The Andalink is a secure, cloud-based software that bridges the Soberlive FR with a complete data

management system. With Andalink, company and OH&S managers can register users and faces, as well as view, download, and manage reports for their employees' alcohol results. SETUP INSTRUCTIONS For instructions on how to set up your Andalink account for your Soberlive FR, please visit andatech.com.au/andalink-manual and log in with the credentials provided in the letter with your device during purchase. ANDALINK SYNC Test results from the device are synced to Andalink immediately (as long as there is an active internet connection on the device). All other changes from Andalink to the device are synced every 10 minutes. FORCE SYNC To Force Sync the device with Andalink, connect a mouse to the device. Then click and hold the cursor on the version number (displayed on the bottom right of the device screen). The server (cloud) icon will start rotating and display a downward arrow icon to indicate that it is syncing. The Force Sync is complete when the icon stops rotating. The number beside the icon will be updated to show the updated number of registered faces synced from Andalink, and a pop-up message will appear in the Notification Area that the Force Sync is complete. 8

The operating temperature range is between -10°C to 50°C. Using the device within this

temperature range will limit condensation from a user’s breath to ensure an accurate reading from a user’s breath sample. 2. It is recommended that the user does not consume anything for 20 minutes before the breath test. Following this procedure will eliminate possible misreadings from mouth alcohol and food. 3. The device can be used with either a sampling cup or a straw adapter and regular drinking straws (not provided). Set the alcohol test type to either Quick Test Mode or Standard Test Mode under Advanced Settings (Blow) and install either the sampling cup or straw adapter onto the device before using. a. The sampling cup is recommended for Quick Test Mode. The sampling cup should be cleaned with a non-alcohol disinfectant and wiped dry between each test to prevent cross contamination or alcohol residue from affecting the next reading. b. The straw adaptor is recommended for Standard Test Mode. Users should be provided with individually wrapped regular drinking straws (not provided) to take a test. Each user should use a new straw for each test and dispose of the used straw hygienically after testing. 4. After switching on the device, allow 10 minutes for the device to warm up before using. 9

Follow the device's instructions shown in the Notification Area when taking a test.

1. 'Face camera. Keep face inside the frame' Stand in front of the device, face the camera and position face within the Facial Recognition Frame shown on the LCD display. 2. Device will then prompt the user to take an alcohol breath test. Follow the instructions in the Notification Area: 'Please Blow' Quick test mode - Blow fast and hard into the sampling cup from a distance of 3-5 cm without touching the sampling cup Standard test mode - Insert a drinking straw into the straw adaptor and blow slow and steadily into the straw 'Blowing' (only displays during standard test mode) Continue blowing into the straw 'Blow completed. Please Wait' Stop blowing and wait for the results 3. Device will analyse the results and display them in the Notification Area along with a voice alert (if enabled) as “Pass/Fail” “Name/Visitor” “Alcohol reading” . Note: Pass/Fail alcohol limit is 0.00 by default and cannot be changed. Any result over 0.00 will be a 'Fail'. 4. Results are synced to Andalink immediately after each test (if device is connected to the internet). 5. A new user can take another test by repeating from Step 1. 10

1. Can a user delete or edit their details or test results?

No, this cannot be done on the device or in Andalink by any user (including by Admins or Managers). 2. How instant are the Soberlive FR's test results, changes and updates synced to Andalink? They sync automatically every 10 minutes. You can do a Force Synchronisation to sync it instantly. 3. What will happen if the Wi-Fi or internet is down in my location? The Soberlive FR will continue to operate and save test results offline. Once it is connected to the internet or Wi-Fi network again, it will sync the results to the Andalink. 4. What is tail sampling and when should I enable or disable it? Tail sampling takes the breath sample from the end of the blow. This is common in evidential testing devices to make sure that the breath sample is a deep lung sample to provide an accurate alcohol test result. If you have enabled Standard Test mode and have users providing the breath sample using a straw, you can enable Tail Sampling to get a more accurate alcohol test result. However, if you are using the Soberlive FR as a screening device and just need a pass or fail result (Quick Test mode and using a sampling cup), then you can disable Tail Sampling. BREATHALYSER DISCLAIMERS ● This product must be used strictly in accordance with the instructions in this manual. ● This product is intended to provide the user with an indication of alcohol on the breath. However, neither the manufacturer nor the supplier gives any warranty (express or implied) that the product can give any indication of blood alcohol level. ● A person's BAC (Blood Alcohol Concentration) can only be accurately measured by the administration of a blood test. This product only measures breath alcohol content which, in turn, only gives an approximate indication of blood alcohol concentration. ● In these circumstances the user of this product should not rely on the information provided thereby as an accurate indication of their blood alcohol concentration or of their level of intoxication or of their fitness to drive and in particular should not take any action in reliance on such information as the product can provide no more than an indication of alcohol on the breath. ● If the user of this product makes any decision or takes any action based on the use of the product such decision or such action shall be at the sole risk of the user and neither the manufacturer nor the supplier assumes any responsibility for such decision or action. ● In particular, neither the manufacturer nor the supplier shall be in any way liable if the user of the product asserts that the product led them to believe they were fit to operate a motor vehicle and are subsequently found not to be so fit. 23

MEASUREMENTS & CONDITIONS FOR ALCOHOL TESTING

● Use a clean sampling cup or straw for each test. Sampling cups should be replaced after each positive BAC test result or when it is dirty. ● Do not allow samples containing smoke, tobacco or other chemical products to enter the unit, as damage to the fuel cell can occur. Cigarette smoke may also increase the blood alcohol concentration value displayed. Allow one minute after smoking before testing. ● There must be an interval of at least 15 minutes after alcohol consumption as alcohol residue in the mouth may give a false reading. Such residue may also be left by aromatic drinks, mouthwash, medicines and drops, as well as by belching and vomiting. Rinsing your mouth with water or non-alcoholic drinks does not substitute for an interval. ● A person's blood alcohol concentration (BAC) can continue to rise for up to 2 hours after drinking alcohol. If a result is close to the designated BAC, it is recommended to wait and retest after 20 minutes. ● It can take 10 hours or more for a person's BAC to return to zero after a high BAC has been reached. A further test should be carried out later in the day or the following morning.
