• If an enclosed transporter is not available, remove the soft top and position the vehicle facing forward. NOTICE Assembly Instructions Improper installation of this accessory could result in an accident causing serious bodily injury or death. To prevent an accident, be sure that this accessory is properly and securely installed on your vehicle. If you cannot properly install this accessory yourself, have a professional installer, such as an authorized Kawasaki dealer, install it for you. Prior to each use, check to be sure the accessory is securely attached to the vehicle and periodically inspect the accessory for any required adjustment, wear, and damage. lower A-pillar between the two bolts. 1. Park the vehicle on level ground, set the parking brake, turn off the ignition switch. Check the both bed latches are secured. 2. Place the soft top (A01) over the cab frame. 4. Loop the left and right front straps through the left and right front buckles. Wrap and secure hook and loop strap around A-pillar after tightening straps. the B-pillar. Install the left and right B pillar loop straps below the ROPS cross member just behind the cabin and loosely attach to the left and right buckles. Wrap and secure hook and loop strap around B-pillar after tightening straps 6. Install the four snap clamps (A03) to the ends of the two fiberglass rods (A02), then snap to the cab frame tubes. (Top not shown for clarity) 7. Space the snap clamp and fiberglass rod assembly 13" from the center of the ROPs tube to the center of the rod on both sides. to the front top crossbar and secure top. 10. When using the soft top with a full windshield, Apply the adhesive hook and loop fastener to the windshield. Attach hook and loop fastener on the soft top to the hook and loop fastener on the windshield. 11. Adjust the left and right front and rear straps until the soft top is snug and evenly placed across the cab frame. Inspect to be sure the enclosure fits as intended.
