Shredder doesn’t start:

Make sure switch is in auto position ( ). Make sure safety lock is in unlock position. Make sure head is on basket correctly. Check for jam. Remove and empty basket. BASIC SHREDDING OPERATION PAPER/CARD OR CD (8Cd only) Continuous operation: Up to 3-minute maximum NOTE: Shredder runs briefly after each pass to clear entry. Continuous operation beyond 3-minutes will trigger 30-minute cool down period. PAPER JAM PRODUCT MAINTENANCE *Only use a non-aerosol vegetable oil in long nozzle container such as Fellowes 35250 Set to Off ( ) Set to Reverse ( ) for 2-3 seconds *Apply oil across entry �� performance.
