(Artikel-Nr. 7409680, 7409682, 7409684, 7409686, 7409688) Produktbeschreibung Die Schwerlast-Montagedeckel sind für den Einbau der quadratischen/runden Schwerlastkassetten im Innen- bereich geeignet. Die Nivelliereinheiten für die Schwerlast-Montagede- ckel sind für erhöhte Lastanforderungen ausgelegt und ermöglichen eine estrichbündige Höheneinstellung des Schwerlast-Montagedeckels. Hinweis: Die Schwerlastkassetten und Schwerlast-Monta- gedeckel sind in quadratischer und runder Bauform erhältlich. Die Montage wird anhand der quadratischen Bauform gezeigt. Die Montage der runden Variante erfolgt analog. 1 Schwerlastkassette 2 Schwerlast-Montagedeckel 3 Nivelliereinheiten 4 Unterflurdose Montage vorbereiten Unterflurdose 4 montieren: 1. Unterflurdose 4 als Grundlage für die weitere Montage montieren. Nivelliereinheiten montieren Nivelliereinheit 3 montieren: 1. Die 4 Muttern und Sicherungsscheiben auf die Nivelliereinheit 3 schrauben. 2. Nivelliereinheit 3 in die Nivellierstütze schrau- ben. Schwerlast-Montagedeckel montieren Schwerlast-Montagedeckel 2 einsetzen: 1. Schwerlast-Montagedeckel 3 mit der Nivellie- reinheit 5 montieren. Dafür die Schrauben aus dem Montageschutzdeckel verwenden. 2. Bodenbelag aufbringen. ACHTUNG Beschädigungsgefahr durch falsche Montage! Alle 4 Schwerlaststützen so nivellieren, dass sie spielfrei auf dem Bodenblech aufliegen! Sonst entstehen Hohlräume zwischen dem Bodenblech und dem Untergrund. Schwerlast-Montagedeckel 2 sichern: ACHTUNG Beschädigungsgefahr durch unzureichende Sicherung! Ein unzureichend gesicherter Schwerlast-Monta- geschutzdeckel führt zu Produktschäden! Schwerlast-Montageschutzdeckel mit den Sicherungsmuttern sichern. Hinweis: Nach der Belegung mit dem Bodenbelag müssen die Nivelliereinheiten feinjustiert werden. 2. Schwerlast-Montagestützen 2 spielfrei auf die Höhe des Bodenbelags nivellieren. 3. Schwerlast-Montagedeckel 2 mit den 4 Siche- rungsmuttern der Nivelliereinheit 3 sichern. Schwerlastkassette montieren Schwerlastkassette 1 montieren: 1. Schwerlastkassette 1 , wie in der Montageanlei- tung für die Schwerlastkassetten 1 beschrieben, montieren. Schwerlastsystem entsorgen – Kunststoffteile wie Hausmüll, Werkstoff. – Metallteile wie Altmetall. – Örtliche Müllentsorgungsvorschriften beachten. Screw the 4 nuts and locking disks to the height-adjustment unit 3 . 2. Screw the height-adjustment unit 3 into the height-adjustment support. Mounting the heavy-duty mounting lid Inserting the heavy-duty mounting lid 2 : 1. Mount the heavy-duty mounting lid 3 with the height-adjustment unit 5 . For this, use the screws from the mounting protection lid. 2. Apply the floor covering. ATTENTION Risk of damage through incorrect mounting! Adjust the height of all 4 heavy-duty supports, so that they are positioned on the floor plate without play! Otherwise, this will create cavities between the floor plate and the substrate. Montaje de la tapa de montaje para cargas pesadas Coloque la tapa de montaje para cargas pesadas 2 : 1. Monte la tapa de montaje para cargas pesadas 3 con la unidad de nivelación 5 . Para ello utilice los tornillos de la tapa protectora de montaje. 2. Coloque el revestimiento de suelo. ATENCIÓN ¡Peligro de daños por montaje incorrecto! ¡Nivele los 4 apoyos para cargas pesadas de manera que se apoyen sin holgura sobre la chapa de base! De lo contrario, se forman cavidades entre la chapa de base y el fondo. Asegure la tapa de montaje para cargas pesadas 2 : ATENCIÓN ¡Riesgo de daños por seguridad insuficiente! ¡Una tapa protectora de montaje mal asegurada provoca daños en el producto! Asegure la tapa protectora de montaje para cargas pesadas con las tuercas de seguridad! Nota: Después de colocar el revestimiento de suelo, deben ajustarse con precisión las unidades de nivelación. 2. Nivele sin holgura los apoyos de montaje para cargas pesadas 2 a la altura del revestimiento de suelo. 3. Asegure la tapa de montaje para cargas pesa- das 2 con las 4 tuercas de seguridad de la unidad de nivelación 3 . Montaje del conjunto de tapa y marco para cargas pesadas Montaje del conjunto de tapa y marco para cargas pesadas 1 : 1. Instale el conjunto de tapa y marco para cargas pesadas 1 como se describe en las instrucciones de montaje de los conjuntos de tapa y marco para cargas pesadas 1 . Навинтите 4 гайки и предохранительные шай- бы на нивелирующий элемент 3 . 2. Ввинтите нивелирующий элемент 3 в ниве- лирующую опору. Установка усиленной монтажной крышки Установка усиленной монтажной крышки 2 . 1. Смонтируйте усиленную монтажную крышку 3 с нивелирующим элементом 5 . Для этого используйте винты от защитной монтажной крышки. 2. Уложите напольное покрытие. ВНИМАНИЕ! Опасность повреждения вследствие неправильного монтажа!
