The First Serial number is on the Sticker on the unit. The Second serial number is not located on the unit; it is merely 1 digit higher than the first. E.g. Serial number #1 is 000-8882, the second would be 000-8883. Each serial number has 4 loops. This would be like having 2 keyfobs in one. Each loop number will utilize its own zone, so 8 zones will be needed to program all button functions.
