パッキン④をガラス扉のキャビネット外側にくるよう に観音開き戸ロック①に差し込みます。ガラス扉を観 音開き戸ロックに差し込み，ガラス固定ねじ③を締め ます。 パッキン④をガラス扉のキャビネット外側にくるよう に受座②に差し込みます。次にガラス扉を観音開き戸 ロック①に差し込み，ガラス固定ねじ③を締めます。 キー⑤を上図のように溝に入れます。キーを差し込む とローターが回転し、上図のようになることを確認し てください。キーを抜くとローターが縦、キーを差し 込むとローターが横になります。 錠をセットする時はキー⑤を差し込んで行ってくださ い。キーを差し込まず扉を閉めますと破損の原因にな ります。 スムーズに施錠できるように、観音開き戸ロック①と 受座②がきれいに重なるようにして裏側のガラス固定 ねじ③をゆるめて調整してください。上下に2 mm、 左右に1 mm 調整できます。次にクリアバンパー BS-12 ⑥を受座の後に貼ってください。 この表示を無視、あるいは注意事項を守らないでご使用した場合、故障の 原因や事故により、けがをしたり組み立てられないことがあります。 この度は弊社製品をお買い上げ頂き誠にありがとうございます。本品を正しくご使用頂くため、はじめにこの説明書を 良くお読みの上、本文の説明に従ってお間違いの無いよう取付作業を行ってください。取り付ける際は周りに危険な物 が無いことを確認し、けがの無いように十分気をつけて作業してください。 錠はキー⑤を差し込むと解錠、抜くと施錠にな ります。 扉を閉じる際はキーを必ず差し込んだまま行っ てください。破損の原因になります。 最後にクリアバンパー⑦、⑧または⑨のいずれかを、 閉止時に戸先に触れる天板部分および地板部分に貼り 付けます。 観音開き錠 XL-GC01 取付説明書 PAT ・ガラス扉１枚のサイズはW500×H1200 以内、質 量は12 kg 以内としてください。 ・適応ガラス厚は5、6、8 ㎜です。 ・ガラス加工のご不明な点は、ガラス加工業者にお問 い合わせください。 注意 部品構成 ガラス扉加工図 観音開き錠取付図 1 観音開き戸ロックの取り付け 2 パッキンの取り付け 3 錠の確認 4 錠のセット 5 取付位置の調整 6 クリアバンパーの取り付け …観音開き戸ロック本体 1個 …受座 1個 …ガラス固定ねじ （先端パッキン付） 4 個 …クリアバンパーBS-12 1個 …クリアバンパーBS-6（6.4厚） 2個 …クリアバンパーBS-2 （5厚） 2個 …クリアバンパーBS-32（3厚） 2個 23.5 R8 右ガラス扉 左ガラス扉 20.5 C1 20.5 R8 C1 12 2 天板 ガラス厚５,６,８mm 左ガラス扉 右ガラス扉 1 3 4 右側ガラス扉 内側 4 2 内側 3 左側ガラス扉 キーが入ると、 ローターが横方向 を向いている キーが入っていないと ローターが縦方向 を向いている 5 1 12 天板 クリアバンパー ⑦、⑧または⑨ 5~ 8 左側ガラス扉 外側 右側ガラス扉 外側 5 1 以下の製品は適応ガラス厚に合わせてお選びください。 7 9 8 6 5 4 3 2 1 …パッキン 2枚 …キー 2 個 注意 7 旋錠・開錠をスムーズに行うことができるように、 吊元丁番の位置調整やキャビネットの歪みをなくし、 観音錠付近でのガラスの段差は扉を閉じた状態で 0.7mm 以下にしてください。 扉の調整 ガラス厚 バンパー（厚さ） 5mm ⑦BS-6（6.2） 6mm ⑧BS-2（5） 8mm ⑨BS-32（3.1） 0.7以下 2 左ガラス扉 右ガラス扉 以下の部品がそろっていることを確認してから取り付けてください。 注意 2012.05 PRINTED IN JAPAN 0280-4
