1 應用範圍 裕祥集中潤滑給油裝置乃為滾珠軸承、滑動軸承、平面滑軌、圓形滑軌、線性滑軌、 凸輪、齒輪、鏈條…等機構而設計的。 裕祥集中潤滑給油裝置適用於各式工作母機，如車床、銑床、壓床、鉋床、磨床… 等，它可以同時對不同機器的潤滑點作潤滑。 YESA / YESB 機型潤滑油黏度介於 30 ~ 250 cSt，操作壓力為 2.5 bar，並請選用 新的油料。 YESA / YESB 的設計是以間歇方式潤滑。間歇時間由注油機的機構決定，一共 有 3 / 5 / 10 / 15 / 30 / 60 分鐘等六種型式。YESA / YESB 的部门出油量分 3～6cc 和 1 ～3cc 两种,每次潤滑吐出容積則可依使用者需要在各自范围内自行設定。YESA / YESB 可以電子泵浦或手動泵浦來驅動出油。 2 基礎操作 2-1 安全措施 2-1.1 安裝前 � 安裝前先確定電源接線是否正確。 � 裕祥集中潤滑給油裝置不可使用於以油料潤滑機器以外的其他用途。 2-1.2 加油之前 � 潤滑油的黏度應介於 30~250 cSt，注意 ! 若使用油料的黏度高於 250 cSt 潤滑器可能會燒毀。若黏度低於 30 cSt 可能會造成壓力或流量不足以及打不出油 的情況。 � 只可使用新的油料，忌用已使用過的油來作潤滑。 � 不可加入化學物質或水。 � 清除油箱內的顆粒物塵埃，以確保正常潤滑。 � 加油到油箱時應注意勿濺到電子控制器。 2-1.3 發生故障時 � 只有裕祥公司的客戶服務人員有權進行維修，並須使用原廠之備用零件。

2-4 安裝 2-4.1 安裝潤滑器 安裝時，用兩支螺絲(1)穿在潤滑器的兩個固 定孔(2)，再將潤滑器固定在機器預先鉆好的兩個 Ø7 固定孔(3)(孔距 172 ~178 mm) (參考圖二)。 注意! 裝設高度應高於地面 0.6~1.7 公尺。 (圖二) 2-4.2 加入油料 打開丸蓋並注入乾淨未使用過的潤滑油到 油箱內，直到油位標示線 HIGH 的高度， 然後蓋 上丸蓋，只能使用黏度介於 30 ~ 250 cSt 的潤滑 油。 注意! 若使用油料的黏度高於250 cSt注油機可能 會燒毀。 (圖三)

2-4.3 油管接法 現在開始接油管 (參考圖四)，直接頭(3)位於潤滑 器左側 ，將直接頭上的套管帽(1)、套管 (2)取出， 並將其套在油管(4)上，然後將油管連同套管及套管 帽，插入直接頭內鎖緊，以免漏油。 注意! 套管 (2)穿過油管 (4)後，油管應露出至 少 1 mm 的長度，然後以套管帽 (1)將之固定。 (圖四) 2-4.4 手動打油 將油量調整盤拉到頂(參考圖五)後放開，讓 油量調整盤自行回到原來的位置，以使油加到油 管內。 注意! 勿將油量調整盤壓回，若油量調整盤在最 高的位置已無法拉動，則必須等它自行復 歸後才能使用手動打油。 (圖五)

2-4.5 安裝電源和警報器 解開配線蓋螺絲將配線蓋取下(參考圖 六)，並將電線從配線蓋旁邊的電纜固定頭穿 過去(參考圖七)，以起子鬆開端子台螺絲，將 電源線以螺絲固定在端子台上(參考圖八)。 接好電線後蓋上配線蓋將螺絲及電纜固定頭 鎖緊，潤滑器的電源就完成了。 為避免電源供應不穩所產生的突波危害機 台，建議於電源輸入端加裝保險絲，對 220V: 0.3A，對 110V:0.1 A。 (圖六) (圖七) (圖八) 3 使用說明 3-1 設定吐出油量 放鬆法蘭帽(1)，轉動油量調整盤(2)使其刻度對應在與上蓋相接處，即為所設定 的吐出油量。調到欲設定油量後將法蘭帽旋緊。 (圖九)

3-2 補充油料 對 YESB 機型，油料的高度必須大約介於油位標示線 HIGH 與 LOW 之間。如果油 的高度低於 LOW 刻度线，潤滑器會送出一個警報信號(可與機械的控制系統連接，通 知使用者加油)。對 YESA 機型，使用者必須經常留意並檢查油量是否足夠。加入新 油(參見 2-4.2)。 注意! 切勿使用已用過的潤滑油。 4 保養 裕祥集中潤滑給油裝置的保養十分容易，為維護裝置請定期清理油箱。若油箱 底部或濾油網發現雜質，請將潤滑器停止並將油箱四個角落的螺絲拆下，使油箱與潤 滑器其他部份分離，油箱清洗後請將四只螺絲旋緊。 5 保養異常處理 / 故障排除 異常狀況 異常原因 故障排除 潤滑時油未流出 油黏度太高或太低 使用適當黏度的油品 馬達不轉 更換馬達 馬達有轉但活塞桿不動 送回本公司或經銷商維修 拆解潤滑器出口的油管，有油流 出。 查出阻塞或破裂的管路加以處 理 拆解潤滑器出口的油管，無油流出 清理油箱雜質並將潤滑器送回 本公司或經銷商維修。 潤滑時，油管與潤 滑器接頭處漏油 安裝錯誤 套管必須完全套入管子並使油 管放進接頭後伸出至少 1 mm 以 上的長度。 油流出量不足 油黏度太高或太低 使用適當黏度的油品 濾油網阻塞 清潔濾網 管路中之油會回 流 止逆接頭品質異常。 請送回本公司或經銷商維修。 潤滑油不潔，致止逆接頭阻塞。 請送回本公司或經銷商維修。 其它狀況煩請與本公司服務人員聯繫，請勿自行進行維修。 6 保證 此裝置保證期間爲 12 個月，在保證期間免費維修只有在裝置未被擅改並且完 整，未拆封的狀態寄回給裕祥服務人員始予接受。請勿在未商議的情況下寄回剩餘零 件，收件人負擔運費的方式需經本公司服務人員同意。此保證包含原廠材料和製造瑕 疵，若因爲天災或未遵照本操作手冊而至損壞則不在保證之內。 注意：本公司得不經通知顧客自行從事產品技術及外觀上的改進。本手冊之說明及資訊亦 不在 保證之內。因此，不得以此進行法律訴訟。

1 Scope of application iSHAN centralized lubrication systems are designed to lubricate ball bearings, flat bearings, flat slideways, circular slideways, linear guides, cams, gears, chains, etc.. iSHAN centralized lubrication systems are suitable for the lubrication of various machines, such as lathes, mills, presses, planner, grinder, etc. It is fit to control different lubricating points at the same time against different machines. Operating viscosity of oil for YESA/YESB ranges from 30 to 250 cSt. at the operating pressure of 2.5 bar. Only new lubricant shall be used. YESA/YESA is designed to feed oil based on lubrication frequency which is controlled by a timer and ranges from 3/5/10/15/60/60 minutes. Output volume is available with two options, 1 to 3 c.c. or 3 to 6 c.c. per cycle. The lubricator is electric driven with a manual pump. 2 Basic operation 2-1 Safety information 2-1.1 Before installing !Before installing, read the manual for the correct connection of the power. To prevent chance of serious injury, death or property damage, disconnect the product from main power supply before working on it. !iSHAN centralized lubrication systems must not be used in other purposes other than lubricating machines. 2-1.2 Before lubricant filling You must observe the machinery manufacturer's information on the lubricantsto be used in the machinery. !Use only new oil with a permitted range of oil viscosity from 30 to 250cSt. Warning ! Motor jammed or burned due to high resistance which caused by delivering higher than an oil viscosity of 250cSt, no pressure build-up in centralized lubrication system or insufficient oil delivery caused by pumping lower than an oil viscosity of 30cSt result in centralized lubrication system failure. ! Only clean lubricant may be added. Please never fill with used oil. !Never fill with chemical substances, water or hazardous fluids.

! All components of the lubrication line system - including reservoir, pipes, hoses, cut-off valves, control valves, fittings, and so on - must be carefully cleaned before installation. 2-1.3 Faults ! Only qualified, instructed specialists who are authorized by iSHAN may repair lubricators and must use the original spare parts. 2-2 Parts of lubrication unit 1. Filter of oil inlet 2. 2-4 Installation 2-4.1 Positioning and mounting (Fig.2) The lubrication unit is attached to the intended mounting location (3) using appropriate fastening materials (1).The mounting dimensions of 7mm fixing holes are measured between 172 to 178mm. The installation location should be spaced between 0.6m to 1.7m above the ground. Fig. 2 2-4.2 Filling Oil Remove the oil tank cap and fill clean and non-used oil into the tank and add up to the HIGH mark (Fig. 3). Please note that only use permitted range of oil viscosity between 30cSt to 250cSt. Warning!Motor jammed or burned due to high resistance which caused by delivering higher than an oil viscosity of 250cSt. Fig. 3

2-4.3 Lubrication line connection (See Fig. 4)Solderless tube connection (double tapered sleeves) can be used. The tube must go through compressed bushing (1) and double tapered sleeve (2). To avoid any leaking during running service time, it should be observed up to 1mmdistance between the tube end to the double sleeve. Insert tube end into counterbored port (3) up to the stop. First tighten compressed bushing finger-tight by hand. Then turn another 11/2 turns. Fig. 4 2-4.4 Manual pump Pull the regulating plate to the top and let it return to the original place. In this process, the lubricant is conveyed to the lubrication line. Warning! Don’t press the regulating plate back. The regulating plate must return by spring-loaded force. Fig. 5 2-4.5 Wiring and alarm Warning !! To prevent chance of serious injury, death or property damage, disconnect the product from main power supply before working on it. The electrical circuit diagram of the lubrication unit is affixed inside the unit and can be accessed by removing the cap. Remove the cap (Fig.6) and inside you can see terminal plate and cable gland nut. Loosen cable gland and then insert cable through the cable gland hole (Fig. 7) to wire up(Fig. 8). Fix the cable gland to the housing. Wiring must comply with the electrical circuit diagram (Fig.8) of the lubrication unit affixed inside the unit. Otherwise, property damage or serious injury can occur. Install a fuse between the power supply and the product to protect the lubrication unit is strongly recommended! Current of fuse, max : 220V 0.3A ; 110V 0.1A

Fig. 6 Fig. 7 Fig. 8 3. General information 3-1 Set up output volume Loosen Frank nut (1) and turn the regulating plate (2) to the required output volume listed on the technical data. Then tight Frank nut on the regulating plate. Fig.9 3-2 Refilling lubricant Always keep the oil level between HIGH mark and LOW mark. If the oil level falls below LOW mark, the lubrication unit of YESB will send an alarm signal to the control unit of the machine. For YESA model, it doesn’t contain level switch and the user has to

monitor the reservoir by visual check. Remove the cap and refill with new clean oil. (See 2-4.2) Warning! Never use used oil 4 Maintenance iSHAN centralized lubrication system is easy to maintain. The reservoir must be cleaned before installation and in service time so clean the reservoir regularly. If there is any impurity or oil sludge found at the bottom of reservoir or on the strainers of the lubrication unit, disconnect the product from main power supply and take off the reservoir by removing 4 screws on the corners. After the reservoir is cleaned, assemble it to the lubrication unit. 5 Faults / Troubleshooting Warning！！Disconnect the product from main power supply before working on it.. Warning！！Please do not try to repair or disassemble the lubrication unit for the faults not listed below. You should consult and inform iSHAN company at once. Fault Possible cause Recertification Motor runs but doesn’t feed oil. Impermissible lubricant Fill system with suitable lubricant. Motor jammed Replace motor Motor runs but piston jammed Return the lubrication unit to iSHAN agent or iSHAN company. Disconnected the pipe from the output adapter to visual check if discharging from the lubrication unit. If so Check where it blocked or broke in the delivery pipe and repair. Disconnected the pipe from the output adapter to visual check if discharging from the lubrication unit. If not Clean the reservoir and return the lubrication unit to iSHAN or iSHAN agents for repair. Leaking Error installation To avoid any leaking during running service time, it should be observed up to 1mm distance between the tube end to the double sleeve. Insufficient oil Impermissible lubricant Fill system with suitable lubricant. Filter blocked Clean up filter Reverse flow The adapter with check valve failed. Return the lubrication unit to iSHAN agent or iSHAN company. The adapter with check valve blocked. Return the lubrication unit to iSHAN agent or iSHAN company.

6 Warranty iSHAN warrants that it will repair or replace any product manufactured and sold by it which proves to be defective in material or workmanship within a period of one year from the date of original purchase for the clients. Any warranty claim will be considered invalid if the product is not complete or it was disassembled or failure to manual or damage caused by act of God. Any return must consult with iSHAN and obtain iSHAN’s approval before action. Warning：iSHAN reserves the right to make content and technical changes without notice and it includes the manual.
