Die Hinweise unbedingt einhalten und umsichtig handeln, um Unfälle, Personen- und Sachschäden zu vermeiden. 3 Allgemeines und Verwendungszweck 4.1 Symbolerklärung 4 Sicherheit 4.2 Warnhinweise 1 Arbeitsschritte MSH Basic-FUBO-FIX DE Unsere Produkte sind entsprechend ihrer bestimmungsgemäßen Verwendung ausschließlich für den Einbau in Bauwerke entwickelt, deren Baustoffe dem derzeitigen Stand der Technik entsprechen. Für eine andere oder darüber hinaus gehende Verwendung, sofern sie nach Rücksprache mit uns nicht ausdrücklich schriftlich bestätigt wurde, übernehmen wir keine Haftung. Die Gewährleistungsbedingungen entnehmen Sie unseren aktuellen AGB (Allgemeine Verkaufs- und Lieferbedingungen). Höhenverstellbare Aufstellvorrichtung MSH Basic-FUBO-FIX zur Fixierung von Fernwärmeleitungen (Rohrbögen RB1000/ZVR + KES-System). Über ein Schellensystem können die beiden Fernwärme-Vor-/ und Rücklaufleitungen und bei Bedarf auch die Mehrspartenhauseinführung MSH Basic - FUBO-E/-R3/- SR4 positioniert werden. Dadurch wird eine kompakte und platzsparende Einführung der Energieversor- gungsleitungen Fernwärme, Trinkwasser, Elektro und Telekommunikation durch die Bodenplatte möglich. Dieser Abschnitt gibt einen Überblick über alle wichtigen Sicherheitsaspekte für einen optimalen Schutz des Personals sowie für einen sicheren Montageablauf. Bei Nichtbeachtung der in dieser Anweisung aufgeführten Handlungsanweisungen und Sicherheitshin- weise können erhebliche Gefahren entstehen. Bei der Montage der MSH Basic-FUBO-FIX müssen die entsprechenden Vorschriften der Berufs- genossenschaften, die VDE-Bestimmungen, die entsprechenden nationalen Sicherheits- und Unfallverhütungsvorschriften sowie die Richtlinien (Arbeits- und Verfahrensanweisungen) Ihres Unternehmens beachtet werden. Unsachgemäßer Umgang kann zu erheblichen Personen und Sachschäden führen. • Montage darf nur von qualifi zierten und geschulten Personen durchgeführt werden, welche diese Montageanweisung gelesen und verstanden haben. Fachpersonal ist aufgrund seiner fachlichen Ausbildung, Kenntnisse und Erfahrung sowie Kenntnis der einschlägigen Bestimmungen, Normen und Vorschriften in der Lage, die ihm übertragenen Arbeiten auszuführen und mögliche Gefahren selbstständig zu erkennen und zu vermeiden. 5.2 Fachpersonal

Rev.: 01/2018-07-09 6 MSH Basic-FUBO-FIX DE 6 Transport, Verpackung, Lieferumfang und Lagerung Die Lieferung bei Erhalt unverzüglich auf Vollständigkeit und Transportschäden prüfen. Bei äußerlich erkennbarem Transportschaden wie folgt vorgehen: • Lieferung nicht oder nur unter Vorbehalt entgegennehmen. • Schadensumfang auf den Transportunterlagen oder auf dem Lieferschein des Transporteurs vermerken. 6.1 Sicherheitshinweise zum Transport 6.2 Transportinspektion HINWEIS! Beschädigungen durch unsachgemäßen Transport! Bei unsachgemäßem Transport können Sachschäden in erheblicher Höhe entstehen. • Beim Abladen der Packstücke bei Anlieferung sowie innerbetrieblichem Transport vorsichtig vorgehen und die Symbole auf der Verpackung beachten. • Jeden Mangel reklamieren, sobald er erkannt ist. • Schadenersatzansprüche können nur innerhalb der geltenden Reklamationsfristen geltend gemacht werden. 6.4 Lagerung HINWEIS! Beschädigungen durch unsachgemäße Lagerung! Bei unsachgemäßer Lagerung können Sachschäden in erheblicher Höhe entstehen. • MSH Basic-FUBO-FIX vor der Montage vor Beschädigungen, Feuchte und Verun- reinigungen schützen. Rev.: 01/2018-07-09 8 10 Vor der Montage der MSH Basic-FUBO-FIX sind folgende Hinweise zu be- achten: 11 Montage MSH Basic-FUBO-FIX 1 MSH Basic-FUBO-FIX DE WARNUNG! Verletzungsgefahr durch unsachgemäße Montage! Unsachgemäße Montage kann zu erheblichen Personen und Sachschäden führen. • Bei der Montage der MSH Basic-FUBO-FIX müssen die entsprechenden Vorschrif- ten der Berufsgenossenschaften, die VDE-Bestimmungen, die entsprechenden nationalen Sicherheits- und Unfallverhütungsvorschriften sowie die Richtlinien (Arbeits- und Verfahrensanweisungen) Ihres Unternehmens beachtet werden. • Grundsätzlich sind die national gültigen Verlege und Verfüllvorschriften für Rohre und Kabel zu beachten. • Untergrund und Rohrunterbau vor der Rohr-/Kabelverlegung gut verdichten, damit kein Absinken der Rohre/Kabel möglich ist. • Bei den Betonierarbeiten sind die jeweiligen länderspezifi schen Normen und Regelwerke zu beachten. Dies gilt insbesondere bei wasserundurchlässigen Betonbauteilen nach EN206-1. • Weiteres Zubehör und Informationen unter www.hauff-technik.de und in den technischen Datenblättern. Befestigungs- platten vor der Montage der Erdspieße montieren.

Empfohlener Wandabstand: mind. 50 mm (siehe Abb.: 15). • Auf der MSH Basic-FUBO-E befi ndet sich eine Kennzeichnung/Markierung: „Oberkante Roh- fußboden“. Bei fachgerechter Positionierung, steht nach dem Betonieren die Oberkante des Futterrohres ca. 190 mm über dem Rohfußboden RFB. Ein Einkürzen des Futterrohres auf das Fertigfußbodenniveau um 120 mm ist später systembedingt möglich. Abb.: 14 Danach die MSH Basic-FUBO-E zusammen mit der MSH Basic-FUBO-FIX mit einer Wasserwaage ausrichten. Dabei über die seitliche Markierung ("Oberkante Roh- fußboden") der MSH Basic-FUBO-E, die verstellbaren Erdspieße auf Rohfußbodenhöhe RFB einstellen (siehe Abb.: 14). 8 7 MSH Basic-FUBO-E mit montierten KES-Schlauchsystemen wieder umdrehen. Height-adjustable installation fixture MSH Basic-FUBO-FIX for fixing district heating cables (pipe bends RB1000/ZVR + Cable entry system). The two district heating cables (go and return) and if necessary the MSH Basic - FUBO-E/-R3/-SR4 multi-line building entry system can be positioned using a clip system. This creates a compact and space-saving entry through the floor slab for power supply cables for district heating, drinking water, electricity and telecommunications.

Recommended wall clearance: at least 50 mm (see Fig.: 15). • On the MSH Basic-FUBO-E there is a label/mar- king: "Upper edge unfi nished fl oor height". When correctly positioned, the upper edge of the wall sleeve stands approx. 190 mm above the unfi nished fl oor (RFB) after concreting. The system allows shortening of the wall sleeve by 120 mm to fi nished fl oor level later. After this, align the MSH Basic-FUBO-E with the MSH Basic-FUBO-FIX using a spirit level. In doing so, set the adjustable ground spikes to unfi nished fl oor height using the side marking ("Upper edge unfi - nished fl oor height" – RFB) of the MSH Basic-FUBO-E (see Fig.: 14). 8 7 Turn the MSH Basic-FUBO-E with installed KES hose systems around again. Place rubber adaptor with fastening bow over the installed threaded pins of the moulding strip and install (see Fig.: 13).

When correctly positioned, the upper edge of the wall sleeve stands approx. 220 mm above the unfi nished fl oor (RFB) after concreting.
