The valve actuator’s drive rod should be in its highest/innermost position when it is mounted on the valve. Fix the actuator to the valve using the connection nut, manual power is sufficient. 90º 90º Wiring The actuator has a connection cable with a connector which is intended for connection to the bottom of the actuator. There is only one way to plug in the contact. Be careful not to damage the cable if the connector needs to be removed from the actuator. Red, black is connected to the controller’s increase and decrease signals respectively, blue to the common. To set the valve position manually, hold down the disengagement button (A in the picture below) and then turn the knob for manual manoeuvring (B in the picture below) to the desired position. When the knob is turned clockwise, the drive rod is pushed outwards and when the knob is turned anti-clockwise, the drive rod is pulled inwards. Position indication RVAZ4-230 has a clear position indication which is shown on the knob for manual manoeuvring. There are markings for 0, 25, 50, 75 and 100 % open position. Ventilställdonets drivstång ska vara i sitt översta/innersta läge vid montering på ventilen. Gänga fast ställdonet på ventilen med hjälp av förbindningsmuttern så att ställdonet blir fixerat till ventilen, det räcker att använda handkraft vid fixeringen. 90º 90º 2 Inkoppling Ställdonet har en anslutningskabel med kontaktdon som är avsedd för kontakteringen i ställdonets nederkant. Kontakten går bara att sätta i på ett sätt. Var försiktig om kontaktdonet behöver tas loss från ställdonet så att inte kabeln skadas. För att manuellt ställa in ventilpositionen, håll nere frikopplingsknappen (A i ned- anstående bild) och vrid sedan handmanövervredet till önskad position (B i nedanstående bild). Vid medurs vridning skjuts drivstången utåt och vid moturs vridning dras den inåt. Lägesindikering RVAZ4-230 har en tydlig lägesindikering som avläses på hand- manövervredet. Um die Ventilposition manuell einzustellen, drücken Sie zuerst den Auslöseknopf (A im unteren Bild) und drehen dann den Knopf für Hand-bedienung (B im unteren Bild) bis zur gewünschten Position. Das Drehen im Uhrzeigersinn bewegt die Ven- tilspindel nach oben. Das Drehen gegen den Uhrzeigersinn bewegt die Ventilspindel nach unten. Stellungsanzeige RVAZ4-230 hat eine Positions-LED, die auf dem Knopf für die Hand- bedienung angebracht ist. Die Markierungen gelten für 0, 25, 50, 75 und 100% geöffnete Position. L'axe du moteur doit se trouver en position haute (c.-à-d. rentré) pour permettre le montage sur la vanne. Utiliser les écrous pour solidariser la vanne et le moteur. Il n'y a pas besoin d'outils, la force manuelle suffit. 90º 90º Raccordement Le moteur est équipé d'un câble avec un connecteur adapté qui est des- tiné à être branché à la base de l'actionneur. Il n'y a qu'une seule façon d'effectuer ce branchement. Attention à ne pas endommager le câble lorsque vous débranchez le connecteur. Le fil rouge et le fil noir sont connectés respectivement au signal d'ouverture et de fermeture tandis que le fil bleu est relié au neutre. Pour régler la position de la vanne manuellement, appuyez sur le bouton A (voir image ci-dessous) et tournez le bouton B pour manœuvrer manuellement la vanne dans la position souhaitée. Lorsque vous tournez le bouton B dans le sens des aiguilles d'une montre, l'axe sort (la vanne s'ouvre) et lorsque vous tournez dans le sens inverse des aiguilles d'une montre, l'axe rentre (la vanne se ferme). Indicateur de position RVAZ4-230 est doté d'un indicateur de position situé sur le bouton B. Les repères correspondent à 0, 25, 50, 75 et 100% d'ouverture de la vanne. Ce produit est marqué CE.
