-UK- APEX 79 - INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS -I- - APEX 79 ISTRUZIONI DI MONTAGGIO -E- APEX 79 - INSTRUCCIONES DE MONTAJE -D- APEX 79 - MONTAGEANLEITUNG INSTALLATION: - APEX 79 peut être installlé à l'aide du câble d'alimentation du profilé lumineux en position axiale (fig. 1) ou radiale (fig. 2) conformément au plan de montage. Pour les installations avec le cordon d'alimentation dans une position axiale pour forer un diamètre de trou de ø ≥ 8 mm comme le montre l'exemple de la figure 1. Pour les installations avec le câble d'alimentation dans une position radiale pour forer un trou sur de ≥ ø 8mm comme dans l'exemple représenté sur la figure 2. Pour toute configuration particulière, il est toutefois possible de percer un trou de sortie du câble d'alimentation dans d'autres positions afin de ne pas détériorer le câble et/ou le connecteur pré-installé. - Insérer le câble d'alimentation dans la cavité puis installer le profilé lumineux en effectuant une légère pression jusqu'à insertion totale par fraisage comme indiqué figure 3. - Réunissez-Vous l'appareil à un alimenteur de sûreté 230/24Vdc en assurant que la puissance totale indiquée sur l'étiquette plaque du APEX ne soit pas supérieur à cette indiquée dans les informations 79 sur la plaque de l'alimenteur même (Fig.4). L'installation peut demander l'implication de personnel qualifié. ATTENTION: - Le module LED de ces dispositifs ne sont pas interchangeables. - En cas d'échec, il doit être entièrement remplacé l'ensemble de l'unité. AVERTISSEMENT: vérifier le caractère approprié des conditions ambiantes du lieu d'installation de l'appareil. Para la instalación con el cable de alimentación en posición axial, perforar un agujerode ø ≥ 8mm como se muestra en el ejemplo de la figura 1. Para la instalación con el cable de alimentación en posición radial, perforar un agujero en la superficie de montaje de ø ≥ 8mm para como se muestra en el ejemplo de la figura 2. No obstante, en el caso de que se deban cumplir requisitos específicos, es posible practicar el orificio de salida del cable de alimentación en otras posiciones, siempre que no se perjudique la integridad del cable y/o del conector instalado sobre el mismo. - Introducir el cable de alimentación en el orificio e instalar a continuación el perfil luminoso aplicando una ligera presión hasta su completa introducción en el hueco taladrado, como se muestra en la figura 3. - Conecte el aparato a un alimentador de seguridad a 230/24Vcc, asegurándose de que la potencia total indicada en la etiqueta de datos de placa del APEX no supere la 79 indicada en los datos de placa del alimentador (Fig.4). - La instalación puede requerir la intervención de personal cualificado. ATENCIÓN: - El módulo LED de estos dispositivos no es reemplazable. - En caso de fallo se debe reemplazar por completo toda la unidad. ADVERTENCIA: segúrese de que las condiciones ambientales en las que se instala el aparato sean idóneas. Per installazioni con il cavo di alimentazione in posizione assiale praticare un foro di ø ≥ 8mm come indicato nell'esempio in figura 1. Per installazioni con il cavo di alimentazione in posizione radiale praticare un foro sul piano di montaggio di ø ≥ 8mm come indicato nell'esempio in figura 2. In relazione a specifiche esigenze è tuttavia possibile praticare il foro di uscita del cavo di alimentazione in altre posizioni purché non pregiudichino l'integrità del cavo e/o del connettore su di esso installato. - Inserire il cavo di alimentazione nel foro e quindi installare il profilo luminoso effettuando una leggera pressione fino al completo inserimento in fresata come indicato in figura 3. - Collegare l'apparecchio ad un alimentatore di sicurezza 230/24Vdc assicurandosi che la potenza complessiva indicata sull'etichetta dati targa dello APEX79 non sia superiore a quella indicata nei dati targa dell'alimentatore stesso (Fig.4). - L'installazione può richiedere il coinvolgimento di personale qualificato. ATTENZIONE: - Il modulo LED di questi apparecchi non è sostituibile. - In caso di guasto dovrà essere integralmente sostituito l’intero apparecchio. ATTENZIONE: assicurarsi che le condizioni ambientali in cui il dispositivo deve essere installato siano adeguate. Für Anlagen mit dem Stromkabel in einer axialen Position einen Lochdurchmesser von ø ≥ 8 mm, wie in dem Beispiel in Abbildung 1 dargestellt. Bei Anlagen mit dem Stromkabel in einer radialen Position ein Loch auf der ≥ ø 8mm Montageebene wie in dem Beispiel in Abbildung 2 dargestellt zu bohren. Je nach den spezifischen Anforderungen kann eine Bohrung für den Austritt des Stromkabels in anderen Positionen ausgeführt werden, sofern diese nicht die Funktionstüchtigkeit des Kabels und/oder des installierten Steckverbinders beeinträchtigen. - Das Stromkabel in die Bohrung einführen, dann das Lichtprofil vorsichtig ganz in die Bohrung drücken (Abb. 3). - Das Gerät an ein Sicherheitsnetzgerät 230/24Vdc anschließen, prüfen, ob die auf dem Typenschild des APEX 79 angegebene Gesamtleistung mit den Daten auf dem Typenschild des Netzgerätes übereinstimmt (Abb.4). - Die Installation kann qualifiziertes Fachpersonal erfordern. ACHTUNG: - Das LED-Modul dieser Leuchten ist nicht auswechselbar. - Im Falle einer nicht funktionierenden Leuchte, muss diese vollständig ausgetauscht werden. HINWEIS: Sicherstellen, dass sich die Raumbedingungen für die Installation der Leuchten eignen. INSTALLATION: - APEX 79 can be installed using the lighting profile power cable in axial (figure 1) or radial (figure 2) position with respect to the assembly plan. For installations with the power cord in an axial position to drill a hole diameter of ø ≥ 8mm as in the example shown in Figure 1. For installations with the power cord in radial position to drill a hole on the ø ≥ 8mm mounting plan as shown in the example in Figure 2. In terms of specific requirements, it is possible to drill the power cable outlet hole in other positions, provided they do not affect the integrity of the cable and/or connector installed on it. - Feed the power cable into the hole and install the lighting profile by applying light pressure until it is seated in the recess, as shown in figure 3. - Connect the appliance to a safety feeder 230/24Vdc making sure that the power indicated on the label date plate of the APEX is not higher to the one indicated in the data plate of 79 the feeder . (Fig.4) - The installation may require the involvement of qualified personnel. W : ARNING - The LED module of these devices is not replaceable. - In case of failure it must be entirely replaced the entire unit.
