Supporting synchronous data rates up to 10 Mbps, the Patton 2040 Series is trans- parent to protocol and passes all data signals, all control signals, and all HSSI clocking paths (except smooth to gapped clock). Both local line and remote line loopbacks are supported. All three mod- els in the Patton 2040 Series are avail- able in two versions: DCE-to-DTE or DTE-to-DCE. The Patton 2040 Series is externally AC powered, and is supplied with an integral 6ft (1.8 m) cable. The Patton 2040 Series Continued...
