Remove and set aside the six screws that attach the struts to the bottom of the wing’s center section and the two bolts that secure the wing’s center section to the fuselage. If you will install optional landing gear: drill openings through the outer surfaces of lower stub wings through the ends of the wing stub mounting tubes, the metal landing gear struts, insert the threaded metal rod (axle) through the struts, then add the wheels.
