They contain important information about safety, usage and disposal. Before using the product, please familiarise yourself with all operating and safety instructions. Use the product only as de- scribed and for the range of applications specifi ed. Please also pass these operating instructions on to any future owner. Intended use This steam iron is intended exclusively for the ironing of textiles. The iron may only be used indoors and in domestic households. All other use is deemed to be improper use. GB│IE│NI│CY │ 17 ■ Safety information DANGER – RISK OF ELECTRICAL SHOCK! ► The rating of the local power supply must correspond with the details given on the rating plate of the appliance. ► To avoid potential risks, arrange for a defective appliance to be checked and possibly repaired by qualifi ed technicians, or contact our Customer Service Department. ► To prevent accidents, have defective plugs and/or power cables replaced immediately by an authorised specialist technician or our Customer Service department. ► Always disconnect from the mains power socket by pulling only on the plug itself, never on the mains cable. ► Never bend (kink) or crush the power cable, always route it in such a way that it cannot come into contact with hot surfaces and such that no one can step on or trip over it. ► After every use, before cleaning and when refi lling with tap water, always remove the plug from the mains power socket. ► Always unroll the power cable fully before switching on and do not use an extension cable. ► Never touch the power cable or the plug with wet hands. ► Never use the steam iron adjacent to water contained in a bath, shower, wash basin or other vessels. The proximity of water is hazardous, even if the appliance is switched off . ► Under no circumstances should you submerge the steam iron in any liquid or permit liquids to penetrate into the housing of the steam iron. Do not expose the appliance to humidity and do not use it outdoors. If any liquid gets into the housing, disconnect the appliance from the mains power socket immediately and have it repaired by a qualifi ed technician.

■ 18 │ GB│IE│NI│CY DANGER – RISK OF ELECTRICAL SHOCK! ► Do not open the steam iron housing. Have a defective steam iron repaired only by an authorised technician. ► Do not use the appliance if it shows visible signs of damage, has fallen or leaks water. Arrange for it to be repaired by qualifi ed specialists. ► Stop using the appliance if the anti-kink protection on the power cable is damaged! ► This appliance may be used by children aged 8 years or more and by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and/or knowledge if they are supervised, or have been instructed in the safe use of the appliance and have understood the potential risks. Do not allow children to use the appliance as a plaything. Cleaning and user maintenance may not be carried out by children unless they are supervised. WARNING! RISK OF INJURY! ► When the steam iron is hot, hold it only by the handle. ► Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance. ► Never place your hands in the steam spray or on hot metal parts. ► Do not open the fi ller opening for the water tank while the iron is in use. Allow the steam iron to cool down fi rst and remove the plug from the power socket. ► When it is switched on or cooling down, the steam iron and its con- necting cable must be kept out of the reach of children who are younger than 8 years old.

GB│IE│NI│CY │ 19 ■ WARNING! RISK OF INJURY! ► Never leave the steam iron unattended while it is connected to the mains power supply. Caution! Hot surface! CAUTION! PROPERTY DAMAGE! ► Never leave a hot steam iron unattended if it is switched on or con- nected to the mains power supply. ► Do not put the steam iron away until it has cooled down completely. ► The steam iron should only be used and set down on stable surfaces. ► Use only the ironing temperatures stated in the care instructions as suitable for the material. Otherwise, you could damage the textiles. If you do not know the correct care instructions, start with the lowest temperature setting. ► Place the steam iron only on level and heat-resistant surfaces. The steam iron must be stable. ► When you want to put the steam iron down, always place it on its base. ► If the clothing care instructions forbid ironing, ( symbol), the clothing item must not be ironed. Ignoring this warning could lead to permanent damage to the clothing item. ► The water tank should be fi lled only with tap water or distilled water. Otherwise you will damage the steam iron. ► Do not clean the steam iron with solvents, alcohol or abrasive cleaning agents. These could damage it.

■ 20 │ GB│IE│NI│CY Before fi rst use 1) Remove the steam iron from the packaging. 2) Remove all stickers and protective fi lms from the steam iron and from the sole of the iron 9. WARNING – RISK OF SUFFOCATION! Plastic bags can be dangerous. To avoid the risks of asphyxiation, keep plastic bags out of the reach of babies and toddlers. 3) Fill the water tank with water (See the chapter "Filling the water tank"). 4) Insert the plug into a mains power socket sup- plying an electrical current as detailed on the rating plate. 5) To switch on the iron and set the temperature, press the TEMP 3 button repeatedly until 11/MAX appears on the display 1. 6) Heat the steam iron up for several minutes at the highest setting. 7) Activate the steam blast button 5 several times so that steam comes out of the sole of the iron 9. 8) Then iron over a piece of scrap fabric to re- move any production residues that may remain on the sole of the iron 9. 9) Press the TEMP 2 button repeatedly until the display 1 reads Standby in red letters. 10) Remove the power plug from the mains power socket. Automatic switch-off This steam iron is fi tted with an automatic switch-off system. This stops the steam iron from heating up. When the steam iron is resting on its sole 9 and is not moved for approx. 30 seconds, 6 warning beeps will sound, "PAUSE" appears and the display 1 lights up red. The steam iron will stop heating up. To deactivate the automatic switch-off , lift up the steam iron and move it gently from side to side. The display 1 lights up blue, the previously set temperature level is shown and the steam iron heats up again. When the steam iron is resting on its base 7 and is not moved for approx. 8 minutes, 6 warning beeps will sound, "PAUSE" appears and the display 1 lights up red. The steam iron will stop heating up. To deactivate the automatic switch-off , lift up the steam iron and move it gently from side to side. The display 1 lights up blue, the previously set temperature level is shown and the steam iron heats up again. NOTE The automatic switch-off is not intended as a substitute for removing the plug from the mains power! It is merely designed to prevent the appliance from overheating and helps to avoid unneces- sary power consumption. It does not provide fi re protection, however, e.g. if you place and leave the hot steam iron on fl ammable material.

GB│IE│NI│CY │ 21 ■ Filling the water tank 1) Place the steam iron on the base 7. 2) Open the cover of the fi ller opening for the water tank q. 3) Using the measuring beaker w, fi ll the water tank with water to the "MAX" marking, but no further. 4) Close the cover of the fi ller opening for the water tank q. NOTE If the mains water in your area is rated as hard, it is recommended that you mix the mains water with some distilled water. Otherwise, the jets for the steam blast function could calcify (become blocked) prematurely. To extend the optimal steam blast function, mix mains water with distilled water according to the table. Water hardness Ratio of distilled water to mains water very soft/soft - medium 1:1 hard 2:1 very hard 3:1 The water hardness level can be queried at your local water works. ■ 22 │ GB│IE│NI│CY Mixed fabric Wool (steam iron- ing possible) Cotton (steam iron- ing possible) Denim (steam iron- ing possible) Linen (steam iron- ing possible) The automatic switch-off is activated (see chapter "Automatic switch-off ") Operation Plugging in and ironing NOTE You can dry-iron without steam at all tempera- tures. Steam ironing is only possible from tem- perature level 8 and upward ( also appears on the display 1). 1) Insert the plug into a mains power socket. There will be a beep and the display 1 will read "Standby" in red letters. CAUTION – PROPERTY DAMAGE! ► If the clothing care instructions forbid ironing ( ), the garment may not be ironed. Ignor- ing this warning could lead to permanent damage to the clothing item. 2) Check the care instructions on the labels in garments to see if they are suitable for ironing, and at which temperature setting. 3) To switch on the iron, press the TEMP button 3 repeatedly until the required temperature level appears on the display 1 (see chapter "Meaning of the display indicators"). Use the TEMP 2 button to switch to a higher or lower temperature level. As soon as the indicator for the material type stops fl ashing on the display 1 and a beep is heard, the set temperature has been reached and you can begin ironing. NOTE If you are ironing very dry and creased fabrics, you can dampen the material using the spray function. To dampen the material, press the but- ton for the spray function 4. Steam ironing NOTE The temperature level must be set at least to level 8. Otherwise no steam will be produced. ■ Set the steam control 8 to the desired steam setting. – Turn the steam control 8 towards to generate more steam. – Turn the steam control 8 towards to generate less steam.

GB│IE│NI│CY │ 23 ■ – Make sure you do not turn the steam control 8 further than the setting. Otherwise, you will activate the self-cleaning function (see chapter "Self-cleaning function"). ■ As soon as you hold the steam iron horizontally, steam will come out of the sole of the iron 9. ■ If you set the steam regulator 8 to or hold the steam iron vertically, no steam will come out of the sole of the iron 9. Ironing with steam blast The steam blast function is especially suitable for smoothing diffi cult-to-reach parts of a garment. 1) Raise the steam iron slightly. 2) Press the steam blast button 5 for a blast of steam. You can also use the steam blast function to smooth hanging textiles. Hold the iron vertically and press the steam blast button 5. Pausing operation of the steam iron CAUTION – RISK OF FIRE! Never leave a hot steam iron unattended if it is switched on or connected to the mains power supply. 1) To switch off the steam iron, press and hold the TEMP 3 button or the TEMP 2 button until you hear a beep and the display 1 reads "Standby" in red letters. Or: 2) Press the TEMP 2 button repeatedly until you hear a beep and the display 1 reads "Standby" in red letters. Switching the steam iron off 1) Remove the power plug from the mains power socket. 2) Empty the water tank and clean the sole of the iron 9. 3) Place the cooled-down steam iron on the base 7. Anti-drip system With conventional steam irons, water can drip from the sole of the iron 9 if the set temperature is too low. This steam iron, however, is equipped with a special anti-drip system ( ). At low temperatures, the steam iron automatically switches off the steam blast function. When this happens, a "click" can be heard. Set a suitable temperature level. As soon as this is reached, steam production is resumed. Cleaning Self-cleaning function 1) Fill the water tank to the marking MAX. 2) Insert the plug into the mains power socket. 3) To switch on the iron and set the temperature, press the TEMP 3 button repeatedly until 11/MAX appears on the display 1. 4) Turn the steam control 8 to "SELFCLEAN" and keep it in this position. For safety reasons, the steam control 8 does not snap into this posi- tion, as this would cause water to drip from the sole of the iron 9 continuously. 5) Hold the steam iron horizontally over a suitable container.

■ 24 │ GB│IE│NI│CY As soon as a suitable temperature is reached, steam and boiling water will exit the holes in the sole of the iron 9. Any impurities that may be present are fl ushed out. 6) When no more water/steam comes out of the iron sole, set the steam control 8 to . Iron over a towel or old piece of cloth a few times to dry the sole of the iron 9 thoroughly. 7) Press the TEMP 2 button repeatedly until you hear a beep and the display 1 reads Standby in red letters. 8) Remove the power plug from the mains power socket. 9) Allow the steam iron to cool down before put- ting it away. Housing RISK OF ELECTROCUTION! ► Always remove the plug from the mains power socket before cleaning the appliance. ► Never open the appliance housing! Otherwise there is a risk of an electric shock. WARNING – RISK OF INJURY! ► Allow the appliance to cool down before cleaning it! Otherwise, there is a risk of burns! CAUTION – PROPERTY DAMAGE! ► Do not use solvents or abrasive cleaners. These will damage the surface of the appli- ance! ► Do not use aggressive, chemical or abrasive cleaning agents! They could irreparably dam- age the surface! ■ Clean the housing with a soft, dry cloth only. Storage ■ Empty any remaining water from the water tank. ■ Store the cooled-down appliance in a clean, dust-free and dry location. Disposal Never dispose of the appli- ance in your normal domestic waste. This product is subject to the provisions of European Directive 2012/19/EU. Dispose of the appliance via an approved disposal company or your municipal waste facility. Please comply with all applicable regulations. Please contact your waste disposal centre if you are in any doubt. The packaging is made from environ- mentally friendly material and can be disposed of at your local recycling plant.

GB│IE│NI│CY │ 25 ■ Troubleshooting PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSE POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS The appliance is not working. The appliance is not connect- ed to a mains power socket. Connect the appliance to a mains power socket. The appliance is damaged. Contact the Customer Service department. The steam iron is producing no steam or very little steam. The reserves of water in the steam iron are depleted. Fill the water tank with water (See "Filling the water tank"). The steam iron does not get hot. The steam iron is not plugged in or is not switched on. Insert the plug into a mains power socket and adjust the temperature regulator to the desired temperature level. The steam iron is defective. Arrange for the steam iron to be repaired by qualifi ed specialists. If the malfunction cannot be corrected using one of the suggestions above, or if you have found some other kind of malfunction, please contact our Customer Service department.

■ 26 │ GB│IE│NI│CY Kompernass Handels GmbH warranty Dear Customer, This appliance has a 3-year warranty valid from the date of purchase. If this product has any faults, you, the buyer, have certain statutory rights. Your statutory rights are not restricted in any way by the warranty described below. Warranty conditions The validity period of the warranty starts from the date of purchase. Please keep your original receipt in a safe place. This document will be required as proof of purchase. If any material or production fault occurs within three years of the date of purchase of the product, we will either repair or replace the product for you at our discretion. This warranty service is depend- ent on you presenting the defective appliance and the proof of purchase (receipt) and a short written description of the fault and its time of occurrence. If the defect is covered by the warranty, your product will either be repaired or replaced by us. The repair or replacement of a product does not signify the beginning of a new warranty period. Warranty period and statutory claims for defects The warranty period is not prolonged by repairs eff ected under the warranty. This also applies to replaced and repaired components. Any damage and defects present at the time of purchase must be reported immediately after unpacking. Repairs carried out after expiry of the warranty period shall be subject to a fee. Scope of the warranty This appliance has been manufactured in accordance with strict quality guidelines and inspected meticu- lously prior to delivery. The warranty covers material faults or production faults. The warranty does not extend to product parts subject to normal wear and tear or fragile parts such as switches, batteries, baking moulds or parts made of glass. The warranty does not apply if the product has been damaged, improperly used or improperly maintained. The directions in the operating instructions for the product regarding proper use of the product are to be strictly followed. Uses and actions that are discouraged in the operating instructions or which are warned against must be avoided. This product is intended solely for private use and not for commercial purposes. The warranty shall be deemed void in cases of misuse or improper handling, use of force and modifi cations/repairs which have not been carried out by one of our authorised Service centres. Warranty claim procedure To ensure quick processing of your case, please observe the following instructions: ■ Please have the till receipt and the item number (e.g. IAN 12345) available as proof of purchase. ■ You will fi nd the item number on the type plate, an engraving on the front page of the instructions (bottom left), or as a sticker on the rear or bot- tom of the appliance. ■ If functional or other defects occur, please contact the service department listed either by telephone or by e-mail. ■ You can return a defective product to us free of charge to the service address that will be provided to you. ■ 30 │ GR│CY Εισαγωγή Συγχαρητήρια για την αγορά της νέας σας συσκευής. Αποφασίσατε έτσι για την απόκτηση ενός προϊό- ντος υψηλής ποιότητας. Οι οδηγίες χρήσης είναι τμήμα αυτού του προϊόντος. Περιέχουν σημαντικές υποδείξεις για την ασφάλεια, τη χρήση και την απόρριψη. Πριν από τη χρήση του προϊόντος, εξοικειωθείτε με όλες τις υποδείξεις χειρισμού και ασφάλειας. Χρησιμοποιείτε το προϊόν μόνο όπως περιγράφεται και για τους αναφερόμενους τομείς χρήσης. Παραδώστε όλα τα έγγραφα σε περίπτω- ση παράδοσης του προϊόντος σε τρίτους. Προβλεπόμενη χρήση Το ατμοσίδερο προορίζεται αποκλειστικά για το σιδέρωμα ρούχων. Επιτρέπεται να το χρησιμοποι- είτε μόνο εντός κλειστών χώρων και σε ιδιωτικά νοικοκυριά. Όλες οι άλλες χρήσεις ισχύουν ως μη σύμφωνες με τους κανονισμούς. Μην το χρησιμο- ποιείτε για επαγγελματικό σκοπό! GR│CY │ 31 ■ Υποδείξεις ασφαλείας ΚΙΝΔΥΝΟΣ ΗΛΕΚΤΡΟΠΛΗΞΙΑΣ! ► Η τάση της πηγής ρεύματος πρέπει να συμφωνεί με τα στοιχεία που αναγράφονται στην πινακίδα τύπου της συσκευής. ► Μια ελαττωματική συσκευή πρέπει να επισκευάζεται εγκαίρως από ένα εξουσιοδοτημένο συνεργείο ή πρέπει να απευθύνεστε στο τμήμα εξυπηρέτησης πελατών, ώστε να αποφεύγετε κινδύνους. ► Τα βύσματα ή τα καλώδια που έχουν υποστεί βλάβη πρέπει να αντικαθίστανται αμέσως από εξουσιοδοτημένο εξειδικευμένο προσω- πικό ή από το τμήμα εξυπηρέτησης πελατών, ώστε να αποφεύγονται κίνδυνοι. ► Τραβάτε πάντα μόνο από το βύσμα, ποτέ από το καλώδιο. ► Μην κάμπτετε ή συμπιέζετε το καλώδιο και τοποθετείτε το έτσι ώστε να μην έρχεται σε επαφή με καυτές επιφάνειες και να μην μπορεί κανείς να πατάει ή να σκοντάφτει επάνω σε αυτό. ► Τραβάτε το βύσμα από την πρίζα πριν από τον καθαρισμό, κατά την πλήρωση με νερό της βρύσης και μετά από κάθε χρήση. ► Πριν από την ενεργοποίηση, ξετυλίγετε πάντα εντελώς το καλώδιο και μη χρησιμοποιείτε καλώδια επέκτασης. ► Ποτέ μην πιάνετε το καλώδιο ή το βύσμα με βρεγμένα χέρια. ► Σε καμία περίπτωση μη χρησιμοποιείτε το ατμοσίδερο κοντά σε νερό, το οποίο βρίσκεται σε μπανιέρες, ντους, νιπτήρες ή σε άλλα δοχεία. Υπάρχει κίνδυνος από την ύπαρξη νερού, ακόμα και όταν η συσκευή είναι εκτός ρεύματος. ► Σε καμία περίπτωση δεν επιτρέπεται να βυθίζετε το ατμοσίδερο σε υγρά και δεν επιτρέπεται να αφήνετε να εισχωρούν υγρά στο περί- βλημά του. Απαγορεύεται η έκθεση της συσκευής σε υγρασία, καθώς και η χρήση της σε εξωτερικούς χώρους. Στην περίπτωση που εισχω- ρήσει, πάντως, υγρό στο περίβλημα της συσκευής, αποσυνδέστε αμέσως το βύσμα της συσκευής από την πρίζα και αναθέστε την επισκευή σε εξειδικευμένο προσωπικό.

■ 32 │ GR│CY ΚΙΝΔΥΝΟΣ ΗΛΕΚΤΡΟΠΛΗΞΙΑΣ! ► Δεν επιτρέπεται να ανοίγετε το περίβλημα του ατμοσίδερου. Το ελατ- τωματικό ατμοσίδερο επιτρέπεται να επισκευάζεται μόνο από εξουσι- οδοτημένο προσωπικό. ► Μη χρησιμοποιείτε το ατμοσίδερο σε καμία περίπτωση όταν έχει εμφανείς φθορές, εάν έχει πέσει κάτω ή εάν τρέχει νερό. Πρέπει πρώτα να γίνει επισκευή από εξουσιοδοτημένο προσωπικό. ► Μη συνεχίζετε τη χρήση της συσκευής, εάν η προστασία συστροφής του καλωδίου έχει φθαρεί! ► Αυτή η συσκευή μπορεί να χρησιμοποιείται από παιδιά άνω των 8 ετών και από άτομα με μειωμένες φυσικές, αισθητηριακές ή νοητικές δυνα- τότητες ή με έλλειψη εμπειρίας και/ή γνώσεων, εφόσον επιτηρούνται ή εάν έχουν εκπαιδευτεί αναφορικά με την ασφαλή χρήση της συ- σκευής και έχουν κατανοήσει τους τυχόν επακόλουθους κινδύνους. Τα παιδιά δεν επιτρέπεται να παίζουν με τη συσκευή. Ο καθαρισμός και η συντήρηση χρήστη δεν επιτρέπεται να διεξάγονται από παιδιά, χωρίς επιτήρηση. ΠΡΟΕΙΔΟΠΟΙΗΣΗ! ΚΙΝΔΥΝΟΣ ΤΡΑΥΜΑΤΙΣΜΟΥ! ► Πιάνετε το ατμοσίδερο μόνο από τη χειρολαβή όταν είναι ζεστό. ► Τα παιδιά πρέπει να επιτηρούνται, ώστε να είναι βέβαιο ότι δεν παίζουν με τη συσκευή. ► Ποτέ μην έχετε τα χέρια σας στο σημείο ώθησης ατμού ή σε καυτά μεταλλικά τμήματα. ► Κατά τη λειτουργία, μην ανοίγετε το στόμιο πλήρωσης για το δοχείο νερού. Αφήστε πρώτα το ατμοσίδερο να κρυώσει και τραβήξτε το βύσμα από την πρίζα. ► Το ατμοσίδερο και το καλώδιο σύνδεσής του πρέπει κατά την ενεργο- ποίηση ή το κρύωμα να βρίσκονται εκτός εμβέλειας των παιδιών, τα οποία είναι μικρότερα των 8 ετών.

GR│CY │ 33 ■ ΠΡΟΕΙΔΟΠΟΙΗΣΗ! ΚΙΝΔΥΝΟΣ ΤΡΑΥΜΑΤΙΣΜΟΥ! ► Μην αφήνετε ανεπιτήρητο το ατμοσίδερο ενώ είναι συνδεδεμένο στο δίκτυο. Προσοχή! Καυτή επιφάνεια! ΠΡΟΣΟΧΗ! ΥΛΙΚΕΣ ΖΗΜΙΕΣ! ► Ποτέ μην αφήνετε ανεπιτήρητο ένα ατμοσίδερο, το οποίο είναι συνδε- δεμένο στο δίκτυο ρεύματος ή ενεργοποιημένο. ► Αποθηκεύετε το ατμοσίδερο μόνο εφόσον έχει κρυώσει. ► Το ατμοσίδερο πρέπει να χρησιμοποιείται και να τοποθετείται επάνω σε μια σταθερή επιφάνεια. ► Σιδερώνετε μόνο σύμφωνα με τις κατάλληλες ρυθμίσεις θερμοκρα- σίας που αναφέρονται στις υποδείξεις περιποίησης και στο υλικό υφάσματος. Σε διαφορετική περίπτωση, μπορεί να φθείρετε τα ρού- χα. Εάν δε γνωρίζετε τις υποδείξεις περιποίησης, τότε ξεκινήστε με την ελάχιστη ρύθμιση θερμοκρασίας. ► Τοποθετείτε το ατμοσίδερο μόνο επάνω σε μία επίπεδη και θερμανθε- κτική επιφάνεια. Το ατμοσίδερο πρέπει να είναι σταθερό. ► Εάν θέλετε να αφήσετε το ατμοσίδερο, να το τοποθετείτε μόνο επάνω στην υποδοχή. ► Εάν οι υποδείξεις περιποίησης στο ρούχο απαγορεύουν το σιδέρωμα (σύμβολο ), τότε δεν επιτρέπεται να το σιδερώσετε. Σε διαφορετική περίπτωση, μπορεί να το καταστρέψετε. ► Επιτρέπεται να γεμίζετε το δοχείο νερού αποκλειστικά με νερό βρύ- σης/αποσταγμένο νερό. Σε αντίθετη περίπτωση, θα καταστρέψετε το ατμοσίδερο. ► Δεν επιτρέπεται να καθαρίζετε το ατμοσίδερο με διαλυτικά μέσα, οινό- πνευμα ή τριβικά καθαριστικά μέσα. Διαφορετικά μπορεί να το φθείρετε.

■ 34 │ GR│CY Πριν την πρώτη χρήση 1) Απομακρύνετε το ατμοσίδερο από τη συσκευ- ασία. 2) Απομακρύνετε όλα τα αυτοκόλλητα και τα μέρη μεμβρανών από το ατμοσίδερο και από τον πάτο του σίδερου 9. ΠΡΟΕΙΔΟΠΟΙΗΣΗ - ΚΙΝΔΥΝΟΣ ΑΣΦΥΞΙΑΣ! Οι πλαστικές σακούλες μπορεί να είναι επικίν- δυνες. Για να αποφύγετε τον κίνδυνο πνιγμού, φυλάξτε τις πλαστικές σακούλες εκτός εμβέλειας των παιδιών και βρεφών. 3) Γεμίστε το δοχείο νερού με νερό (βλ. Κεφάλαιο «Πλήρωση δοχείου νερού»). 4) Τοποθετήστε το βύσμα σε μία πρίζα που να αντιστοιχεί στην αναγραφόμενη τάση στην πινακίδα τύπου. 5) Για να ενεργοποιήσετε το σίδερο και να ρυθμί- σετε τη θερμοκρασία, πιέστε το πλήκτρο TEMP 3, έως ότου στην οθόνη 1 εμφανιστεί η ένδειξη 11/MAX. 6) Θερμάνετε το ατμοσίδερο μερικά λεπτά στην υψηλότερη βαθμίδα. 7) Πιέστε το πλήκτρο ώθησης ατμού 5 μερικές φορές, ώστε να αρχίσει να εξέρχεται ατμός από τον πάτο του σίδερου 9. 8) Σιδερώστε, στη συνέχεια, ένα άχρηστο κομμάτι ύφασμα, για να εξαλείψετε ενδεχόμενες ακα- θαρσίες από τον πάτο του σίδερου 9. 9) Πιέστε το πλήκτρο TEMP 2, έως ότου στην οθόνη 1 ανάψει με κόκκινο η ένδειξη Standby. 10) Τραβήξτε το βύσμα από την πρίζα. Αυτόματη απενεργοποίηση Το ατμοσίδερο είναι εξοπλισμένο με μια λειτουργία αυτόματης απενεργοποίησης. Αυτή η λειτουργία σταματάει τη θέρμανση του ατμοσίδερου. Όταν το ατμοσίδερο είναι στην υποδοχή 9 και για περ. 30 δευτερόλεπτα δεν κινείται, ακούγονται 6 προειδοποιητικά ηχητικά σήματα, εμφανίζεται η ένδειξη «PAUSE» και η οθόνη 1 ανάβει κόκκινη. Η θέρμανση του ατμοσίδερου σταματάει. Για να απενεργοποιήσετε την αυτόματη απενεργο- ποίηση, σηκώστε το ατμοσίδερο και κουνήστε το λίγο πέρα-δώθε. Η οθόνη 1 ανάβει μπλε, εμφανίζεται η προηγου- μένως ρυθμισμένη βαθμίδα θερμοκρασίας και το ατμοσίδερο θερμαίνεται εκ νέου. Όταν το ατμοσίδερο είναι στην υποδοχή 7 και για περ. 8 λεπτά δεν κινείται, ακούγονται 6 προειδο- ποιητικά ηχητικά σήματα, εμφανίζεται η ένδειξη «PAUSE» και η οθόνη 1 ανάβει κόκκινη. Η θέρμανση του ατμοσίδερου σταματάει. Για να απενεργοποιήσετε την αυτόματη απενεργο- ποίηση, σηκώστε το ατμοσίδερο και κουνήστε το λίγο πέρα-δώθε. Η οθόνη 1 ανάβει μπλε, εμφανίζεται η προηγου- μένως ρυθμισμένη βαθμίδα θερμοκρασίας και το ατμοσίδερο θερμαίνεται εκ νέου. ΥΠΟΔΕΙΞΗ Η αυτόματη απενεργοποίηση δεν αντικαθιστά την αποσύνδεση του βύσματος από την πρίζα! Προστατεύει απλά τη συσκευή από την υπερθέρ- μανση και αποτρέπει την άσκοπη κατανάλωση ρεύματος. Δεν αποτελεί όμως προστασία από πυρκαγιά, εάν π.χ. τοποθετήσετε το καυτό ατμοσίδερο επάνω στα ρούχα.

GR│CY │ 35 ■ Πλήρωση δοχείου νερού 1) Τοποθετήστε το ατμοσίδερο στην υποδοχή 7. 2) Ανοίξτε το καπάκι του στομίου πλήρωσης για το δοχείο νερού q. 3) Γεμίστε με το δοχείο μέτρησης w νερό από τη βρύση έως το μέγιστο στη σήμανση «MAX» στο δοχείο νερού. 4) Ανοίξτε το καπάκι του στομίου πλήρωσης για το δοχείο νερού q. ΥΠΟΔΕΙΞΗ Εάν το νερό βρύσης της περιοχής σας είναι πολύ σκληρό, προτείνεται να αναμίξετε το νερό βρύσης με αποσταγμένο νερό. Αλλιώς, τα ακροφύσια ώθησης ατμού μπορεί να γεμίσουν πρόωρα με άλατα. Για την παράταση της άψογης λειτουργίας ώθησης ατμού, αναμίξτε το νερό βρύσης με αποσταγμένο νερό σύμφωνα με τον πίνακα. Σκληρότητα νερού Αναλογία αποσταγ- μένου νερού προς νερό βρύσης πολύ μαλακό/μα- λακό - μέτριο 1:1 σκληρό 2:1 πολύ σκληρό 3:1 Μπορείτε να μάθετε για τη σκληρότητα του νερού από την τοπική εγκατάσταση ύδρευσης. Κεφά- λαιο «Αυτόματος μηχανι- σμός απενεργοποίησης») Χειρισμός Σύνδεση και σιδέρωμα ΥΠΟΔΕΙΞΗ Το στεγνό σιδέρωμα χωρίς ατμό είναι εφικτό σε όλες τις θερμοκρασίες, ενώ το σιδέρωμα με ατμό είναι εφικτό από τη βαθμίδα θερμοκρασίας 8 ( εμφανίζεται επιπλέον στην οθόνη 1). 1) Συνδέστε το βύσμα σε μια πρίζα. Ακούγεται ένα ηχητικό σήμα και στην οθόνη 1 εμφανίζεται με κόκκινο η ένδειξη «Standby». ΠΡΟΣΟΧΗ - ΥΛΙΚΕΣ ΖΗΜΙΕΣ! ► Εάν οι υποδείξεις φροντίδας στο ρούχο απαγορεύουν το σιδέρωμα ( ), τότε δεν επιτρέπεται να το σιδερώσετε. Σε διαφορετική περίπτωση, μπορεί να καταστρέψετε το ρούχο. 2) Ελέγξτε τις υποδείξεις φροντίδας στην ετικέτα του ρούχου και το εάν ενδείκνυται το σιδέρωμα σε αυτό και σε ποια θερμοκρασία. 3) Για να ενεργοποιήσετε το σίδερο, πιέστε το πλήκτρο TEMP 3, έως ότου στην οθόνη 1 εμφανιστεί η κατάλληλη βαθμίδα θερμοκρασίας (βλ. Κεφάλαιο «Σημασία της ένδειξης οθόνης»). Με το πλήκτρο TEMP 2 μπορείτε να αλλάξετε από μία υψηλή σε μία χαμηλότερη βαθμίδα θερμοκρασίας. Μόλις η ένδειξη του είδους υφάσματος σταματήσει να αναβοσβήνει στην οθόνη 1 και ακουστεί ένα ηχητικό σήμα, έχει επιτευχθεί η ρυθμισμένη θερμο- κρασία και μπορείτε να ξεκινήσετε το σιδέρωμα. ΥΠΟΔΕΙΞΗ Εάν σιδερώνετε πολύ στεγνά και τσαλακωμένα ρούχα, μπορείτε να τα υγράνετε με τη βοήθεια της λειτουργίας ψεκασμού. Για να υγράνετε τα ρούχα, πιέστε το πλήκτρο λειτουργίας ψεκασμού 4. Σιδέρωμα με ατμό ΥΠΟΔΕΙΞΗ Πρέπει να έχει ρυθμιστεί τουλάχιστον η βαθμίδα θερμοκρασίας 8. Αλλιώς, δεν μπορεί να δημιουρ- γηθεί ατμός. ■ Ρυθμίστε με το ρυθμιστή ατμού 8 την επιθυμητή ένταση ατμού: – Εάν περιστρέψετε το ρυθμιστή ατμού 8 προς την κατεύθυνση , παράγεται περισσότε- ρος ατμός. – Εάν περιστρέψετε το ρυθμιστή ατμού 8 προς την κατεύθυνση , παράγεται λιγότερος ατμός.

Σιδέρωμα με ώθηση ατμού Η ώθηση ατμού ενδείκνυται ειδικά για το ίσιωμα σε δύσκολα προσβάσιμα σημεία των ρούχων. 1) Σηκώστε λίγο το ατμοσίδερο. 2) Για ώθηση του ατμού, πιέστε το πλήκτρο ώθησης ατμού 5. Με τη βοήθεια της ώθησης ατμού μπορείτε επίσης να ισιώσετε υφάσματα που κρέμονται. Κρατήστε το ατμοσίδερο κάθετα και πατήστε το πλήκτρο ώθησης ατμού 5. Προσωρινή απενεργοποίηση του ατμοσίδερου ΠΡΟΣΟΧΗ - ΚΙΝΔΥΝΟΣ ΠΥΡΚΑΓΙΑΣ! Ποτέ μην αφήνετε ανεπιτήρητο ένα ατμοσίδερο, το οποίο είναι συνδεδεμένο στο δίκτυο ρεύματος ή ενεργοποιημένο. 1) Για να απενεργοποιήσετε το ατμοσίδερο, πιέστε και κρατήστε το πλήκτρο TEMP 3 ή το πλήκτρο TEMP 2, έως ότου ακουστεί ένα ηχητικό σήμα και στην οθόνη 1 εμφανιστεί με κόκκινο η ένδειξη «Standby». Ή: 2) Πιέστε το πλήκτρο TEMP 2, έως ότου ακουστεί ένα ηχητικό σήμα και στην οθόνη 1 εμφανιστεί με κόκκινο η ένδειξη «Standby». Απενεργοποίηση ατμοσίδερου 1) Τραβήξτε το βύσμα από την πρίζα. 2) Αδειάστε το δοχείο νερού και καθαρίστε τον πάτο του σίδερου 9. 3) Τοποθετήστε το ατμοσίδερο στην υποδοχή 7 αφού κρυώσει. Σύστημα διακοπής σταξίματος Σε σύνηθες σιδέρωμα με ατμό και με μικρή θερμο- κρασία σιδερώματος, μπορεί να στάξει νερό από τον πάτο του σίδερου 9. Αυτό το ατμοσίδερο δια- θέτει ένα εξοπλιστικό χαρακτηριστικό, το σύστημα διακοπής σταξίματος ( ). Το ατμοσί- δερο απενεργοποιεί αυτόματα την ώθηση ατμού σε χαμηλές θερμοκρασίες. Όταν συμβεί αυτό ακούγεται ένα «κλικ». Ρυθμίστε τότε μία κατάλληλη θερμοκρασία. Μόλις αυτή επιτευχθεί, η παραγωγή ατμού συνεχίζεται. Καθαρισμός Λειτουργία αυτοκαθαρισμού 1) Γεμίστε το δοχείο νερού μέχρι τη σήμανση MAX. 2) Βάλτε το βύσμα στην πρίζα. 3) Για να ενεργοποιήσετε το σίδερο και να ρυθμί- σετε τη θερμοκρασία, πιέστε το πλήκτρο TEMP 3, έως ότου στην οθόνη 1 εμφανιστεί η ένδειξη 11/MAX. 4) Περιστρέψτε το ρυθμιστή ατμού 8 τόσο, έως ότου εμφανιστεί η ένδειξη «SELFCLEAN» και κρατήστε τον σε αυτή τη θέση. Για λόγους ασφαλείας, ο ρυθμιστής ατμού 8 δεν ασφαλί- ζει σε αυτή τη θέση, αλλιώς θα έτρεχε συνεχώς νερό από τον πάτο του σίδερου 9. 5) Κρατήστε το ατμοσίδερο σε οριζόντια θέση επάνω από μία λεκάνη.

■ 38 │ GR│CY Μόλις επιτευχθεί η κατάλληλη θερμοκρασία, βγαί- νει ατμός και βραστό νερό από τις οπές εξόδου ατμού στον πάτο του σίδερου 9. Τυχόν υπάρχου- σες ακαθαρσίες αποπλένονται και εκρέουν προς τα έξω. 6) Μόλις σταματήσει να εξέρχεται νερό / ατμός από τον πάτο του σίδερου, θέστε το ρυθμιστή ατμού 8 στη θέση . Περάστε το σίδερο μερικές φορές επάνω από ένα πανί ή ένα παλιό κομμάτι ύφασμα, ώστε ο πάτος 9 να στεγνώσει καλά. 7) Πιέστε το πλήκτρο TEMP 2, έως ότου ακου- στεί ένας ήχος και στην οθόνη 1 εμφανιστεί με κόκκινο η ένδειξη Standby. 8) Τραβήξτε το βύσμα από την πρίζα. 9) Αφήστε το ατμοσίδερο να κρυώσει, πριν το αποθηκεύσετε. Περίβλημα ΚΙΝΔΥΝΟΣ ΗΛΕΚΤΡΟΠΛΗΞΙΑΣ! ► Πριν από τον καθαρισμό της συσκευής, τραβάτε πάντα το βύσμα από την πρίζα. ► Ποτέ μην ανοίγετε το περίβλημα της συσκευ- ής. Αλλιώς, υπάρχει κίνδυνος θανάτου λόγω ηλεκτροπληξίας. ΠΡΟΕΙΔΟΠΟΙΗΣΗ - ΚΙΝΔΥΝΟΣ ΤΡΑΥΜΑΤΙΣΜΟΥ! ► Αφήνετε τη συσκευή να κρυώνει πριν από τον καθαρισμό. Αλλιώς υπάρχει κίνδυνος εγκαύματος! ΠΡΟΣΟΧΗ - ΥΛΙΚΕΣ ΖΗΜΙΕΣ! ► Μη χρησιμοποιείτε διαλυτικά ή τριβικά μέσα καθαρισμού. Αυτά διαβρώνουν τις επιφάνειες της συσκευής! ► Μη χρησιμοποιείτε επιθετικά, χημικά ή τριβικά μέσα καθαρισμού! Αυτά μπορεί να προσβάλ- λουν ανεπανόρθωτα την επιφάνεια! ■ Καθαρίζετε το περίβλημα μόνο με ένα μαλακό, στεγνό πανί. Φύλαξη ■ Αδειάστε νερό που τυχόν υπάρχει ακόμη μέσα στο δοχείο νερού. ■ Φυλάτε τη συσκευή αφού κρυώσει σε έναν καθαρό και στεγνό χώρο χωρίς σκόνη. Απόρριψη Σε καμία περίπτωση μην απορρίπτετε τη συσκευή στα οικιακά απορρίμματα. Αυτό το προϊόν υπόκειται στην Ευρωπαϊκή Οδηγία 2012/19/ΕU. Απορρίπτετε τη συσκευή μέσω μιας εγκεκριμένης επιχείρησης απόρριψης ή μέσω της κοινοτικής επιχείρησης απόρριψης. Τηρείτε τις ισχύουσες προδιαγραφές. Σε περίπτωση αμφιβολιών, επικοι- νωνείτε με την αρμόδια επιχείρηση απόρριψης. GR│CY │ 39 ■ Διόρθωση σφαλμάτων ΠΡΟΒΛΗΜΑ ΠΙΘΑΝΗ ΑΙΤΙΑ ΠΙΘΑΝΕΣ ΛΥΣΕΙΣ Η συσκευή δε λειτουργεί. Η συσκευή δεν είναι συνδεδε- μένη σε πρίζα. Συνδέστε τη συσκευή σε μια πρίζα. Η συσκευή παρουσιάζει βλάβη. Απευθυνθείτε στο τμήμα σέρβις. Το ατμοσίδερο δε βγάζει ή βγάζει ελάχιστο ατμό προς τα έξω. Το απόθεμα νερού στο ατμοσί- δερο έχει εξαντληθεί. Γεμίστε το δοχείο νερού με νερό βρύσης (βλ. «Πλήρω- ση δοχείου νερού»). Το ατμοσίδερο δεν ζεσταί- νεται. Το ατμοσίδερο δεν είναι συν- δεδεμένο ή ενεργοποιημένο. Τοποθετήστε το βύσμα στην πρίζα και ρυθμίστε με το ρυθμιστή θερμοκρασίας την επιθυμητή θερμοκρασία. Το ατμοσίδερο είναι ελαττωματικό. Το ατμοσίδερο πρέπει να επισκευαστεί από εξειδικευ- μένο προσωπικό. Εάν οι βλάβες δε διορθώνονται με τις ανωτέρω αναφερόμενες προτάσεις αντιμετώπισης σφαλμάτων, ή εάν εξακριβώσετε άλλα είδη βλαβών, απευθυνθείτε στο τμήμα σέρβις μας.

Στην περίπτωση ελλείψεων στο προϊόν έχετε νομικά δικαιώματα έναντι του πωλητή του προϊόντος. Αυτά τα νομικά δικαιώματα δεν περιορίζονται μέσω της κατωτέρω αναφερόμενης εγγύησης. Die Nähe von Wasser stellt eine Gefahr dar, auch wenn das Gerät ausgeschaltet ist. ► Sie dürfen das Dampfbügeleisen keinesfalls in eine Flüssigkeit tau- chen und keine Flüssigkeiten in das Gerätegehäuse des Dampfbü- geleisens gelangen lassen. ■ 34 │ DE│AT│CH Vor dem ersten Gebrauch 1) Entnehmen Sie das Dampfbügeleisen aus der Verpackung. 2) Entfernen Sie alle Aufkleber und Folienteile vom Dampfbügeleisen und der Bügelsohle 9. WARNUNG - ERSTICKUNGSGEFAHR! Plastiktüten können eine Gefahr darstellen. Um Erstickungsgefahr zu vermeiden, bewahren Sie die Plastiktüten außerhalb der Reichweite von Babies und Kleinkindern auf. 3) Füllen Sie Wasser in den Wassertank (siehe Kapitel „Wassertank befüllen“). 4) Stecken Sie den Netzstecker in eine Netzsteck- dose, die der auf dem Typenschild angegebe- nen Spannung entspricht. 5) Um das Bügeleisen einzuschalten und die Temperatur einzustellen, drücken Sie die Taste TEMP 3 so oft, bis 11/MAX im Display 1 angezeigt wird. 6) Heizen Sie das Dampfbügeleisen einige Minu- ten auf der höchsten Stufe auf. 7) Betätigen Sie die Taste Dampfstoß 5 einige Male, so dass Dampf aus der Bügelsohle 9 austritt. 8) Bügeln Sie dann ein nicht mehr benötigtes Stück Stoff , um eventuelle Unreinheiten von der Bügelsohle 9 zu beseitigen. 9) Drücken Sie so oft die Taste TEMP 2, bis das Display 1 in roter Schrift Standby anzeigt. 10) Ziehen Sie den Netzstecker aus der Netzsteck- dose. Automatische Abschaltung Das Dampfbügeleisen ist mit einer automatischen Abschaltung ausgestattet. Diese stoppt das Heizen des Dampfbügeleisens. Wenn das Dampfbügeleisen auf der Bügelsohle 9 steht und es für ca. 30 Sekunden nicht bewegt wird, erklingen 6 Warntöne, „PAUSE“ erscheint und das Display 1 leuchtet rot. Das Heizen des Dampfbügeleisens wird gestoppt. Um die automatische Abschaltung zu deaktivieren, heben Sie das Dampfbügeleisen an und schwen- ken Sie es leicht hin und her. Das Display 1 leuchtet blau, die vorher einge- stellte Temperaturstufe wird angezeigt und das Dampfbügeleisen heizt wieder auf. Wenn das Dampfbügeleisen auf dem Sockel 7 steht und es für ca. 8 Minuten nicht bewegt wird, erklingen 6 Warntöne, „PAUSE“ erscheint und das Display 1 leuchtet rot. Das Heizen des Dampfbü- geleisens wird gestoppt. Um die automatische Abschaltung zu deaktivieren, heben Sie das Dampfbügeleisen an und schwen- ken Sie es leicht hin und her. Das Display 1 leuchtet blau, die vorher einge- stellte Temperaturstufe wird angezeigt und das Dampfbügeleisen heizt wieder auf. HINWEIS Die automatische Abschaltung ersetzt nicht das Ziehen des Netzsteckers! Sie schützt lediglich das Gerät vor Überhitzung und vermeidet unnötigen Stromverbrauch. Sie stellt jedoch keinen Schutz vor Brand dar, wenn Sie z. B. das heiße Dampfbügeleisen auf die Wäsche stellen.

DE│AT│CH │ 35 ■ Wassertank befüllen 1) Stellen Sie das Dampfbügeleisen auf den Sockel 7. 2) Öff nen Sie den Deckel der Einfüllöff nung für den Wassertank q. 3) Füllen Sie mit dem Messbecher w Leitungs- wasser bis höchstens zur „MAX“-Markierung in den Wassertank. 4) Schließen Sie den Deckel der Einfüllöff nung für den Wassertank q. HINWEIS Sollte das Leitungswasser Ihres Wohnortes zu hart sein, empfi ehlt es sich, das Leitungswasser mit destilliertem Wasser zu mischen. Ansonsten können die Düsen für die Dampfstoß-Funktion vorzeitig verkalken. Zur Verlängerung der optimalen Dampfstoß- Funktion mischen Sie das Leitungswasser mit destilliertem Wasser entsprechend der Tabelle. Es ertönt ein Signalton und im Display 1 erscheint in roter Schrift „Standby“. ACHTUNG - SACHSCHADEN! ► Falls die Pfl egehinweise in der Kleidung das Bügeln untersagen ( ), dürfen Sie das Kleidungsstück nicht bügeln. Sie könnten das Kleidungsstück anderenfalls beschädigen. 2) Prüfen Sie die Pfl egehinweise auf den Schil- dern in der Kleidung, ob und bei welcher Temperatureinstellung das Kleidungsstück zum Bügeln geeignet ist. 3) Um das Bügeleisen einzuschalten, drücken Sie die Taste TEMP 3 so oft, bis die geeignete Temperaturstufe im Display 1 angezeigt wird (siehe Kapitel „Bedeutung der Display-Anzeige“). Mit der Taste TEMP 2 können Sie von einer hohen zu einer niedrige- ren Temperaturstufe wechseln. Sobald die Anzeige der Stoff art im Display 1 aufhört zu Blinken und ein Signalton ertönt, ist die eingestellte Temperatur erreicht und Sie können mit dem Bügeln beginnen. HINWEIS Sollten Sie sehr trockene und knittrige Wäsche bügeln, können Sie die Wäsche mit Hilfe der Sprühfunktion befeuchten. Drücken Sie zum Befeuchten der Wäsche auf die Taste für die Sprühfunktion 4. Dampfbügeln HINWEIS Es muss mindestens die Temperaturstufe 8 einge- stellt sein. Ansonsten kann kein Dampf erzeugt werden. ■ Stellen Sie mit dem Dampfregler 8 die ge- wünschte Dampfstärke ein: – Wenn Sie den Dampfregler 8 in Richtung drehen, wird mehr Dampf erzeugt. – Wenn Sie den Dampfregler 8 in Richtung drehen, wird weniger Dampf erzeugt.

Ansonsten befi nden Sie sich in der Selbstreinigungs- Funktion/SelfClean (siehe Kapitel „Selbstrei- nigungs-Funktion“). ■ Sobald Sie das Dampfbügeleisen waagerecht halten, tritt Dampf aus der Bügelsohle 9 aus. ■ Wenn Sie den Dampfregler 8 auf stellen oder das Dampfbügeleisen senkrecht halten, tritt kein Dampf aus der Bügelsohle 9 aus. Bügeln mit Dampfstoß Der Dampfstoß eignet sich besonders, um schwer zugängliche Bereiche der Wäsche zu glätten. 1) Heben Sie das Dampfbügeleisen leicht an. 2) Drücken Sie für einen Dampfstoß die Taste Dampfstoß 5. Mit Hilfe des Dampstoßes können Sie auch hän- gende Textilien glätten. Halten Sie das Bügeleisen senkrecht und betätigen Sie die Taste Dampfstoß 5. Dampfbügeleisen vorübergehend abstellen ACHTUNG - BRANDGEFAHR! Lassen Sie das heiße, am Stromnetz angeschlos- sene oder eingeschaltete Dampfbügeleisen niemals unbeaufsichtigt. 1) Um das Bügeleisen auszuschalten, drücken und halten Sie die Taste TEMP 3 oder Taste TEMP 2 so lange, bis ein Signalton ertönt und im Display 1 in rot „Standby“ erscheint. Oder: 2) Drücken Sie so oft die Taste TEMP 2, bis ein Signalton ertönt und im Display 1 in rot „Standby“ erscheint. Dampfbügeleisen außer Betrieb nehmen 1) Ziehen Sie den Netzstecker aus der Netzsteck- dose. 2) Leeren Sie den Wassertank und reinigen Sie die Bügelsohle 9. 3) Stellen Sie das abgekühlte Dampfbügeleisen auf den Sockel 7. Anti-Tropf-System Bei herkömmlichen Dampfbügeleisen kann es vorkommen, dass bei zu geringer Bügeltempera- tur Wasser aus der Bügelsohle 9 tropft. Dieses Dampfbügeleisen weist jedoch ein Ausstattungs- merkmal, das Anti-Tropf-System ( ), auf. Das Dampfbügeleisen schaltet den Dampfstoß bei niedrigen Temperaturen automatisch ab. Wenn dies geschieht, ist ein „Klick” zu hören. Stellen Sie dann eine geeignete Temperatur ein. Sobald diese erreicht ist, wird die Dampferzeugung fortgesetzt. Reinigen Selbstreinigungs-Funktion 1) Füllen Sie den Wassertank bis zur Markierung MAX. 2) Stecken Sie den Netzstecker in die Netzsteck- dose. 3) Um das Bügeleisen einzuschalten und die Temperatur einzustellen, drücken Sie die Taste TEMP 3 so oft, bis 11/MAX im Display 1 angezeigt wird. 4) Drehen Sie den Dampfregler 8 auf so weit, dass diese auf „SELFCLEAN“ weist und halten Sie ihn in dieser Position fest. Aus Sicherheits- gründen rastet der Dampfregler 8 in dieser Position nicht ein, da ansonsten stetig Wasser aus der Bügelsohle 9 tropfen würde. 5) Halten Sie das Dampfbügeleisen waagerecht über eine Auff angschüssel.

■ 38 │ DE│AT│CH Sobald die geeignete Temperatur erreicht ist, tritt Dampf und kochendes Wasser aus den Dampf- austrittslöchern in der Bügelsohle 9 aus. Eventuell vorhandene Verunreinigungen werden dabei herausgespült. 6) Sobald kein Wasser / Dampf aus der Bügel- sohle austritt, stellen Sie den Dampfregler 8 auf die Position . Fahren Sie einige Male über ein Handtuch oder altes Stück Stoff hin und her, um die Bügelsohle 9 gründlich zu trocknen. 7) Drücken Sie so oft die Taste TEMP 2, bis ein Signalton ertönt und das Display 1 in roter Schrift Standby anzeigt. 8) Ziehen Sie den Netzstecker aus der Netzsteck- dose. 9) Lassen Sie das Dampfbügeleisen abkühlen, bevor Sie es zur Seite stellen. Schließen Sie das Gerät an eine Netzsteckdose an. Das Gerät ist beschädigt. Wenden Sie sich an den Service. Das Dampfbügeleisen stößt keinen oder sehr wenig Dampf aus. Der Vorrat an Leitungswas- ser im Dampfbügeleisen ist erschöpft. Füllen Sie den Wassertank mit Leitungswasser (siehe „Wassertank befüllen“). Das Dampfbügeleisen erhitzt sich nicht. Das Dampfbügeleisen ist nicht angeschlossen oder nicht eingeschaltet. Stecken Sie den Netzstecker in die Netzsteckdose und stellen mit dem Temperatur- regler auf die gewünschte Temperaturstufe ein. Das Dampfbügeleisen ist defekt. Lassen Sie das Dampfbü- geleisen von qualifi ziertem Fachpersonal reparieren. Sollten sich die Störungen nicht mit oben stehenden Fehlerbehebungen beheben lassen, oder wenn Sie andere Arten von Störungen feststellen, wenden Sie sich bitte an unseren Service.
