The downholder adapter is being attached to the Osciallating Tangential Knife OTK-3 below the 43 mm Euro neck. It is retained by the O-ring in the OTK-3. As the knife has to mounted prior to the assembly of the adapter, you have to proceed with utmost caution to avoid injuries. Do not reach under the knife.
