrage muß aktiviert sein. Alle Rufumleitungen und die Mailbox müssen ausgeschaltet sein. Die Komfortfunktionen der Karte müssen deaktiviert sein. (Rückruf bei besetzt, Erinnerungen per SMS, etc.) Beim Einsetzen der Karte muß Pro-fi nder spannungsfrei sein. Die Karte muß für Roaming freigeschaltet sein, wenn sie auch im Ausland genutzt werden soll. Verwendete SIM-Karte: Zur Nutzung des Pro-fi nders benötigen Sie eine SIM-Karte eines Mobilfunkanbieters. Wir empfehlen den Einsatz einer Karte von t-mobile oder Vodafone. Es sind jedoch grundsätzlich auch Karten anderer Anbieter geeignet. Wird eine pre-paid Karte eingesetzt, kann das aktuelle Guthaben der Karte bei jeder SMS mitübertragen werden. Bei der Wahl der pre-paid Karte ist darauf zu achten, daß die Karte zum Aufl aden des Guthabens nicht aus dem Gerät entfernt werden muß, sondern auch von einem anderen Mobiltelefon oder z.B. einem EC-Automaten geladen werden kann. Speichern der Nummer des Pro-fi nders: Um die Nummer bei einer Alarmmeldung schnell zuordnen zu können, sollten Sie ihr, wie jedem anderen Eintrag im Adressbuch Ihres Mobiltelefons, einen Namen zuweisen. Da Sie auf die Nummer gegebenenfalls auch schnell zugreifen müssen, sollten Sie diese idealerweise ALARM nennen, da sie so am Anfang Ihres Adressbuches abgelegt wird. Wenn Sie Alarm folgendermaßen schreiben, steht Sie immer an erster Stelle: AAlarm. Speichern Sie die Nummer unbedingt mit der Landesvorwahl (z.B. +49 für Deutschland), um auch aus dem Ausland Zugriff darauf zu haben. Steuern per SMS oder Anruf: Bei jeder SMS, die Pro-fi nder versendet, entstehen Ihnen Kosten, deren Höhe von Ihrem Netzbetreiber abhängig ist. Wenn Sie per SMS oder Anruf die Anlage steuern, hat dies immer eine Status SMS zur Folge.

Wenn die SIM-Karte eingelegt und der Halter verriegelt ist, kann die Spannungsversorgung angeschlossen werden. Die Status LED wird nun kurz rot blinken und danach gelb/grün blinken. Jetzt kann die weiter unten beschriebene Programmier SMS an die Nummer des Pro-finder verschickt werden. Wurde die SMS empfangen und die Nummern gespeichert, blinkt die Status LED grün und es wird eine Status SMS an den Absender der Programmier SMS verschickt. Pro-finder ist nun einsatzbereit. Die Programmierung kann auch mit Ihrem Smartphone über folgenden Link erfolgen: http://sms.thitronik.de/ Zielrufnummern sind die Telefonnummern, die im Alarmfall benachrichtigt werden sollen. Bis zu 10 Nummern können gespeichert werden. Es wird zwischen folgenden Arten von Zielrufnummern unterschieden: Masternummer: Ist die Telefonnummer, die beim Speichern der Zielrufnummern an erster Stelle steht. Diese Nummer kann jederzeit ohne Zugriff auf den Betriebsartenschalter neue Zielrufnummern programmieren. Autorisierte Nummern: Dies sind Zielrufnummern, die die Berechtigung haben die Ausgänge des Pro-finder per SMS zu steuern, und Statusberichte anzufordern. Nicht autorisierte Nummern: Diese Zielrufnummern haben keinen Zugriff auf die Funktionen der Anlage. Sie erhalten nur Statusmeldungen. Smartphone Nummern: Dies können sowohl Masternummern, als auch autorisierte oder nicht autorisierte Nummern sein, die bei der Programmierung mit einem s versehen wurden und die Fahrzeugposition als Link gesendet bekommen, der mit jedem handelsüblichen Smartphone als Karte dargestellt werden kann. Die bei Pre-paid verwendeten Abfragecodes für das Guthaben entnehmen Sie denUnterlagen Ihrer Prepaidkarte oder erfragen es bei Ihrem Provider. Wird das P nicht gesendet, wird das Restguthaben der Karte nicht übertragen. 100# dient zur Abfrage des Restguthabens einer pre-paid Karte und kann abhängig vom Provider auch aus anderen Zeichen (z.B. 101#) bestehen. Die jeweilige Zeichenfolge finden Sie im Informationsheft Ihrer pre-paid Karte oder in der Tabelle Abfragecodes auf der vorherigen Seite. Bei Vertragskarten darf keinesfalls ein Abfragecode eingegeben werden, da dies zu Fehlfunktionen führt. Beispiele verschiedener Programmier SMS Bei entsprechend mehr Empfängern Eingabe fortlaufend ohne Leerzeichen. Ersetzen Sie die Abfragecodes bei Pre-paid Karten entsprechend der Tabelle Abfragecodes. Ersetzen Sie die Landesvorwahl und die Telefonnummern entsprechend Ihrer Daten.

!! SIM Karte muss im Gerät sein !! Um den gesamten Zielrufnummernspeicher zu löschen gehen Sie wie folgt vor: Ziehen Sie den Hauptkabelbaum ab. Stellen Sie den Betriebsartenschalter auf Position E. Stecken Sie den Hauptkabelbaum wieder ein (warten Sie bis die Status LED gelb/grün blinkt). Stellen Sie den Betriebsartenschalter zurück auf die Ausgangsposition. Der Speicher ist nun leer und kann durch eine neue Programmier SMS neu programmiert werden. Der Speicher kann auch ohne Betätigung des Betriebsartenschalters durch die Masternummer überschrieben werden. Hierzu muß von der Masternummer eine wie unter 1.8 beschriebene Programmier SMS an Pro-finder gesendet werden. 1.10 Anzeige der Betriebszustände (Status LED) Blinkt rot/gelb: Netzsuche + keine Zielrufnummern vorhanden Blinkt rot: Netzsuche/ kein GSM-Empfang Blinkt grün: Eingebucht (Empfang) + Zielrufnummern vorhanden Leuchtet rot: SIM-Karte fehlt bzw. ist defekt Blinkt rot/grün: PIN ist nicht 0000 Blinkt gelb: Zielrufnummernspeicher ist leer Blinkt gelb/grün: Keine Zielrufnummern vorhanden + Eingebucht Leuchtet grün: Pro-finder versendet eine SMS Leuchtet gelb: Verbindungsaufbau mit Modem Nach abgeschlossener Installation und Programmierung blinkt die Status LED im Normalbetrieb grün.      

Der Statusbericht enthält neben Position, Geschwindigkeit und Zuständen der Ausgänge je nach Betriebsart zusätzlich Angaben über die Spannungen U2-U5, sowie die Temperatur in unmittelbarer Nähe des Gerätes. Diebstahlmeldung: Diese Meldung erhalten Sie dann, wenn sich Ihr Fahrzeug bei aktivierter WiPro weiter als ca.1000m vom ursprünglichen Standort entfernt. Bei einer Diebstahlmeldung handelt es sich um einen stillen Alarm. D.h. weder Blinker noch Sirene werden aktiviert. Beides lässt sich wie unter 2.2 beschrieben per SMS aktivieren. ! Nach versenden der SMS wird die Masternummer zusätzlich angerufen ! Spannungswarnung (nicht in Betriebsart B): Sinkt die Versorgungsspannung dauerhaft unter 11,2V, schaltet Pro-fi nder in Stand by, um die Batterie zu schonen. In diesem Fall wird eine SMS mit dem Hinweis hierauf versendet. Erst wenn die Spannung wieder über 12,5V steigt, wird in den Normalbetrieb zurück geschaltet. 2.1 Erklärung der empfangenen Meldungen Je nach Art des Vorfalls und Einstellung des Programmwahlschalters kann eine SMS folgende Angaben enthalten: Empfang: Je negativer der angezeigte Wert, desto besser der Empfang. GPS: Stand by die GPS Antenne ist im Stand by Modus. Bei einem Ereignis wird Sie automatisch reaktiviert. UTC: Uhrzeit des Vorfalls (Angabe in koordinierter Weltzeit) Pos: Aktuelle Position des Fahrzeugs Geschwindigkeit: Aktuelle Geschwindigkeit des Fahrzeugs. Kontostand: Aktuelles Guthaben der Simkarte (nur bei Pre-paid Karten) Die Nachrichtenlänge ist auf 160 Zeichen begrenzt. Daher wird das Guthaben je nach Nachrichteninhalt nicht immer angezeigt. Bei einer Positionabfrage (POS) wird das Guthaben jedoch sicher angezeigt. Handbuch Pro-fi nder Seite 10

Seite 11 Notruf SMS: Diese Meldung wird verschickt, wenn Pro-fi nder in Betriebsart A genutzt wird und an Pin 3 eine Spannung anliegt. ! Nach versenden der SMS wird die Masternummer zusätzlich angerufen ! Positions SMS für Smartphones: Diese SMS erhalten Sie als Antwort auf eine Positionsabfrage wie unter 2.4 beschrieben. Smartphonenutzer gelangen durch Anklicken des Links direkt zur Kartenansicht der aktuellen Fahrzeugposition. Bei Pre-paid Karten wird in dieser Nachrichtenart immer das Restguthaben angezeigt, sofern Pro-fi nder entsprechend eingerichtet wurde (siehe Seite 8, Kapitel 1.8). Hilfe SMS: Wird von einer Zielrufnummer eine SMS mit ungültigem Inhalt empfangen, wird diese Meldung mit den möglichen, korrekten Befehlen versendet, um dem Nutzer die Bedienung zu erleichtern. Einbruchmeldung: Eine solche Meldung erhalten Sie immer dann, wenn WiPro einen Alarm meldet. ! Nach versenden der SMS wird die Masternummer zusätzlich angerufen ! Gasalarm: Diesen empfangen Sie, wenn WiPro einen Gasalarm meldet. ! Nach versenden der SMS wird die Masternummer zusätzlich angerufen ! Manueller Alarm: Die Meldung wird verschickt, wenn WiPro durch Auslösen eines Panikalarmes aktiviert wird. ! Nach versenden der SMS wird die Masternummer zusätzlich angerufen ! Gasalarm: ! Nach versenden der SMS wird die Masternummer zusätzlich angerufen ! Manueller Alarm: Panikalarmes aktiviert wird.

Pro-finder ermöglicht es, die Alarmanlage ein- bzw. auszuschalten. Um WiPro einzuschalten schicken Sie eine SMS mit folgendem Text an die Nummer des Pro-finder: scharf Pro-finder reagiert auf einen erfolgreichen Schaltvorgang mit einer Statusmeldung. Das Gerät beendet den Anruf automatisch, bevor eine kostenpflichtige Verbindung zustande kommt und verschickt nach erfolgreichem Schaltvorgang einen Statusbericht an den Anrufer. Ist WiPro geschärft, ist Geofencing automatisch aktiviert und muss nicht per SMS eingeschaltet werden. 2.5 Statusbericht anfordern Der Statusbericht enthält die unter 2.1 beschriebenen Angaben, und kann wie hier beschrieben jederzeit abgerufen werden. Wie Sie mit Hilfe der Positionsangabe Ihr Fahrzeug finden, wird in Kapitel 2.6 erklärt. Wenn keine gültige Position empfangen wird, steht im Statusbericht "GPS kein Empfang", es wird jedoch die letzte gültige Position gesendet. Weiterhin wird der Zustand beider Ausgänge angezeigt und die Umgebungstemperatur in unmittelbarer Nähe des Gerätes. 2.6 Positionsabfrage mit Smartphone Smartphone Nutzer können wie nachfolgend beschrieben eine speziell für Smartphones konzipierte SMS erhalten, die einen Link öffnet, auf dem Sie die genaue Position des Fahrzeuges sehen. Das Übertragen der Koordinaten in eine Kartenprogramm entfällt somit. Die in den Meldungen enthaltenen Positionsangaben können in beliebige Kartenprogramme und Navigationsgeräte eingegeben werden und zeigen so je nach verwendeter Kartenart oft hausnummerngenau den aktuellen Standort des Fahrzeuges. Die Positionsangabe wird hierzu exakt, wie auf Ihrem Mobiltelefon angezeigt in die Suchzeile eines Kartenprogrammes wie z.B. Google Maps eingegeben. Für Smartphonenutzer kann wie unter 2.6 beschrieben eine Positionsabfrage durchgeführt werden, die einen anklickbaren Link enthält um die Darstellung auf einem Smartphone zu vereinfachen. Um nach Erhalt einer Diebstahl- meldung weitere Positionsangaben zu erhalten, können Sie wie unter 2.5 beschrieben jederzeit Statusberichte anfordern. Sollte das Fahrzeug sich in einem Gebäude befi nden, oder an einem anderen Ort ohne GPS Empfang, wartet Pro-fi nder bis zu 10 Minuten auf den Empfang einer gültigen Position. Wird auch nach 10 Minuten keine Position empfangen, wird der Statusbericht mit der zuletzt empfangenen Position verschickt. Da bei einem Alarm und aktiver Lichtmaschine permanent die Position abgefragt wird, ist die zuletzt empfangene Position diejenige, die unmittelbar vor Abbruch des GPS-Empfanges gespeichert wurde. Die in der SMS enthaltene Uhrzeit in UTC entspricht immer der Zeit, der zuletzt empfangenen Position. The installation location must be inside the vehicle. Never install the device in the engine compartment. Because Pro-fi nder has an integrated GPS receiver, the top side of the device must be pointing up and a “clear view” to the satellite must be ensured. As they are penetrated by the GPS signal, plastics, glass and wood will not obstruct the “clear view” to the satellite. If an external GPS receiver will be installed, because the installation location of the device does not have GPS reception, note that the cable length between the GSM module and the GPS receiver must not exceed 2 m and that the GPS receiver needs a “clear view” to the satellites. However, the GPS receiver can be installed under plastic coverings on the dashboard (e.g. cover of the instrument cluster). Call arms / disarms WiPro and triggers status report: If you call the phone number of the SIM card inserted in Pro-finder, Pro-finder automatically ends the call, arms or disarms WiPro and, after successful switching, sends a status report to the caller (authorised numbers only). Connect pin 1 (black) and pin 8 (red) with the correct polarity (see 1.3) to a suitable power supply (12 VDC). Protect the plus cable with the provided fuse. Pins 2 – 5 are measurement inputs that can be used to check voltages (0-30 V). Depending on the mode, geofencing can also be activated via pin 3. If necessary, connect WiPro III or WiPro “all in one” and Pro-fi nder using the included connecting cable. !!! WiPro “all in one” and Pro-fi nder must be connected to the same battery !!! Pin 6 and pin 7 are transistor outputs that supply 12 V and can withstand a load of 500 mA. If consumers requiring more than 500 mA must be connected, a relay must be used. Use a high-quality automotive relay with a recovery diode. Overloads will void the warranty. The outputs can be controlled as follows: – Output switched on until the command is cancelled – Output pulse (switched on for 1 second) – Output switched on for freely specifi ed time Chapter 2.7 describes how to control the outputs via SMS 1.6 Installing the GPS receiver (optional) The optional GPS receiver can be mounted at a location inside the vehicle that is protected against sabotage, using the already attached self-adhesive pad. The side with the self-adhesive pad must face upward (receiving side). The mounting location must be clean, dry and free of grease. If the temperature is below 15 °C the contact surface should be warmed fi rst. The receiving side must be aligned as horizontally as possible. 1.7 Connection of the GPS receiver To connect the optional GPS receiver, Pro-fi nder must be de-energised. Disconnect the main cable assembly and then plug the GPS plug into the 4-pin connector for the GPS receiver. Now you can re-connect the main cable assembly. To enable the GPS receiver to receive and save current satellite data, the operating voltage must be greater than 13.5 V for at least 5 minutes after the installation. To achieve this, start the vehicle. If the data is not saved, exact determination of the position is not ensured. GPS reception must be ensured (leave any halls or roofed areas). To check whether GPS data is being received, switch the operating mode switch to position F (GPS diagnosis). The status LED now indicates the operating state of the GPS. LED is illuminated red: GPS not connected Repeat the connection procedure with the power supply ­disconnected. If this is not successful, the GPS receiver may be ­defective. LED flashes yellow: GPS data is being received, however without a valid position. If the status LED is still flashing after 5 minutes, either the receiver is mounted at a position that makes GPS ­reception ­impossible, or the vehicle is parked under a roofed area, for ­example. LED is illuminated green: GPS position OK. Switch the operating mode switch back to the ini­ tial ­position. If the LED is now illuminated red, a SIM card has not been inserted. Additional LED states are described in chapter 1.10. In halls or buildings and under roofed areas, reflections of the GPS signal can occur. This can have a significant effect on the accuracy of the positioning, and theft alerts can be triggered although the vehicle has not been moved. To prevent such alerts we recommend disarming the geofence function if the vehicle is parked in a building or under a roof. To do this, send an SMS with “fence av” to the number of the GSM module.    

Before you can start programming, a valid SIM card (Micro-SIM) from a mobile phone provider must be inserted in the module The PIN for the card that is used must be changed to 0000 before it is inserted. The PIN query function must be activated. All call forwarding functions and the mailbox must be deactivated. The convenience functions of the card must be deactivated. (Callback if busy, reminders per SMS, etc.) When the card is inserted Pro-fi nder must be de-ener- gised. The card must be valid for roaming if it will also be used in foreign countries. SIM card used: In order to use the Pro-fi nder, you need a SIM card of a mobile phone supplier. We recommend using a card from T-mobile or Vodafone. However, cards from other suppliers are also generally suitable. Since pre-paid cards do not result in monthly charges, these cards are ideal for the purpose. The current credit on the card is transferred with each SMS. When choosing a pre-paid card, ensure that it does not need to be removed from the device in order to top up the credit, but that it can be topped up from another mobile phone, for example from an ATM. Saving the number of the Pro-fi nder: In order to assign the number quickly when there is an alarm message, you should assign it to a name, as with every other entry in the address book of your telephone. Since you may also need to access the number quickly, ideally you should label name it ALARM, then it will be stored at the beginning of your address book. If you write alarm as shown below, it will always be at the top of the list: Alarm. The number must always be stored with the country code (e.g. +44 for the UK) in order to access it from abroad. Controlling by SMS or phone call: Each SMS sent by Pro-fi nder results in costs that will depend on your network operator. Once the SIM card has been inserted and locked in place the power supply can be connected. The status LED will now flash red briefly and then will flash yel­ low / green. Now the programming SMS described below can be sent to the number of the Pro-finder. If the SMS was received and the numbers were saved, the status LED flashes green and a status SMS is sent to the sender of the programming SMS. Pro-finder is now ready for operation. Destination phone numbers are the phone numbers that will be alerted in case of an alarm. Up to 10 numbers can be saved. There are different types of destination phone numbers: Master number: Is the phone number at the top of the list when the destination phone numbers are saved. This number can program new destination phone numbers at any time, without access to the operating mode switch. Authorised numbers: These are destination phone numbers that have authorisation to control the outputs of Pro-finder via SMS and to request status reports. Non-authorised numbers: These destination phone numbers have no access to the system functions. They only receive status messages. Smartphone numbers: These can be master numbers, authorised numbers or non-authorised numbers that were provided with an “s” during programming and can receive the vehicle position as a link that can be displayed as a map with any standard smart­ phone. Examples for various programming SMS messages In the case of multiple recipients, enter continuously without blanks. Replace the query codes for pre-paid cards according to the query codes table. Replace the country prefix and the phone numbers according to your data.

SIM card must be in the device!! To delete all destination numbers in memory, proceed as follows: Disconnect the main cable assembly. Set the operating mode switch to position E. Re-connect the main cable assembly (wait until the status LED flashes yellow / green). Set the operating mode switch back to the initial position. The memory is now empty and can be reprogrammed with a new programming SMS. The memory can also be overwritten by the master number, without setting the operating mode switch. Theft alert: You receive this message if WiPro is armed and your vehicle is further than approx. 1000 m from the original location. A theft alert is a silent alert. This means that neither the fl ashers nor the siren are activated. Both of these can be activated via SMS as described in chapter 2.2. ! After sending the SMS, Pro-fi nder will call the Master number ! Voltage warning (not in operating mode B): If the power supply permanently drops below 11.2 V, Pro-fi nder switches to stand by mode to save battery power. In this case an SMS with the voltage level is sent. When the voltage rises above 12.5 V again the unit switches back to normal operation. 2.1 Explanation of the messages received Depending on the type of incident and setting of the program select switch, an SMS can contain the following information: Reception: The more negative the displayed value, the better the reception. GPS: Stand by The GPS receiver is in stand by mode. It will be automatically reactivated if there is an event. UTC: Time of the incident (indicated in coordinated universal time) Pos: Current position of the vehicle Speed: Current speed of the vehicle Credit balance: Current credit on the SIM card (only for pre-paid cards) The message length is limited to 160 characters. Pro-finder allows you to switch the alarm system on and off. To switch WiPro on, send an SMS with the following text to the number of the Pro-finder: arm Pro-finder responds to a successful switching process with a status report. To switch WiPro “all in one” off, send an SMS with the following text to the number of the Pro-finder: disarm Pro-finder responds to a successful switching process with a status report. If you receive a theft alert in the form of a “silent alert”, you can additionally activate sirens and flashers with the SMS command “alarm”. The alarm can be discontinued with the “disarm” command. 2.3 Controlling the alarm system via phone call In operating modes 2 and 3 WiPro can be switched to the next state respectively by calling. Dial the Pro-finder for this purpose. The device automatically ends the call before a pay connection is established and, after successful switching, sends a status report to the caller. if the vehicle leaves an area of approx. 1km around its original location, you will receive a theft alert as described under 2.1. Geofencing can be switched on and off in switch position 8 and B via pin 3. In all other switch positions, Geofencing can be switched on and off per SMS. Send an SMS with the following text to the number of the Pro-finder: Fence on Geofencing is now activated until Pro-finder receives an SMS with the text, “Fence off”. To use geofencing at a new location, first deactivate the old location by sending “Fence off”. Once WiPro is armed, Geofencing is enabled automatically and does not require an SMS to be activated. 2.5 Requesting a status report The status report contains the information stated in chapter 2.1 and can be requested at any time as described here. Chapter 2.6 explains how to find your vehicle with the help of the position information. Send an SMS with the following text to the number of the Pro-finder: Status Pro-finder responds to this SMS with a status report. Another way to request a status report is described below: Dial the number of the Pro-finder. (except in operating modes 2 and 3) After several ringing tones Pro-finder ends the call and responds with a status report. (without current credit on the SIM card) A status report also includes the GPS status. If Pro-finder receives a valid position, only the position is displayed. If a valid position is not received, “GPS no reception” is shown in the status report, however, the last valid position will be sent. Also, the status of both outputs is displayed, as is the ambient temperature in the immediate vicinity of the device. 2.6 Position query via smartphone As described below, smartphone users can receive an SMS designed especially for smartphones with a link displaying the exact position of the vehicle. This eliminates the need to enter the coordinates in a map program. Send an SMS with the following text to the number of the Pro-finder: Pos Pro-finder responds to this SMS with a position message containing a clickable link. Pro-finder is equipped with 2 separately controllable outputs. Connection of the outputs is described in chapter 1.5. The position information contained in the messages can be entered in map programs and navigation devices that display the current location of the vehicle, often down to the house number, depending on the type of map used. The position information must be entered exactly as it appears on your mobile phone in the search line of a map program such as Google Maps. Smartphone users can conduct a position query as described in chapter 2.6, which then contains a clickable link for simplifi ed display on a smartphone. To receive further position information after receiving a theft alert, you can request status reports at any time as described in chapter 2.5. If the vehicle is inside a building or at another location without GPS recep- tion, Pro-fi nder will wait 10 minutes for receipt of a valid position. If a position is not received after 10 minutes, the status report with the last received position will be sent. Since in the case of an alert and an active generator the position is queried con- stantly, the last received position is the position saved immediately before dis- continuation of the GPS reception. The time in UTC stated in the SMS is always the time of the last received position. L’emplacement de montage doit se trouver à l’intérieur du véhicule. En aucun cas il ne faut monter l’appareil dans le compartiment du moteur. Comme le Pro-fi nder est doté d’un récepteur GPS intégré, la face supérieure de l’appareil doit être tournée vers le haut, pour une visibilité sans obstacle vers le satellite. Les matières synthétiques, le verre et le bois sont traversés par le signal GPS, de sorte que la visibilité vers le satellite n’est pas altérée. S’il est prévu de connecter une antenne GPS externe parce que l’emplacement de montage de l’appareil ne permet pas de réception GPS, il faut savoir que la longueur du câble entre le module GSM et l’antenne GPS est de 2m et que l’antenne GPS externe doit également avoir une visibilité directe vers le satellite. Cependant, l’antenne GPS peut être installée sous l’habillage en plastique du tableau de bord (recouvrement des instruments mixtes, par exemple). La commutation du WiPro passe de désactivé à activé ou d’activé à désactivé. Branchez la broche 1 (noire) et la broche 8 (rouge) à une alimentation électrique adéquate (12 V c.c.) en respectant la polarité (voir 1.3). Protégez le conducteur positif à l’aide du fusible joint. Les broches 2 à 5 sont les entrées de mesure qui permettent de contrôler les tensions (0 – 30 V). Suivant le mode de service, la broche 3 permet d’activer le géofencing. Reliez le WiPro III ou le WiPro « all in one », selon le cas, et le Pro-fi nder avec le câble de liaison joint. !!! Le WiPro et le Pro-fi nder doivent être branchés sur la même batterie !!! Les broches 6 et 7 sont des sorties transistor qui délivrent du 12 V et peuvent supporter 500 mA. Si les consommateurs connectés nécessitent plus de 500 mA, il faut employer un relais. Utilisez dans ce cas des relais automobile de qualité supérieure munis d’une diode de marche à vide. La garantie est  perdue en cas de surcharge. Les sorties peuvent être commandées de la manière suivante : - Sortie active jusqu’à ce que l’instruction soit supprimée - Sortie impulsion (active durant 1 seconde) - Sortie active pour un temps déterminé Le chapitre 2.7 explique comment commander les sorties par SMS. 1.6 Montage de l’antenne GPS (option) L’antenne GPS vendue comme option est déjà munie d’un coussinet adhésif ; elle doit être installée dans l’habitacle du véhicule à un endroit protégé contre le sabotage. Le côté où se trouve le coussinet adhésif doit être tourné vers le haut (côté récepteur). La surface adhésive doit être propre, sèche et exempte de graisses. Si la température est inférieure à 15 °C, il est conseillé de réchauff er la partie adhésive. Dans la mesure du possible, le côté récepteur doit être horizontal. 1.7 Branchement de l’antenne GPS Il faut mettre le Pro-fi nder hors tension avant de brancher l’antenne GPS en option. Pour ce faire, débranchez le faisceau de câbles avant d’enfi cher le connecteur GPS dans la prise 4 pôles réservée à l’antenne GPS. Enfi chez ensuite à nouveau le faisceau de câbles. Pour permettre à l’antenne GPS de recevoir les données satellite actuelles et de les enregistrer, la tension de service après installation doit être de plus 13,5 V pendant au moins 5 minutes. À cet eff et, démarrez le véhicule. Si l’enregistrement des données, tel qu’il est décrit, ne se produit pas, c’est que la position n’a pas été déterminée avec certitude. Sortez le véhicule du garage ou de l’abri pour obtenir la réception GPS. Pour vérifier si les données GPS sont reçues, mettez le commutateur des modes de service en position F (diagnostic GPS). La LED d’état montre l’état de service du GPS. LED rouge allumée : le GPS n’est pas connecté Coupez l’alimentation électrique avant de recommen­ cer la procédure de branchement. Si vous n’y parvenez toujours pas, il est probable que l’antenne GPS est défectueuse. LED jaune clignote : les données GPS sont bien reçues, cependant la position n’est pas la bonne. Si la LED d’état continue de clignoter au bout de 5 mi­ nutes, c’est que l’antenne a été montée à un endroit qui ne permet pas la réception GPS, ou que le véhicule est sous un abri, par exemple. LED verte allumée : la position GPS est déterminée. Remettez le commutateur des modes de service dans sa position d’origine. Si alors la LED rouge s’allume, c’est qu’il manque encore la carte SIM. Les autres états de la LED sont détaillés au chapitre 1.10. Dans un garage ou tout autre bâtiment, il se peut que le signal GPS soit réfléchi. Ceci risque ­d’altérer considérablement la précision du calcul de la position, et des alarmes de vol risquent d’être déclenchées sans que le véhicule ait changé de place. Pour éviter ces fausses alarmes, il est conseillé de désactiver la fonction de ­géofencing avant de garer le véhicule dans un garage ou sous abri. Pour ce faire, envoyez un SMS mentionnant « gardiennage desactive » au numéro de téléphone du module GSM.    

Page 6 1.8 Programmer des numéros de téléphone favoris Avant de commencer la programmation, il faut mettre en place dans le module une carte SIM (micro-SIM) activée par un fournisseur de téléphonie mobile. Avant de mettre la carte en place, changez son code PIN pour le mettre à 0000. La demande du code PIN doit être activée. Tous les transferts d’appel ainsi que la boîte vocale doivent être désactivés. Les fonctions confort de la carte doivent être désactivées. (rappel si occupé, rappels par SMS, etc.) Le Pro-fi nder doit être hors tension au moment de glisser la carte en place. La carte doit permettre le roaming s’il est également pré- vu de l’utiliser à l’étranger. Carte SIM utilisée : Pour utiliser le Pro-fi nder, vous avez besoin d’une carte SIM que vous trouverez chez un fournisseur de téléphonie mobile. Nous vous conseillons d’utiliser une carte de t-mobile ou de Vodafone. Cependant, les cartes de tous les autres fournisseurs sont également possibles. Comme les cartes prépayées ne coûtent pas d’abonnement mensuel, elles conviennent de manière idéale pour cet emploi. Le montant restant sur la carte est communiqué avec chaque SMS. Pour choisir une carte prépayée, il faut veiller à ce qu’il ne soit pas nécessaire de sortir la carte de l’appareil pour la recharger ; la carte doit pouvoir être rechargée depuis un téléphone portable ou depuis un guichet bancaire. Enregistrer le numéro du Pro-fi nder : Dans le cas d’une alarme, afi n de pouvoir rapidement identifi er le numéro émetteur, nous vous conseil- lons d’attribuer un nom au numéro, comme pour toute autre inscription dans le carnet d’adresses de votre téléphone portable. Comme vous aussi devez pouvoir trouver ce numéro rapidement si besoin, nous vous conseillons de choisir comme nom le mot ALARM, de sorte que le numéro sera placé en tête dans votre carnet d’adresses. Pour que le numéro soit toujours en tête dans la liste, nous vous conseil- lons de l’orthographier ainsi : AAlarm. Enregistrez le numéro en indiquant toujours l’indicatif du pays (+49 pour l’Allemagne, par exemple) afi n de pouvoir le joindre également depuis l’étranger. Une fois que la carte SIM a été mise en place, et que vous avez verrouillé son socle, vous ­pouvez remettre la tension de service. La LED d’état rouge clignote d’abord briève­ ment, puis la LED jaune puis verte ­clignote. Vous pouvez maintenant envoyer au numéro du Pro-finder le SMS de programmation décrit ci-après. Une fois le SMS reçu et les numéros enregistrés, la LED d’état verte clignote et un SMS d’état est renvoyé en réponse à l’expéditeur du SMS de programmation. Pro-finder est désormais opérationnel. Les numéros favoris sont les numéros de téléphone qui doivent être contactés en cas d’alarme. Vous pouvez enregistrer jusqu’à 10 numéros. On distingue différents types de numéros favoris : Numéro master : C’est le numéro de téléphone qui est mis en tête de liste quand les ­numéros favoris sont enregistrés. Ce numéro peut programmer à tout moment de nouveaux numéros favoris sans passer par le ­commutateur des modes de service. Numéros autorisés : Il s’agit des numéros favoris qui peuvent commander les sor­ ties du Pro-finder par SMS pour demander des comptes-ren­ dus d’état. Numéros non autorisés : Ces numéros favoris n’ont aucun accès aux fonctions du ­système. Ils ne contiennent que des messages d’état. Numéros de smartphone : Il peut s’agir soit du numéro master, soit de numéros autori­ sés ou non autorisés auxquels on a ajouté un s à la program­ mation et qui reçoivent la position du véhicule envoyée sous forme de lien pouvant ouvrir une carte géographique sur n’importe quel smartphone en usage dans le commerce. Les codes d’interrogation (utilisé pour les prépayés) pour le crédit, retirez des documents de votre carte prépayée ou demandez-le auprès de votre fournisseur. Si P n’est pas envoyé, le montant restant sur la carte ne sera pas communiqué. 100# sert à questionner la carte prépayée sur le montant restant et peut être composé d’autres caractères selon l’opérateur (exemple 101#). La suite de caractères du code est indiquée dans le fascicule d’information de votre carte ­prépayée ou dans le tableau des codes d’interrogation de la page précédente. En aucun cas il ne faut donner de code d’interrogation si la carte est employée avec ­abonnement sous peine de dysfonctionnements du système. !! La carte SIM doit être obligatoirement dans l’appareil !! Procédez de la manière suivante pour effacer tous les numéros favoris enregistrés : Débranchez le faisceau de câbles. Mettez le commutateur des modes de service en position E. Enfichez à nouveau le faisceau de câbles (patientez jusqu’à ce que la LED jaune / verte clignote). Remettez le commutateur des modes de service dans sa position d’origine. La mémoire des numéros favoris est maintenant vide ; de nouveaux numéros peuvent être programmés à l’aide d’un SMS de programmation. Le message signalant le vol est une alarme silencieuse, autrement dit, ni les clignotants ni la sirène ne sont déclenchés. Tous deux peuvent être activés par SMS comme décrit sous 2.2. ! Après l’envoi du texto, le numéro central est appelé en plus ! Alerte tension (sauf en mode de service B) : Si la tension d’alimentation est descendue durablement en dessous de 11,2V, le Pro-fi nder se met en veille pour préserver la  batterie. Dans ce cas, un SMS contenant cette information est envoyé. Le système ne retrouve le mode de service normal qu’une fois que la tension est remontée au-dessus de 12,5 V. 2.1 Explication des messages reçus Un SMS peut contenir les informations suivantes, selon le type d’incident et suivant le réglage du commutateur des modes de service : Réception : plus la valeur indiquée est négative, meilleure est la réception. GPS : stand by l’antenne GPS est en mode Veille. Elle se réactive automatiquement quand un évènement survient. UTC : heure de l’évènement (temps universel coordonné) Pos : position actuelle du véhicule Vitesse : vitesse actuelle du véhicule. SMS d’aide : Quand un numéro favori reçoit un SMS dont le contenu n’est pas valide, il renvoie ce message avec des instructions possibles et correctes pour aider l’utilisateur dans la commande du système. Pro-finder permet de mettre en service et d’éteindre le système d’alarme. Pour mettre en service le WiPro, envoyez un SMS au numéro du Pro-finder avec le contenu suivant : arme Pro-finder réagit à la commutation réussie par un message d’état. Pour éteindre le WiPro « all in one », envoyez un SMS au numéro du Pro-finder avec le contenu suivant : desarme Pro-finder réagit à la commutation réussie par un message d’état. Si vous recevez un message signalant le vol, ce message étant une alarme silencieuse, vous pouvez activer la sirène et les clignotants par un SMS d’instruction mentionnant « alarm ». L’instruction « desarme » met fin à l’alarme. 2.3 Commander le système d’alarme par appel téléphonique En modes de service 2 et 3, le WiPro peut passer d’un état à l’autre sur simple appel téléphonique. Pour ce faire, appelez le Pro-finder. L’appareil coupe automatiquement l’appel avant même qu’une liaison tarifée soit établie, puis une fois la commutation exécutée, envoie à l’appelant un compte-ren­ du d’état. dès que le véhicule s’écarte d’environ 1,5 km de sa position d’origine, vous recevez un message ­signalant le vol comme décrit sous 2.1. La fonction de géofencing peut être allumée et éteinte par l’intermédiaire de la broche 3 quand le commutateur est en position 8 et B. Dans toutes les autres positions du commutateur, le géofencing peut être activé et désactivé par SMS. Envoyez un SMS au numéro du Pro-finder avec le contenu suivant : gardiennage active À partir de maintenant, la fonction de géofencing reste active jusqu’à ce que le Pro-finder reçoive un SMS mentionnant «gardiennage desactive». Si le WiPro est armé, la fonction de géofencing est automatiquement active ; il n’est pas besoin d’en­ voyer un SMS pour l’activer. 2.5 Demander un compte-rendu d’état Le compte-rendu d’état contient les informations décrites sous 2.1 ; il peut être demandé à tout moment en procédant comme décrit ici. Le chapitre 2.6 explique comment retrouver votre véhicule à l’aide de la position indiquée. Envoyez un SMS au numéro du Pro-finder avec le contenu suivant : Statut Pro-finder répond à ce SMS en envoyant un compte-rendu d’état. Autre possibilité pour demander un compte-rendu d’état : Appelez le numéro du Pro-finder. (Sauf en modes de service 2 et 3) Pro-finder coupe l’appel après quelques tonalités et répond en envoyant un compte-rendu d’état. (sans montant restant sur la carte SIM) Le compte-rendu d’état comporte également l’état GPS. Si le Pro-finder reçoit une position valide, cette position est indiquée. Si aucune position valide n’est reçue, le compte-rendu d’état mentionne « pas de réception GPS », et envoie la dernière position valide connue. Par ailleurs, le message indique l’état des sorties, et la température ambiante à proximité immédiate de l’appareil. 2.6 Questionnement de la position par smartphone Les utilisateurs d’un smartphone peuvent recevoir un SMS spécialement conçu pour les smartphones comme décrit ci-après ; en cliquant sur le lien qu’il contient, vous pouvez voir la position exacte du véhicule. Ceci permet d’éviter d’avoir à transmettre les coordonnées dans un logiciel de cartographie. Envoyez un SMS au numéro du Pro-finder avec le contenu suivant : Pos Pro-finder répond à ce SMS en indiquant la position dans un message sous forme d’un lien hypertexte. Pro-finder dispose de 2 sorties qui peuvent être commandées séparément. Le chapitre 1.5 décrit comment les brancher. Activer durablement les sorties : Pour activer la sortie A jusqu’à nouvel ordre, envoyez un SMS au numéro du Pro-finder avec le contenu suivant : A active Pro-finder réagit à ce SMS en activant la sortie A et en envoyant un compte-rendu d’état. Commander les sorties par impulsions (allumées durant 1 seconde) : Pour activer la sortie A durant 1 seconde, envoyez un SMS au numéro du Pro-finder avec le contenu suivant : A impulsion Pro-finder réagit à ce SMS en activant la sortie A durant une seconde et en envoyant un compte-rendu d’état. Commander les sorties pour un temps déterminé : Pour activer la sortie A durant un temps compris entre 1 et 120 minutes, envoyez un SMS au numéro du Pro-finder avec le contenu suivant, XXX devant être remplacé par le nombre de minutes voulu : A XXX Pro-finder réagit à ce SMS en activant la sortie A pour la durée choisie et en envoyant un compte-rendu d’état. Pour commander la sortie B, remplacez la lettre A par la lettre B dans le SMS.         

La position indiquée dans le message peut être saisie dans un programme de cartographie quelconque ou sur n’importe quel système de navigation ; suivant le type de carte employé, il n’est pas rare qu’elle montre au numéro près dans la rue le lieu où se trouve actuellement le véhicule. Pour ce faire, il faut saisir la position exacte, telle qu’elle s’affi che sur votre téléphone portable, dans la ligne de recherche du logiciel de cartographie, Google Maps par exemple. Pour les utilisateurs d’un smartphone, il est possible d’interroger le système sur la position comme décrit sous 2.6 ; la réponse revient alors avec un lien hypertexte permettant d’affi cher une carte géographique sur le smartphone en toute facilité. Après que le vol ait été signalé, pour re- cevoir d’autres indications sur la position, vous pouvez demander régulièrement des comptes-rendus d’état comme décrit sous 2.5. Si le véhicule se trouve dans un bâtiment, ou dans un endroit sans réception GPS, le Pro-fi nder attend 10 minutes maxi- mum de recevoir une position valide. Si aucune position n’est reçue au bout de 10 minutes, le compte-rendu d’état envoyé donne la dernière position connue. Comme dans le cas d’une alarme, l’alter nateur étant actif, la position est interrogée en permanence, la dernière position connue est celle qui a été enre- gistrée immédiatement avant que la ré- ception GPS ne soit interrompue. L’heure UTC indiquée dans le SMS est toujours l’heure de la dernière position connue. Monteringsplatsen måste vara inne i fordonet. Apparaten får på inga villkor monteras i motorrummet. Eftersom Pro-fi nder förfogar över en integrerad GPS-mottagare, måste apparatens ovansida vara vänd uppåt för att ha “fri sikt” mot satelliten. GPS-signalen tränger igenom syntetmaterial, glas och trä och försämrar inte den “fria sikten” mot satelliten. Om en GPS-antenn ska anslutas, eftersom apparatens monteringsplats inte har någon GPS-mottagning, måste man komma ihåg, att kabellängden mellan GSM-modulen och GPS-antennen är 2 m, och även en extern GPS-antenn behöver så god “fri sikt” som möjligt till satelliten. GPS-antennen får dock monteras under instrumentbrädans plastförklädnader (t ex förklädnaden över kombiinstrumentet). Anslut pin 1 (svart) och pin 8 (röd) med rättvända poler (se 1.3) till en lämplig spänningsförsörjning (12 V DC). Säkra plusledningen med den bifogade säkringen. Pin 2 – 5 är mätingångar, med vilka spänningar (0 – 30 V) kan kontrolleras. Via pin 3 kan också Geofencing aktiveras beroende på driftart. Sammankoppla vid behov WiPro III resp WiPro “all in one” och Pro-fi nder med den bifogade förbindelsekabeln. !!! WiPro och Pro-fi nder måste vara anslutna till samma batteri !!! Pin 6 och pin 7 är transistorutgångar, som levererar 12 V och kan belastas med 500 mA. Vid koppling av förbrukare, som behöver mer än 500 mA, måste ett relä användas. Använd högvärdiga fordons-reläer med frikopplingsdiod. Vid överbelastning blir garantin ogiltig. Utgångarna kan styras enligt följande: – Utgången är inkopplad, tills kopplingsordern upphävs – Utgång impuls (inkopplad för 1 sekund) – Utgång inkopplad för valfri tid Hur utgångarna styrs per SMS, beskrivs i kapitel 2.7. 1.6 Montering av GPS-antennen (tillval) Den tillvalda GPS-antennen monteras med den redan påsatta fästkudden på ett mot sabotage skyddat stäl- le i  fordonet. Den sidan, där fästkudden sitter, måste vara vänd uppåt (mottagarsidan). Monteringsstället måste vara torrt, rent och fritt från fett. Vid temperatu- rer under 15 °C bör fästytan värmas upp. Mottagarsi- dan bör ställas in så vågrätt som möjligt. 1.7 Anslutning av GPS-antennen För anslutning av den tillvalda GPS-antennen måste Pro-fi nder vara spänningsfri. Dra då ut huvudkabel- trädet, och stick in GPS-stickproppen i det 4-poliga uttaget för GPS-antennen. Därefter kan också huvud- kabelträdet stickas in igen. För att GPS-antennen ska kunna mottaga och spara aktuella satellitdata, måste driftspänningen efter installationen vara minst 5 minuter över 13,5 V. Starta därför fordonet. Om inga data sparas enligt beskrivning, är den exakta positionsbe- stämningen inte säkerställd. GPS-mottagning måste vara säkerställd (lämna hallar och utrymmen under tak). Handbok för Pro-fi nder Sidan 4   Den tillvalda GPS-antennen monteras med den redan påsatta fästkudden på ett mot sabotage skyddat stäl- sitter, måste måste vara torrt, rent och fritt från fett. Sidan 5 1.7 Anslutning av GPS-antennen För att kontrollera, om GPS-data har mottagits, ska omkopplaren för driftarter sättas på läge F (GPS-diagnos). Status-LED-lampan visar då drifttillståndet för GPS. LED-lampan lyser rött: GPS är inte ansluten Upprepa anslutningsproceduren med bortkopp­ lad spänningsförsörjning. Om det inte hjälper, är GPS-antennen eventuellt defekt. LED-lampan blinkar gult: GPS-data tas emot, men utan giltig position. Om status-LED-lampan fortfarande blinkar efter 5 ­minuter, är antennen monterad på ett ställe, som gör GPS-mottagning omöjlig, eller fordonet står t ex under ett tak. LED-lampan lyser grönt: PGS-position är OK. Sätt tillbaka omkopplaren för driftarter till utgångs­ läge. Om LED-lampan då lyser rött, finns ännu inget SIM-kort insatt. Ytterligare tillstånd för LED-lampan förklaras i kapitel 1.10. I hallar resp byggnader och utrymmen under tak kan GPS-signalen reflekteras. ­Därigenom kan positionsbestämningens exakthet försämras avsevärt, och stöldlarm kan utlösas, fastän fordonet inte har flyttats. För att undvika sådana meddelanden rekommenderar vi, att Geofence-funktionen ­avaktiveras, om fordonet parkeras i en byggnad resp under ett tak. Skicka då ett SMS med innehållet “fence av” till GSM-modulens nummer.    

Sidan 6 1.8 Programmering av larmnummer Innan programmeringen kan påbörjas, måste ett frikopplat SIM-kort (micro-SIM) från en mobiltelefon-leverantör sättas in i mobilen. Kortets PIN-kod måste ändras till 0000, innan kortet sätts in. Funktionen PIN-avfrågning måste vara aktiverad. All omkoppling av telefon- samtal och mailboxen måste vara avstängda. Kortets komfortfunktioner måste vara avstängda (svarssamtal vid upptaget, påminnelse per SMS, m m). När kortet sätts i, måste Pro-fi nder vara spänningsfri. Kortet måste vara frikopplat för roaming, om det ska kunna användas även i utlandet. Använt SIM-kort: För att kunna använda Pro-fi nder behövs ett SIM-kort från en mobilradioleverantör. Vi rekommen- derar att använda ett kort från t-mobile eller Vodafone. I princip kan dock även kort från andra leverantörer användas. Eftersom förbetalda kort inte orsakar några månatliga kostnader, är sådana kort en ideal lösning. Det aktuella tillgodohavandet på kortet överförs vid varje SMS. Om man väljer ett förbetalt kort, måste man vara uppmärksam på, att kortet vid påfyllning av tillgodohavandet inte behöver tas ut ur apparaten, utan att det även kan fyllas på från en annan mobiltelefon eller t ex från en EC-automat. Spara numret för Pro-fi nder: För att snabbt kunna identifi era ett nummer vid ett larmmeddelande, bör numret liksom alla andra anteckningar i mobiltelefonens adressbok få ett namn. Eftersom man ibland också behöver få fram numret snabbt, bör det helst kallas ALARM, då står det också alldeles i början i adressboken. Om man dessutom stavar alarm på följande sätt, står det allra först: AAlarm. Spara numret ovillkorligen med landets riktnummer (t ex +49 för Tyskland), så kan man även utomlands komma åt numret. Styrning via SMS eller telefon: Med varje SMS-meddelande, som Pro-fi nder skickar, uppstår kostnader , vars belopp är beroende av, vilken nätleverantör man använder. Om anläggningen styrs via SMS eller telefonsamtal, sänds alltid ett status-SMS efteråt.

Sidan 7 1.8 Programmering av larmnummer Om SIM-kortet är isatt, och hållaren låst, kan spänningsförsörjningen anslutas. Status-LED-lampan blinkar då rött ett ögonblick och därefter gult / grönt. Nu kan ett längre ner beskrivet programmerings-SMS skickas till numret för Pro‑finder. När SMS har mottagits och numren är sparade, blinkar sta­ tus-LED-lampan grönt, och ett status-SMS skickas till avsändaren för program­ merings-SMS. Därefter är Pro-finder klar för användning. Larmnumren är de nummer, som ska få meddelanden vid larm. Upp till 10 nummer kan programmeras. Man skiljer mellan följande typ av larmnummer: Masternummer: Det är telefonnumret, som vid programmering står på ­första plats. Används endast, om mottagaren är en “Smartphone”. Landsnummer, som börjar med + (+49 för Tyskland) “P” står för pre-paid (förbetalt kort och bör användas om ett förbetalt kort används. Om P inte anges, kommer inget meddelande om ­tillgodohavande på kortet. 100# används för kontroll av tillgodohavandet på ett förbetalt kort och kan beroende på leverantör också bestå av andra tecken (t ex 101#). Respektive teckenföljd framgår av informationshäftet för ditt förbetalda kort eller ­tabellen över avfrågningskoder på föregående sida. Vid avtalskort får på inga villkor en avfrågningskod matas in, eftersom det orsakar felfunktioner. Exempel på olika programmerings-SMS Vid ytterligare mottagare fortsätter inmatningen utan mellanslag. Ersätt avfrågningskoder vid ­förbetalda kort motsvarande tabellen över avfrågningskoder. Ersätt landsnummer och ­telefonnummer med dina egna uppgifter.

Sidan 9 1.9 Radering av larmnummer !! SIM-kortet måste sitta i apparaten !! För att radera samtliga larmnummer ur minnet gör man på följande sätt: Dra bort huvudkabelträdet. Sätt omkopplaren för driftarter på läge E. Stick in huvudkabelträdet igen (vänta, tills status-LED-lampan blinkar gult / grönt). Sätt omkopplaren för driftarter tillbaka till utgångsläge. Minnet är nu tömt och kan programmeras genom nya programmerings-SMS. Minnet kan också skrivas över av masternumret utan att använda omkopplaren för driftarter. Då måste ett programmerings-SMS skickas från masternumret till Pro-finder (se beskrivning under 1.8. 1.10 Indikering av drifttillstånd (status LED-lampor) LED-lampan blinkar rött / gult: Nätsökning + det finns inga larmnummer LED-lampan blinkar rött: Nätsökning / ingen GSM-mottagning LED-lampan blinkar grönt: Inbokat (mottagning) + larmnummer finns LED-lampan lyser rött: SIM-kort saknas resp är defekt LED-lampan blinkar rött / grönt: PIN-koden är ej 0000 LED-lampan blinkar gult: Larmnummerminnet är tomt LED-lampan blinkar gult / grönt: Det finns inga larmnummer + inbokade LED-lampan lyser grönt: Pro-finder skickar ett SMS LED-lampan lyser gult: Uppbyggnad av förbindelsen till modemet Efter avslutad installation och programmering blinkar status-LED-lampan vid ­normal drift grönt.      

Statusrapporten innehåller utöver fordonets position, hastighet och utgångarnas tillstånd beroende på driftart också upp- gift om spänningarna för U2 – U5, samt temperaturen i apparatens omedelbara närhet. Stöldmeddelande: Detta meddelande får du, om ditt fordon vid aktiverad WiPro fl yttas längre bort än ca 1000 m från sin ursprungliga parkeringsplats. Ett stöldlarm är ett tyst larm, dvs varken blinkning eller siren aktiveras. Båda funktioner kan aktiveras via SMS enligt beskrivning under 2.2. ! Efter skicka SMS är masternumret även kallad ! Spänningsvarning (ej i driftart B): Sjunker försörjningsspänningen permanent under 11,2 V, koppkar Pro-fi nder in stand-by för att skona batteriet. I så fall skickas ett SMS med hänvisning till det. Först när spänningen åter ligger över 12,5 V, sker omkoppling tillbaka till normaldrift. 2.1 Förklaring av mottagna meddelanden Beroende på händelsens art och inställning av omkopplaren för programval kan ett SMS innehålla följande uppgifter: Mottagning: Ju lägre det indikerade värdet är, desto bättre är mottagningen. GPS: Standby GPS-antennen är på standby. Den aktiveras automatiskt vid en händelse. UTC: Klockslag för det inträff ade (enligt internationell tidsstandard). Pos: Fordonets aktuella position. Hastighet: Fordonets aktuella hastighet. Kontoställning: Aktuellt tillgodohavande på SIM-kortet (endast förbetalda kort). Handbok för Pro-fi nder Sidan 10

Användare av Smartphone kommer genom att klicka på länken direkt till kartan med fordonets aktuella position. Hjälp-SMS: Om ett larmnummer erhåller ett SMS med ogiltigt innehåll, skickas detta meddelande med de möjliga, korrekta kommandon för att underlätta manövreringen för användaren. Inbrottsmeddelande: Ett sådant meddelande kommer alltid, om WiPro signalerar ett larm. ! Efter skicka SMS är masternumret även kallad ! Gaslarm: Detta larmmeddelande får du, om WiPro signalerar ett gaslarm. ! Efter skicka SMS är masternumret även kallad ! Pro-finder gör det möjligt att koppla in resp ur larmanläggningen. För inkoppling av WiPro skickas ett SMS med följande text till numret för Pro-finder: skarp Pro-finder reagerar på en lyckad koppling med ett statusmeddelande. För urkoppling av WiPro “all in one” skickas ett SMS med följande text till numret för Pro-finder: oskarp Pro-finder reagerar på en lyckad koppling med ett statusmeddelande. Om du får ett stöldlarm, och det är fråga om ett “tyst larm”, kan du dessutom via SMS-funktionen “larm” aktivera sirenen och blinkningen. Med funktionen “urkopplad” kan larmet avslutas. 2.3 Styrning av larmanläggningen via uppringning I driftarterna 2 och 3 kan WiPro kopplas om till respektive nästa tillstånd via en uppringning. Ring då upp Pro-finder. Apparaten avslutar samtalet automatiskt, innan en kostnadspliktig förbindelse etableras, och skickar efter lyckad omkoppling en statusrapport till uppringaren. Endast auktoriserade nummer har åtkomst till Pro-finder. Handbok för Pro-finder Sidan 12

förflyttas längre bort än ca 1 km från sin ursprungliga parkeringsplats, får du ett stöldmeddelande enligt beskrivning under 2.1. Geofencing kan kopplas in och ur via pin 3, om omkopplaren står på läge 8 eller B. I alla andra lägen kan Geofencing kopplas in och ur via SMS. Skicka ett SMS med följande text till numret för Pro-finder: fence pa Geofencing är då aktiverad, tills Pro-finder får ett SMS med texten “fence av”. Om WiPro är skarp, är Geofencing automatiskt aktiverad och behöver inte kopplas in via SMS. 2.5 Begära statusrapport Statusrapporten innehåller de under 2.1 beskrivna uppgifter och kan när som helst avropas enligt beskrivning där. Hur man med hjälp av positionsuppgiften hittar fordonet, finns beskrivet i kapitel 2.6. Skicka ett SMS med följande text till numret för Pro-finder: Status Pro-finder reagerar på detta SMS med en statusrapport. En annan möjlighet att begära statusrapport är följande: Slå numret till Pro-finder. (utom i driftart 2 och 3) Efter några kopplingstoner avslutar Pro-finder samtalet och reagerar med en statusrapport. (utan aktuellt tillgodohavande på SIM-kortet) Med en statusrapport överförs samtidigt GPS-statusen. Om Pro-finder får en giltig position, visas endast positionen. Om ingen giltig position tas emot, står det i statusrapporten “GPS ingen mottagning”, men den senaste giltiga position meddelas. Dessutom anges tillståndet för båda utgångar och omgivningstemperaturen i apparatens omedelbara närhet. 2.6 Positionsförfrågan med Smartphone Användare av Smartphone kan få ett speciellt till Smartphones anpassat SMS (se följande beskrivning), som öppnar en länk, där man ser fordonets exakta position. Därmed bortfaller överföringen av koordinaterna i ett kartprogram. Skicka ett SMS med följande text till numret för Pro-finder: Pos Pro-finder reagerar på detta SMS med ett positionsmeddelande, som innehåller en länk, som du kan klicka på. Sidan14 2.7 Styrning av utgångar via SMS Pro-finder förfogar över 2 utgångar, som styrs separat från varandra. Hur dessa ska anslutas finns beskrivet under 1.5. Permanent koppling av utgångar: För inkoppling av utgång A, tills motorder ges, skickas ett SMS med följande text till numret för Pro-finder: A pa Pro-finder reagerar på detta SMS genom att koppla in utgång A samt med en statusrapport. För urkoppling av utgång A skickas ett SMS med följande text till numret för ­Pro-finder: A av Pro-finder reagerar på detta SMS genom att koppla ur utgång A samt med en statusrapport. Koppling av pulsade utgångar (1 sekund): För inkoppling av utgång A under 1 sekund skickas ett SMS med följande text till numret för Pro-finder: A impuls Pro-finder reagerar på detta SMS genom att koppla in utgång A under en sekund samt med en statusrapport. Koppling av utgångar under valfri tid: För inkoppling av utgång A under valfri tid mellan 1 och 120 minuter skickas ett SMS med följande text till numret för Pro-finder, varvid XXX ska ersättas med önskat antal minuter: A XXX Pro-finder reagerar på detta SMS genom att koppla in utgång A under önskad tid samt med en statusrapport. För styrning av utgång B måste du ersätta bokstaven A i SMS-meddelandet med bokstaven B.         

Positionsuppgifterna i meddelandena kan matas in i valfria kartprogram och navigationsapparater och visar då beroende på använd karttyp fordonets aktuella position, ofta med exakt uppgift om husnummer. Positionsuppgiften visas exakt som i din mobiltelefon, i kartprogrammets sökrad, t ex i Google Maps. För användare av Smartphone kan en positionssökning enligt beskrivning under 2.6 utföras, som innehåller en länk, med vars hjälp framställningen i Smartphone kan förenklas. För att efter ett erhållet stöldmeddelan- de få ytterligare positionsuppgifter, kan du när som helst begära en statusrap- port enligt beskrivning under 2.5. Skulle fordonet befi nna sig i en byggnad eller på annan plats utan GPS-mot- tagning, väntar Pro-fi nder upp till 10 minuter på mottagning av en giltig position. Kommer även efter 10 minuter ingen positionsuppgift, skickas en sta- tusrapport med den senast registrerade positionsuppgiften. Eftersom positionen avfrågas permanent vid ett larm och aktiverad ljusmaskin, är det den senast registrerade posi- tionen, som fi nns sparad omedelbart före avbrott i GPS-mottagningen. Den i SMS:et angivna tiden i UTC motsvarar alltid tiden för den senast registrerade positionen.
