Assemble the Left Rear Wheel

Left Rear Wheel: 1. Slide the rear thick washer (18) onto the left rear axle. 2. Slide the orientation sleeve onto the left rear wheel axle. 3. Slide the left rear wheel (17) onto the left rear axle.
