During this clamping process, a particular upward bow of the Pole is specified after tightening the knobs.  Place tightening element onto the wall and tighten both the knobs to secure it.  Tighten clamping ring at the center so that the telescopic poles can be tightened together correctly.  Attach a double clamping ring to the telescopic pole and tighten it with the knob. NOTE: The double clamping rings connect two telescopic crossing poles at any angle to support each other laterally.
