 Depress push-pins on aluminum rods and insert into black rods.  Thread assembled rods through loops on the top of the cargo bag.  Attach bag to rods using snap-links & selected grommets at end of bag. STEP 2. MOUNTING AND SECURING IN PICKUP TRUCK  Adjust assembled rods to fit snugly against the rails of the truck bed. Rods may also be adjusted to fit just under the bed rails.  To secure rods to truck bed, pull and twist the hand adjuster counter clockwise to lengthen/tighten, so the end caps on the rods press firmly against the sides of the truck. Pull and twist clockwise to shorten/loosen the rods to release pressure and remove.  Holes on the black rods should be facing down to keep water/dust out of rods. Attach the snap-links to the appropriate grommets on the bag in order to center the unit in your truck. The bottoms of the bag compartments should rest gently on the truck bed floor. Installation is complete.
