OD IE 1.0 02/2007 Masotti Guitar Devices OD Box Guitar Overdrive Un overdrive capace di dinamiche straordinarie. Pur avendo un'impostazione classica dei controlli, il circuito si discosta dai circuiti OD tradizionali e permette un sound e un controllo dinamico impossibili con altri pedali. Oltre ai classici potenziometri di Drive, Tone e Level, è presente uno switch a tre posizioni denominato "shape" che ci consente di scegliere il tipo di distorsione: in posizione 1 si avrà un timbro da overdrive classico, morbido e cremoso, mentre nelle posizioni 2 e 3 si potrà beneficiare di suoni più grintosi e aggressivi. Sustain, definizione e tono generale sono le caratteristiche uniche di questo pedale. Il circuito di true bypass ha una soluzione innovativa: attraverso un sistema switching che fa capo ad un relè a contatti dorati, si esclude il passaggio del segnale dallo stomp, preservando completamente il suono quando il pedale non è attivo. L'alimentazione è interna tramite pila 9V o esterna tramite opportuno alimentatore stabilizzato. L'assorbimento è pari a circa 20mA.
